因此，针对水土流失，应大力植树种草;针对草原退化、土地荒漠化，应退耕还草，建设人工草场，建设防护林;针对过度砍伐森林，应做到砍伐与植树结合;针对乱占耕地，应做到耕地的合理规划和利用，如限制大城市的规模，农村建房要建在非农业用地上，将平房逐步改为楼房等。作为一名中学生，我们应做一些力所能及的事，如宣传有关土地的法律法规;进行社会调查，为合理利用土地出谋划策等。

我们先来说说环境的保护、珍惜自然资源的重要性：如果大多数人都破坏环境的话，那么国家就需要花很多的资源，很多的人力、物力去恢复环境，如果我们能节约每一滴水，每一张纸，就能当上珍惜资源的小标兵。如果我们不乱扔垃圾，注意节约水和电资源，不使用一次性物品，比如：一次性竹筷、一次性纸杯、一次性碗筷……这些都是珍惜资源的方式。只要有我们珍惜资源的小标兵在，就一定不会让那些浪费资源的人继续浪费下去，那么，将来就不会有水喝了，即使有水喝，也会很珍贵。有一家报纸出版社曾经说过：70年后，水会比有还贵！由此，我们可以知道，珍惜地球资源的重要性了！

节约纸张，用完之后还可以做再生纸，用了一面的纸其实还是可以用第二面的等等。其实还有许多的节约资源的办法，比如:洗手的纸，用完后还可以用来清洁卫生间，洗菜的水用完后还可以用来浇花水……

我呢？当我需要扔垃圾时，我不会随手一扔，而是等找到垃圾桶的时候再扔；我在家里还做了一个电池回收盒，因为电池会污染土壤，破坏植被等。现在全球变暖的问题正一步步向我们逼近，这是一个迫在眉睫的问题，全球变暖的后果：会使全球降水量重新分配，冰川和冻土消融，海平面上升等，既危害自然生态系统的平衡，更威胁人类的食物供应和居住环境。

第四十二条党政机关应当节约集约利用资源，加强全过程节约管理，提高能源、水、粮食、办公家具、办公设备、办公用品等的利用效率和效益，统筹利用土地，杜绝浪费行为。

第四十三条对能源、水的使用实行分类定额和目标责任管理。推广应用节能技术产品，淘汰高耗能设施设备，重点推广应用新能源和可再生能源。积极使用节水型器具，建设节水型单位。

积极利用信息化手段，推行无纸化办公，减少一次性办公用品消耗。

以前的我，总是非常浪费。

夏天，空调日夜都开着，还把温度调到最低，甚至还有点冷;我还将自来水装进袋子塞进冰箱，让它结成冰，那仅仅是为了玩时凉快;当暑假时，由于家人经常要用电脑，于是实行了二十四小时开机制，可事实是大部分时间空在那儿，还没待机……

记得以前暑假的一天，我与表哥打水仗，两人各拿了一支大水枪，就是没看到对方也在往四周乱射，一没水就立即回去灌。不仅如此，，我们还制作水炸弹——直径有二十多厘米装满水的气球，还随意抛掷。我们那次玩了一下午，玩得自己的衣服全湿透了，屋前屋后的水泥地上就像刚下过大雨一样直淌水。

如今，我们全家都在努力地节约资源，这还是因为奶奶的一句话呢!一次，妈妈洗完衣服，刚准备将一大槽的水放掉，奶奶马上出来阻止道：这水是刚漂洗过的，还干净，别放了，我等一下洗衣服时还可以再用。这时，我碰巧经过，随口说了句：奶奶，我们家现在还用得起水，没必要这样节约吧?奶奶严肃地说：你们是没经历过干旱，不知道水是多么宝贵。现在电视里不是经常在放发生干旱的地方，那里的人们连喝的水都没有吗?我们虽然现在有自来水用，你们可以随便放，可水并不是用不完的。要是大家都这么浪费，总有一天水会用光的，到时候看你们怎么办!你们是读书人，怎么连我都明白的道理也不懂呢?听了奶奶的一番话，我和妈妈不由得一阵脸红。接着，一片沉默，我在思考，反思自己的浪费行为。这时，我猛然意识到，其实生活中还有许许多多的资源需要我们去珍惜，它们许多是短时间内不可再生的呀!

虽然我们这儿目前还没有出现资源紧缺现象，可地球上的资源并不是取之不尽的。几十年，几百年，几千年，甚至几万年以后，等到自然资源缺乏了，用完了，人类将会遭受灭顶之灾的!为了我们的子孙后代能够幸福地生活，为了我们的地球妈妈更加健康美丽，请每一个地球人都来节约资源吧!
