这个星期一，我们高一去了佛山德育基地，进行为期一周的军训。那里虽然有严厉的教官，简陋的环境，但去那里训练的内容十分丰富，有练队列队形、划船，做叶脉书签，可令我最难忘的却是学站军姿。

那天正是星期二，天上的太阳热辣辣的，大地就像个蒸笼一样热，教官领着我们来到大操场上，说：“今天，我教你们怎样站军姿，你们一定要听清楚，不要分神!”刚开始，我还以为很轻松，跟着教官学了站军姿的动作：两手用力贴住大腿，双脚呈60°，抬头，挺胸收腹。在教官耐心指导下，我们很快掌握了动作要领。我心里暗暗地说：原来就那么容易呀!这样站一两个小时也行啦!头顶的太阳火辣辣的，我们像快被烤熟了一样，被晒得满头大汗，再加上两手要用力贴住大腿，我真是又累又热。半小时过去了，我感觉我全身的骨头就快松垮了，再也撑不住了，也必须站在热辣辣的太阳底下，我趁教官不注意，偷偷擦了把汗，我想：原来站军姿那么辛苦呀，我干脆说不舒服退下去算了。可话到嘴边怎么也说不出来，我用余光扫了扫周围的同学，他们虽然也是大汗淋淋，可也纹丝不动，没有一点儿放弃的意思。我又想：连体质比我差的同学都坚持得住，我一个男子汉凭什么放弃呢?有了这种意志，使我在这几天里顺利地完成了任务。我想正因为解放军在这些小动作里千锤百炼，培育出钢铁般的意志，坚强不屈的精神，铁一样的纪律。才能培养出举起炸药包与敌人同归于尽的董存瑞，烈火烧身纹丝不动的邱少云，全心全意为人民服务的雷锋这样的英雄战士。

我记得当我刚上高一时，学校开学后就开始了令人难忘的军事训练。我听说暑假没有开始的时候，军事训练的艰辛，而下一站就是一个小时!但是正是这种困难使我难以忘怀。

开学了!我很高兴来到中学，向班上报到后，我开始了“刻骨铭心”的军事训练。起初，我穿上军服，感到有点发烫。我以为：班上真热，但外面不热!老师把我们带到外面，排成四排。乍一看，我看到教练出来了。他的脸黑，有点胖，个子高。给我一种刺耳的感觉。老师走过去说：“你好同学!”我们立即回答：“老师您好!”

怀念高一军训的时候，虽然最后两天没有跟着军训，很不快乐，但也有不少乐趣。总之，就是很快乐啊!
