人们感受的方式五花八门，亲情、友情、爱情、目标等都是感受生活，但我觉得遭到痛苦的挫折，这才是最美好地感受生活。

阳光总在风雨后，没有面对挫折的勇气，也就不会那么的名人涌现在我们的眼前了。虽然，亲情、友情或者爱情都是一种很好的感受生活的方式，但你没有克服困难的精神，有再多的“情”也没用，它们虽然也可以给你力量和勇气但远不如本身就有克服困难的精神。有许多例子可以证明这一观点，例如：欧阳修小时候家里穷，全靠她母亲每天缝缝补补来维持生活，到了上学的年龄，没钱供他上学，但他并不因为家穷，而放弃，而放弃学习，他把细沙作纸，芦苇杆当作笔，在家和母亲学习，后来考上了进士，成为了散文家，若他当时因家穷而荒废了学业，没有面对挫折的勇气，他也不会考上进士，成为出名的散文家。陈景润为了攻克歌德巴猜想，每天早上3点就起床学英语，几次因在书馆没听管理员闭馆的声音,而被锁在图书馆里,然而他又继续沉醉在图书中。

只要我们有面对挫折的勇气，相信再大的困难也阻挡不了我们，请你相信阳光总在风雨后，只要有心，一定能克服种种困难。

经过了严格艰苦的初中军训生活，我们迎来了正式的开学，这意味着我们将开始全新的生活，在这个充满欢喜而又陌生的环境中学习、成长。

在正式开学的第二天，我们发了新的课本。我看着这些课本是既欢喜又忧愁。欢喜的是：我可以全心全意的投入学习中了。而忧愁的是：小学和初中并不一样。我能适应这里吗?适应这里的环境、适应这里的生活、适应这里的学习。这些问题一直困扰着我。后来是高三的姐姐帮助了我。她告诉我，“你终会适应的，在我曾上七年级时，也想过这些问题，只是我不管它，把它抛到脑后，用我自己的方法加上学校的作息时间，规定了我的学习、生活，在不知不觉中，我适应了新的生活。”姐姐的话使我豁然开朗，不再为这些问题耽误时间，又重新振作努力学习。

在经历过这正式开学的一周后，我深深地感到：初中科目多，时间紧，总是没有时间完成全部作业。正式科目由四科变成七科，光是作业就不能全部做完。而我又是一个喜欢学习，不容的自己的学习有一点错与的人，我买了许多能够辅导我的课后作业和卷子，可是却没有时间做，这把我弄得措手不及，偏偏初中课堂上和小学不一样，初中知识多，不认真听就会跟不上，而小学则完全不同。在小学课堂上我可以一边做作业一边跟上老师的脚步，而在初中课堂，我只要稍稍不留神，就会跟不上，这又是一大难题。我渐渐感到灰心丧气，好在我很快找到解决方法，我感到事物之多，很烦。是语文书上的《走一步，再走一步》这一刻给了我很大的启示。“不管困难多大，把困难化大为小，化整为零，一步一步地、脚踏实地的，最终就会克服困难，取得成功。”初中生活也是如此，一步一步来，终有一天，我会克服最大的困难，取得骄人的学习成绩!
