每次跟爸爸出去跑步都会有不一样的心得，而今天的感觉让我发现跑道就像人生的道路!

跑步前，爸爸先让我热热身，以便待会儿跑步的过程不那么吃力，跑步开始，前一公里我感觉很轻松，觉得身上有使不完的劲儿，我均匀地呼吸，欣赏沿路的风景，心情十分舒畅。这使我对接下来的路程增加了信心。

到第二公里时，我便渐渐地有些体力不支，感到呼吸没那么均匀顺畅了，脚腕隐约有些酸胀。不过在爸爸与我闲聊和鼓励下也很快坚持了下来。
