Cigarettes are endangering human health a gentle "killer", according to media reports, smokers prone to many diseases, such as pneumonia, bronchitis, cardiovascular disease, etc., 1 hour less smoke a pack of cigarettes is equivalent to life.

I saw the pictures of my father in his 20s when she was fat and red. I dont know when my father would smoke a pack of cigarettes every day. Slowly, his teeth blackened, his fingers turned yellow, and he smelled a bad smell. I saw him, and it was too late to hide. Nowdays,our enviroment is getting worse and worse,it definetely affects peoples lives,study and also work.On the other hand,our lives,work and production is polluting the enviroment in a very serious way.Here arises a question,how do we save our enviroment.

As far as i am concerned,firstly we need to stop the cutting dwon trees to save the natural circulation.While the air pollution is becoming one of the biggest concern for all the goverments,we need to pay more attention on the sewage from the factories.Lastly,we also need watch our own action,because the white pollution is almost everywhere around us.

Obviously,saving enviroment is every ones shoulder.We need to call on all the citizens to let them know the importance of saving our planet.

正如柴静所说：“我们就像生活在穹顶之下一样，呼吸的空气都不是纯净的。”是啊，看看我们生活的成都，能有几天是蓝天白云，又有多少天是雾霾重重?我去海边旅游，仰望天际，蓝天一望无垠，大海与蓝天一色，空气清新，满眼都是湛蓝。我怀念那样的时刻，除了纯净和安祥，再也找不到合适的词语来描绘，多么美好啊!而成都，湛蓝的天空都被雾蒙蒙的云层遮住了，惨白惨白的，毫无生气。  观看纪录片，我越看越觉得沉重。中国用三十年的时间走完了别的国家近一个世纪的路，经济高速发展，但我们也付出了沉重的代价，空气污染、水环境污染，祖国的山河已被雾霾侵蚀得面目全非。

在《苍穹之下》纪录片中，柴静不仅是一个普通记者，又是以一个母亲、人民的眼光，用她的亲身经历和感受，向我们讲述了雾霾对孩子造成的危害，又运用大量的数据、事件及亲身经历告诉了我们三个问题：雾霾是什么，它从哪里来，我们该怎么办?我们应该明白它的答案，我感受到了环境问题的严重性。

现在有很多的黑心老板，让环境污染变得更严重。工业生产排放大量的烟尘、废气和废水，城市垃圾堆积如山，海里许多物种灭绝。没有严惩不贷的手段，就会让金山、银山、矿山毁掉我们赖以生存的青山绿水和蓝天。  “

在我们上学的路上，也有许队多同学乱丢废弃物。比如说：有的同学把小吃袋扔在校门口外，还有的同学把叠好的纸飞机随意乱扔，甚至顺着墙扔进学校.他们的这些行为不但一次又一地影响着学校，还给每天早晨做值日的同学带来了很大麻烦。

有一次，学校组织我们2—6年级同学到采俸公园的草坪上捡白色垃圾。在出发之前，我心里想，平常到采风公园玩的时候，觉得那里比较干净。今天去捡白色垃圾，应该很少，捡起来一定很轻松吧。

但当我走道那里，低头一看的时候，却把我惊呆了。地上有许多垃圾。废纸、烟头、塑料袋等。这些到处都是，一块绿色的草坪，在游人的破坏下成了一片环境污染地，这是多么严重的环境问题。

面对这块草坪，使我们愤怒不已，努力去消除那些垃圾。经过我们100分钟的劳动，草坪终于恢复到了最初的美丽，名花齐葩争芳斗艳。我们不禁感叹：原来地球也是很美的呀!
