首先，面临的是新高一的学生要参加军训，经受八天的磨练。我知道因为我们又长大了，不像初一军训时那样，教官不怎么打你，骂你。而现在，他们都会对我们十分苛刻。尽管在军训中我们会遭受太阳的暴晒，身体的疼痛，但我们也必须咬牙坚持。军训过程中，我们要站军姿，这正好磨练了我们的耐力，我们也学习了如何起步走，跑步走，这也教会了我们要以集体为中心，在走或跑时一定要注意排面及步速，不要只顾自己走自己的。我们也学习了如何稍息，立正，敬立......我们都从某些方面学到了某些东西。最后一天，第八天，也是我们最难忘的一天，这一天，我们要军训拉练。从学校走到绿色庄园，大概需要两个多小时，我特别高兴，因为有我想去的目的地。但是，路途遥远，没有关系，老师，教官，还有一千多名学生在陪我同进，我会咬牙坚持，坚持就是胜利嘛!

就在拉练这天，我们六点从学校出发，队伍排的整整齐齐，前面还有两个同学拿着旗杆。那种气势真叫一个Good!我们前进了，在去时，我们旁边有一个快六十左右的爷爷在陪我们同行，他在帮我们指挥路线。他也是徒步前行，没有骑车，我真的打心底里佩服他。一个已经上岁数的老人，也要同我们走两个多小时的路程，他真是有毅力!就在去时，因为昨晚睡了一晚养足了精神，并没有感觉到有多累就到了目的地。我们同学都是几个结伴而行，我在绿色庄园玩了好玩的，也吃了好吃的，时间在一分一秒的流逝!

直到下午两点二十，我们要在大门口集合，太阳火辣辣的，我们很没有精神，但也必须坚持走下去啊!我们走了，走到途中，遇见路人，听到他们说：“这些小孩子真苦，看军训把他们累的!”我小声说道：“我们不是小孩子了，我们都已经上高一了!”虽然很小声，但还是被旁边的老师听到了，他向我竖起了大拇指，并冲我笑了笑，我很高兴。时间在一分一秒流逝，我在一步一步向学校走去，终于，我走到了学校，我做到了，我坚持到了!

怀着对军营生活的好奇，我登上了开往军营的汽车。当我踏上军营的土地，看到一座座整齐干净的房屋和齐全的设施时，我似乎已经能想象出未来几天的舒适生活了。怀着这样的期待，我度过了军训的第一天。

第二天的训练似乎消磨了我的激情，那时的心好比是一杯温水。对军训已无刚来时的兴奋了，相反，还有了些失望。那天教官教我们整理内务，一个个苛刻的要求像一座座山压得我喘不过气来。在那里，我才真正知道了什么叫严格要求、严格纪律。严格要求是被子必须叠得像正方体一样棱角分明，严格纪律是什么事都要先集合，吃饭不能有声音，睡觉不能再讲话……一句话，严格纪律是无条件服从命令，是不搞任何特殊化。种种规矩让娇生惯养的我有些受不了了。“纪律是山”，妈妈的这句话直到这一天我才有了深切的体会。

如果说第二天的心是一杯温水，那第三天的心则是一杯冰冷的水。我开始想家，开始讨厌军训，讨厌军营，讨厌教官，甚至讨厌那里的一草一木。晚上躲在被窝里翻来覆去就是睡不着，想起家里软软的床，这里却是硬床;家里有可口的饭菜，这里却只有盒饭;家里有亲切的妈妈，她现在在干什么呢?是不是也在想我呢?离开家我才明白家的真谛：家不仅是睡觉的地方，更是心灵休憩的港湾。家，仅仅一个字却承载了无数的爱。“等到失去才懂得珍惜”，幸好我现在明白了这句话的内涵，幸好家还在，回家后我一定更加珍惜这用爱搭起的小屋。

不知为什么，到第四天我开始舍不得离开那里了，那儿的一草一木都充满着军人的味道，坚毅挺拔像把枪杆，这是军人的特质也是我们应有的。晚上躺在床上想起白天的生活，这是凝聚着欢乐的一天。我们开始习惯这样的生活，不再有任何的抵触。《团结就是力量》、《一二三四歌》一首首军营歌曲至今还时常在我耳边响起。我们和教官一起拍照留念，一起开怀大笑，一起……想到明天就要离开了，心中不免一酸。摸着那张已睡了四天的床，想着那套已穿了四天的军装，心中更是依恋，就这样想着，我进入了梦乡。梦中，我又穿上崭新的迷彩服，英姿飒爽地走进军营。路边的人看见我都钦佩地说：“看，她是名军人!”我无比自豪!

第五天的军训，我格外珍惜。我非常认真地做好每一个动作，下午的汇报表演更不敢有丝毫怠慢。虽然我们班没有参加表演，但我还是站立军姿直到演出结束。我想让老师知道我们在军营中学到了很多，也懂得了纪律的重要。下午回家了，在登上车的瞬间，我突然好想回头看看我生活了五天的地方，那种感觉好强烈，但我忍住没回头，我好怕我会流泪，好怕……

学校为了增强我们的体质，锻炼我们的毅力，决定组织高小年级开展“阳光少年磨砺教育”，听到消息，同学们兴奋极了，都对这次活动充满期待。x月x日，我们首先在班上认识了我们这次的主官——x教官，简单介绍之后踏上了去军训营地的路程。正所谓人生要有酸、甜、苦、辣，这次，我们还真的经历到了。

不到半个小时，军训营地到了。令同学们大跌眼镜的是：这里没有他们想象的那么好玩……接着，我们就穿上了迷彩服，变成了一个个小军人，我们心里都有种自豪感。

我们的训练开始了，感觉训练可真苦啊，一蹲就是半个小时还不准动，汗水都流到嘴里了咸咸的。这不仅是锻炼我们的军姿，同时，为了锻炼我们的毅力。练完军姿又训练了其他项目2、3个小时后我们才获得了休息的机会。

每天的吃饭时间是我们的快乐时光，我们每队的队员都在一起吃饭，这种集体吃饭，我们都觉得很新鲜，虽然没有什么大鱼大肉，我们都觉得比在家里吃饭有意思。毕竟我们还是会有相互照顾的时候，没有吃好的同学也会“酸”一下那些已经吃好了的同学，说他们动作快。

的训练结束了，我们回到学校了。下午进行的汇报演练，x老师为我们做了领导力与责任感的训练。每班自荐选出了两个领袖，宣誓他们对我们负责任，我们也要为他们负责任。训练的内容就是我们的训练出现动作错误，他们就要为我们的错误负起责任，为我们的错误在操场上奔跑。反复的几次，我们的领袖都很累了，但是因为他们的责任，因为他们的承诺，他们依然坚持，这种精神深深的感染着我们。

结营仪式结束了，回想我们短短时间的军训，很多内容都值得我们学习和改变。我们也是在这种不停的学习和改变中成长，这次的军训，我们得到了锻炼有了不少收获，这从同学们坚毅的表情上显出的甜蜜笑容上能够看到。

当我们走入盼望已久的军训生活，与我们的伙伴朝夕相处，与我们的教官共同努力，我们的世界，又多了一份真诚的情谊;我们的灵魂，又受到了一份来自绿色军营的神圣洗礼;我们的心灵记忆，也会因此而增添一份难忘的军旅情怀。

还记得8月20日吗?在那个特殊的日子里，我们大同一中高一年级六百六十多位同学徒步一个多小时，终于踏入了XX市中小学生教育实践基地的大门，从那一刻起走到现在，我们已经一起度过了四个难忘的日日夜夜。过去的四天里，我们播撒了一路的辛劳与汗水，亦收获着一路的真情与感动。

记得来到这里的前一天，我们高327班的班主任刘进春老师为我们带来了一场难忘的“8.19训话”，老师说：“孩子们，你们是一中学子，也是军训成员，在你们前方的道路上，有丽日和风，也有狂风暴雨，面对可能要来到的困难与挫折，你们不应抱怨、不应流泪，而应满怀喜悦的去迎接它，让路旁的荆棘磨练你们的意志，并最终成长为当之无愧的一中学子!要做人生途中勇敢的弄潮儿，去搏击风浪，驾驭未来!”，那么，站在军训第四天的夜晚，我们可以自豪而自信的说：“老师，我们做到了!一中，我们做到了!”

“崇德、树人、博学、求真”一中人铸一中魂，一中魂塑一中人。训练场上，我们留下了奋进的足迹;食堂餐厅，我们铭记了节俭的美德;寝室宿舍，我们结下了诚挚的友谊……而我们的个人素质，也在一天天的提升，再提升!

在这里，我想给大家带来一个小故事：在我们的训练场地，有这样一位教官，他为了为同学们带来最标准的动作要领，一遍遍重复着动作规范….最后，教官咽喉充血，嗓音沙哑，可是由于一位同学不小心打碎了水杯，这位年轻的教官，始终没能喝到一口水…然而即使是这样，他依旧在为同学们一遍遍讲解着动作规范，在休息时间还不忘为大家带来一支嘹亮的军歌，可是在他的脸上，我们看到的仍然是最温暖的笑容，在他的口中，我们听到的始终是最真诚的鼓励。记得第一天的时候我的齐步总是很难和上节奏，教官就对我进行“单独辅导”,一遍不行来第二遍，两遍不行来第三遍，第三次还是不行，教官依旧温和地鼓励我“别放弃!再来!别放弃，再来!”没有一丝一毫的愠怒，没有一丁一点的抱怨，年轻的教官，在烈日炎炎骄阳如火的盛夏天，始终就那样温和而严格的训练着……相信不仅仅是这一位教官，在我们的训练基地，试问哪一位教官不是这样不计报酬，不辞辛劳的付出着?

我不知大家是否还记得这样一个名字：李其。拉歌场上，他的身影永远那么矫健，他的歌声永远那么嘹亮，他，就是我们高327班的一位同学，几天来的训练已经让他体力透支，然而，他始终坚持着，甚至连一个“累”字也不曾从他口中吐露，他也只不过还是个孩子啊，可是，为了梦想坚持不懈，永不言弃，这，就是一中学子的风采!

“苦心人，天不负”，经过几天的训练，在最后的队列演示中，我们终于摘得了多个单项第一的桂冠，当成功的喜悦如雾霭般在心间氤氲升腾，所有的伤痛都将渐渐消失，剩下的，是我们那份难以言表的欣悦与欢乐，如同剥掉了糖纸的巧克力，里面那份让人满足的甜蜜与幸福，久久地融化在阳光的温暖里。

几天的日子真得很漫长，漫长到我们的伤痛已经渐渐忘却，几天的日子也真得太短暂，短暂到我们的喜悦还意犹未尽，然而无论怎样，几天的军训生活终将结束，但是我坚信，在以后的学习生活中，一中学子必定会时刻以军人的高标准严格要求自己，以军人的高素质时刻监督自己，这一次的军训，也必将成为我们人生旅途中一道靓丽的风景!

Firstly，As the old saying goes，the food is what matters to the people。 Food

plays an important role in peoples life。So food safety influences peoples

health and life。Secondly，some producers only think about earning money without

thinking about ensuring food safty。they produce unqualified food.Thirdly， some

food supervisory departpents dont perform their duty pletely。This behavior make

some producer ignore the safety of production.

If we want to solve problems that is illustrated former，we must call on the

supervisory department to manage the food market.And the producers must paly

今天，我们又军训了一天。上午在教室学唱军歌，下午等雨停了去军训。虽然上午一直都在下雨，但是我们仍然没有停止训练。教官给我们看了1999年与2009年庆祝国庆节时的阅兵。看着他们那整齐的步伐，感觉内心被他们震撼到，不由得发出感叹：太整齐了!教官听到后对我们说:“你们以为他们这样整齐是用几天的时间、用懒惰的态度练成的吗?”“是啊!光用几天或者几十天是不可能练出来的，他们是用几年的时间，用非常刻苦的精神练出来的啊!”我心中不禁感叹道。

到了中午，教官又教我们整理了内务。不过这次他并没有亲手教我们，而是给我们分工后让我们自己做。随着时间的推移，又到了下午。雨停了，我们开始训练了。站了十五分钟军姿，也没有感觉到累，大概是因为习惯了吧。教官对我们要求非常严格，如果我们有乱动、讲话、嬉笑的现象出现，他一定会毫不留情地罚我们站军姿。他们按军人的要求来要求我们，我们也应该像军人一样绝对服从。

军训已结束，但这并不是最终的句点，这只是我们高中生活的一个轰轰烈烈的开始，是一个永恒的转折。起跑线上的我们，摩拳擦掌，斗志昂扬，即将迎来的，是一个更具挑战却又更美好的明天。需要我们努力的日子还很长，路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。

八月二十八日，第一缕阳光从地球的东边升起，一群穿着迷彩服的同学们缓缓地向操场走去，他们以微笑面对新学期的军训。

八点一刻，操场上,在整齐的队伍下，在领导的讲话中，军训正式拉开了帷幕。不经意间眼前出现了一位身穿白色衣服的军官，往衣服上一瞟，原来是海军埃每个班待分配后开始了今天的努力奋斗。

Each year, people burn or cut down 143,000 square kilometers (55,000 square

miles) of the forest. People who burn or cut down trees do it for different

blindly; try to find some clear energy that can replace oil and coal. But these

solutions can be impractical to some degreed.

Why trees can be so important to the whole nature? First of all, trees are

the habitat of many animals. When we cut down trees, we not only destroy

animals’ habitats but also ourselves. We just gradually destroy natural links.

The result is that many spices of animals and plants are dying out. Secondly,

cutting down trees cause global warming, to some degree. Naturalists compare

forest to human’s lungs. The forests absorb the carbon dioxide and other gas

that cause global warming, and then give off the oxygen that good for the human

beings and other living creatures. It’s refreshed the air as well as reduced the

noise. If the air quality is bad, people may die from cancers, or the new

diseases for which they have no immunity. Forests also play an important role in

the prevention of natural disasters. Warmer temperatures cause water to expand

and also create more water by melting polar ice caps. That’s to say, the nations

which near the ocean may have been flooded by the water. But the forests can

prevent water loss and soil erosion, and cool off the global temperatures. It’s

如今，足球已经成为最受人们欢迎的娱乐体育运动之一。在日常生活中，从小孩到大人有空的时候都会踢踢足球。它可以帮助人们放松，获得健康。但却没多少人知道每年的十二月九日的特别意义。这一天是世界足球日。这是源于1935年12月9日的学生游行。在中国共产党的组织和领导下，北平市学生联合会率领北平市6000多名学生举行示威游行。学生们高呼“打倒日本帝国主义”，“停止内战，一致对外”等口号。他们的示威引起了了全国人民抗日民主运动的新高潮。为了纪念此次学生运动，联合国于1978年把12月9日定为世界足球日。

To begin with, trees produce oxygen and absorb carbon dioxide, which offer

us fresh air. As greenhouse effect is getting more and more serious, planting

more trees is an effective way to respond to it.

Apart from this, it is tree that stabilizes soils and prevents them from

being eroded by floods. Besides, trees can be applied to against desert.

Moreover, trees perform the function of the regulation of air temperature and

humidity. This benefit to people’s fitting to the environment.

Last but not least, trees are a kind of material of paper making, which

makes our life and communication between people more convenient.

From what has been mentioned above, we can get the conclusion that trees

improve both our environment and life, it is necessary for us to plant more

trees.

Spring Festival is coming,I am very happy.On this winter holiday,I went to

visit my grandparents with my parents. My grandmother is very zeal.Our dinner is

very delicious.After the dinner,the people gave me money in red envelopes.I am

very happy in this family with my grandparents.

Sometimes,we go to climb the mountains.The mountain is very high.Look!There

is a clean river near the mountain.And there are some beautiful flowers,grass

and big trees.Some trees are orange trees,the others are banana trees.Oh,I am

very tired but interesting.

I am very happy on this holiday because I like Spring Festival very

much.What about you?

I live with my father and mother in a very big house in dongguan. my parents are both very busy. they leave for work very early in the morning and don’t return home until late in the evening.

When i am home on weekends from school, we spend a lot of time together. we talk about my studies, my health and my school life. i love my parents very much.

My grandparents are still living, but they don’t live with us. their health is good and they both do sports very early in the morning. my grandmother does gymnastics with elderly women her age in the park. both of my grandfathers play basketball in the morning and sometimes they go swimming.chinese people eat rice for every meal, but i don’t like rice because i think it is tasteless! we eat meat, fish and vegetables. my family eats noodles and congee. my favorite is noodles.

I often play computer games because i like it so much. i often watch japanese cartoon movies with my parents on the weekends. on long holidays we take trips, too.

That is my description of typical family life in china.

但是你的身边有这样的场面吗：在手机的点击声中，手里的速冻汤圆不慎滑落在地，跌得粉碎，像轰雷般提醒了你，今年春节要去香港旅游。如是这样，声呢?味呢?乡呢?

今天是高中军训的最后一天，早上，训练了一会要注意的事项。我们这几天的训练成果就要在今天汇报了。

表演开始了，我们五年级汇报表演的内容是立正，踏步，向左向右转，跑步。上面的评委给我们打分。

这四天的训练终于结束了。短暂而又美好的军训生活就这样悄悄地走了，来不及回首，就这样悄然而逝。虽然军训就这样匆匆地结束了，但昨日的口哨声依然在耳边响起，响亮的军歌还在耳边回荡着，穿上迷彩服的样子依旧浮现在眼前。

军训的感受像个五味瓶，酸，甜，苦，辣，咸样样都有。然而军训对我们这些娇生惯养的小孩也是有好处的。

军训最能磨练人的毅力，锻炼人的胆识。我想，这些不都是我们所需要的吗?在平时的训练中，但苦中有乐，非常开心。平时在电视中看阅兵和升旗，军人的表现多么威武啊。正步走得多好啊。我现在忽然觉得自己是最厉害的，最帅的一个，我们可以承担上战场的义务和责任了。 这七天很快过去了，虽然只有七天，但它使我改变。我变得越来越干练，十分有胆量，与同学间的友谊更进了一步。教官们也十分可爱，他们永远板着脸，但掩盖不了他火热的心。 军训激发了我的爱国热情，我有能力也有义务保家卫国。

我相信，在军训中学到的精神可以贯穿到我高中三年的生活中去的!

彩虹是美丽的，但是，彩虹的出现是要经过暴风雨的洗礼才会出现的。不是有一句话是这样说的么?不经历风雨，怎么见彩虹。人生也是一样，只有经历了种种挫折、困难，才会取得成功。

随着时间的推移，我们不再是小学生、初中生，而是一个高中生。高中是新的一个开始，在这之前我们有过一段短暂而又精彩的军训生活。

记起军训生活的第一天，我们满怀激情的徒步从学校走到目的地，在路上我们抱怨过，但是到了目的地我们又是激动的、喜悦的。到军训地后，整理了一下队伍就开始给我们安排宿舍，安排好后我们休息，我们犹如一群好奇宝宝在军训地瞎摸乱撞。因为是第一天，所以我们草草收队了。夜晚躺在床铺上还在回想着白天的精彩，我们带着微笑进入了梦乡。

第二天清晨我们兴奋的早起了，开始真正意义上的第一天军训，同学们精神抖擞的迎接挑战教官们的教学。时间说快不快，说慢也不慢，5天就过去了，在这5天中，我们开始觉得累了、厌了，在军训期间因为我们的状态不佳，被教官骂了，特别是男生。但是过后教官又认真耐心的教我们，同学们也认真的练了起来。

时间到了最后一天，我们的军训生涯要结束了。一日为师终身为父，虽然和教官们只是相处了短短的6天，但是都留在了彼此的心里。在这最后一天有喜悦、激动，但也有悲伤、不舍，同学们在离别时流泪了。在这几天的军训中，让我们知道了军人们在训练时的艰苦与辛酸。我们只是这几天就很想念家人，那可想而知这些教官们几个月几年都见不着父母，虽然很心酸，但他们的职业是伟大的。

军训让我们变得更坚强，更勇敢，更坚持不懈。在这军训中有欢笑但也有眼泪，但是我们都坚强下来了，因此，这“泪”又何尝不是成功者的喜悦呢。

Today is my birthday and Im so excited about it.In the morning I put a note on the table for my mum and it said,Today is my birthday,dont forget it!At school,I got many gifts and cards for my classmates and had a lot of fun.But I was still expecting the birthday party after school.

When it was time to leave school I couldnt wait to go home.When I open the door,there wasnt anybody in the house.There was only a note that said,Coming home late tonight,mum and dad.I try to call them but there was no answer.I was so shocked,do they forget my birthday?How could this be!I was so sad that I couldnt eat anything.I just did my homework and waited for them.

And then,things changed completely.It was about time for dinner,my mother called and told me to go to the restanrant near our house.When I got there I couldnt believed my eyes.Everybody was there:my parents,my relatives,my friends and even my classmates.There was so many gifts and a big cake.What a surprising birthday party!We had a good time and it was the best birthday party ever.
