雁栖湖生态发展示范区21公里范围内的自然景观、人文景观、民俗文化、动植物资源等;

雁栖湖生态发展示范区建设与国际化发展的成果与特色;

其他相关内容。

(二)投稿方式：

1、大赛官网投稿：

登录大赛官方网站http://www.photoworld.com.cn/2015yanqihu进行投稿。参赛者需按投稿页面要求正确填写相关资料。资料不全者视为无效投稿。

2、微博官方话题投稿：

新浪微博发布作品并添加话题#醉美雁栖湖# @摄影世界，请随图标注作品名称及拍摄地点。

3、新浪分赛区投稿：

登录新浪爱拍摄影赛事平台 http://aipai.sina.com.cn/activity/detail/183/ 进行投稿。参赛者需按投稿页面信息提示正确填写相关资料并提交作品。资料不全者视为无效投稿。

(三)作品要求：

1、本次大赛采用网上实名投稿方式。参赛作品须为参赛者本人独立完成的原创作品，不得抄袭、拷贝、仿冒他人作品。评审后如被检举参赛作品不符合本赛制要求的，经主办方查证属实者，取消获奖资格，取消奖项不再替补。主办方有权追回已发放的奖项;

2、参赛作品为长边不低于1200像素的JPEG格式图片文件，大小不超过2M，图片文件名称为作品名称，不得装裱设计;

3、投稿数量不限，单幅照片和专题组照均可(组照不超过八张，一组照片按一幅计算，组照命名格式为“组照名称、组照张数-图片序号”，如“醉美雁栖湖8-1、醉美雁栖湖8-2”);

4、作品创作时间不限，拍摄器材不限，手机相机均可。彩色、黑白胶片和数字作品均可参赛(胶片须扫描为数字图片文件，并请保留原始正片、负片或数字作品原始文件)。参赛作品可做裁剪、色彩、曝光和对比度的调整，但不能增减原始画面元素，不能作合成以及大幅度改变色彩等技术处理，否则视为无效作品;

5、不符合投稿规定的作品将不予参评。所有入围作品，经主办方通知后，作者需在规定日期内提供包含EXIF数据的高精度图片(须在分辨率300 DPI下长边大于3000像素，手机作品长边大于1600像素，文件大小不低于2M)，逾期视为弃权;

6、曾参加各类摄影比赛，并获得名次的作品，不可参赛。

(四)参赛须知：

1、参赛者须拥有作品完整的著作权，并获得参赛照片中所包含人物肖像权的使用许可以及其它必要的许可，同时须保证上传的照片不侵犯任何第三人的著作权、肖像权、名誉权、隐私权、商标权、商号权及其他合法权益;作品涉及的肖像权、名誉权、著作权等法律责任均由参赛者本人承担，主办方不承担由此引起的一切法律后果;

2、 任何人发现本次大赛参赛照片有侵权嫌疑，请及时与大赛组委会联系。主办方任何时候一经接到包括有关照片肖像权、著作权等相关投诉的，或者发现投稿作品中包含前条规定之违反内容时，将立即删除相关照片并把相关投诉转送至上传人(即参赛者)，由参赛者自行解决相关投诉并承担费用;

3、大赛主办方和承办方、协办方有权在宣传本次大赛及雁栖湖旅游的展览、印刷、出版、网络宣传、户外播放等使用参赛作品，不再另付稿酬;

4、 曾在国内其他摄影赛事获奖的作品，不参与本次大赛评奖，但可受邀参与展览，并签署著作权协议;

5、 参赛者填报信息和提交参赛作品之行为，应视为该参赛者充分理解本赛制之内容，并承诺接受本赛制约束;

6、大赛最终解释权归大赛主办方所有。

Charlie Plumb was a US Navy jet pilot in Vietnam. He flew 74 consecutive successful combat missions. However on his 75th mission, his F4Phantom fighter was destroyed by a surface-to-air missile and he was forced to eject. The only thing between him and imminent death was his parachute that he prayed would open. The parachute did open and Charlie made it down to the ground alive, but he was captured and spent 6 years as a prisoner of war in a Vietnamese prison camp.
