当然，教官也很关心我们。在我做得好的时候，教官会让我们玩一些好玩的项目。我觉得最好玩的是做肉饼。一开始，我们先拿起面团把肉包在面团里面。再拿面杆把面团压扁。然后用面杆的另一端弄两个洞就好了。最后，给肉饼师傅放进炉子里烤，肉饼就完成了。我轻轻咬上一口，那香喷喷的味道，顿时让之前的苦和累消失的无影无踪。

在短短五天的军训中，我们学到坚持就是胜利的道理。下一次，我们相信会做得更好，因为吃苦的精神已经在心中生根发芽。

With the development of industry, water pollution isbecoming more serious now. The polluted water not only kills fish, it is also harmful to our health. Many people get sick because they drink the polluted water. In some rivers the water is so dirty that they can even kill plants.

到房间，开始换衣服。我们用最快的速度穿上了军训用的迷彩服，便下楼集合了。

集合完毕，四个班的男女校友都集合到了“训练场”。“火焰”总教练把我们四个班分为两个部分，五班、六班分为一个部分，七班和八班则被分为第二个部分。教练教我们一些简单的基本动作和做这些动作时应该喊出的口号，然后，又教了我们标准的军姿。在完成这一切基本训练之后，教练对我们四个班的表现做出了评价和评比，并给我们四个班不同的积分，还给我们发了帽子，并让我们组建了战队。之后，我们又进行了一些有趣的项目，比如“我们是最棒的”、“竹行万里”和“四国大战”，并进行了午饭、午休与晚饭，还进行了晚会。每一个班都准备了两首大合唱(男女各一首)，还表演了一些特殊的节目。

晚会后，我们便回寝室休息了。

第二天，说实话有些苦，因为纪律不好，所以体罚不少。不是做俯卧撑，就是跑大圈，项目进行的也不多。但“坎坷人生路”那个项目却让我们十分感动，我们许多人都掉泪了。进行完这个项目，我们就登车返程了。

“立正、稍息、跨立、齐步走……”一声声令下，一个个动作，都渐趋熟练。纵使场上出错被教官批评，也难胜过那一句暖心的“路上小心”。他们是军人，有着钢铁的意志，他们把这种精神带给我们，也将回忆留与我们。

他们严肃却又不乏幽默，全身心地投入和付出。就是因为有他们这群“可爱”的教官，即使我们在烈日下的暴晒，腰酸脊痛的难耐，饥渴难忍时的煎熬，都已不算什么，心里有一个信念：把动作都做好。沉寂了一个月的操场就这样被“激活”了。

这四天，我们一起在骄阳下晒过，也在隐蔽处躲过雨，我们累但快乐着。学习的手语操更将我们带入了一个充满爱与感恩的世界里。眼看军训即将结束，那响亮的口号，精彩的表演，爽朗的笑声，整齐划一的动作却仍记忆犹新。

Considering all the points discussed， it is highly sensible that we should

take prompt measures to resolve this problem. In the first place， more bettering

policies should be brought forward.In the second，more moral schooling should be

applied in all munities。 Only by enforcing these measures， can we effectively，

几天前，我读到了一篇很美的关于玫瑰酒的文章。玫瑰酒的味道甜中微苦，苦中还有一点辛辣，这种味道使人留恋。细细品味，我觉得我们的军训生活，不是很像玫瑰酒的滋味吗？！

在这春光明媚的早晨，我们踏上了通往军营的道路。在路上，同学们就像刚出笼的小鸟，叽叽喳喳说个不停。有的在唱歌，有的在说笑……而我在畅想着绿色的军营生活。

军训地点到了。首先映入眼帘的是 “团结、紧张、严肃、活泼” 八个大字，近处是绿树掩映下的一排排整齐的楼房，远处则是若隐若现的大山。这里的空气非常的清新，我闻到了小草的清香味。

接下来的几天，我们总是踏着第一缕阳光，开始追赶太阳的历程。我们每天都要进行队列训练，排成整齐的队伍站军姿，这让我们懂得了个人在集体中的作用。练习左转、右转、下蹲、起立等项目，让我们懂得了什么是紧张和严肃。

因为身体的原因，没过几天，有的同学生病了，同学们都来帮助生病的同学，大家互相关心、互相帮助，爱心在同学中传递，我们彼此之间的友谊增进了。

可别以为我们每天就是站军姿、练队列，我们的军训生活丰富多彩，有时学唱军歌，有时看电影，大家还围坐在一起开联欢会，“让你唱，你就唱，扭扭捏捏不像样……”联欢会上歌声、笑声不断，军训生活太有意思了。

“一粒砂石，只有在蚌体中打磨，才能成为昂贵的珍珠”。短短一周的军训生活结束了，它磨练了我们的意志，培养了我们的品质，让我们这些刚刚开始初中生活的学生懂得了很多。

[玫瑰酒般的军训高一作文

我们带着疲倦的身体迎来了第二天，又是艰苦的一天。但是我们要坚持，也是为了一句话：历经一番血泪苦，敢教自我换新颜。磨砺意志是为了改善暑假中懒散的自己。

第二天起床后，我们感到脚是又酸又累，但仍是要站在训练场上训练。一开始训练的我们很多地方都没做好。于是我们的教官交了总教官来“教训”我们这一盘老师口中所说的“散沙”。总教官要求全体蹲下，别以为蹲下很轻松，地被太阳晒得发烫，受力的那只脚蹲久了会很酸很痛，教官没有叫起立，我们也只能默默地咬牙忍着坚持着。在教官问话的时候，有位同学犯了错误，本来我们全班是可以起立的，但就是因为那个同学，我们又多蹲了一些时间。从中，我们都应该明白：我们班是一个集体，一个人犯错，全班受罚。所以我们不能只顾自己，要为全班着想。

下午的太阳更加毒辣，地面温度让人受不了。不知道在训练期间又是因为哪个同学没做好，全体罚跑大操场。我们也只能在心里默默抱怨，因为教官下达了命令不可违抗。我们还拿着自己的大水瓶跑，感觉到每一次在军训时跑步都比平时要累。我们站在太阳底下站军姿，并且哪都不能动，要像一棵树一样，管他哪流汗，都不能管，纹丝不动地站在那里。因为我们心里明白：只要是谁动了一下，就要全班一起罚!

一天的训练，就这样带着苦，带着累，偶尔带点欢乐就熬过去了。5天的军训不多，但我们都可以每天收获一些东西。积累起来会越来越多，5天一共就会有大大的收获，在收获当中，你又悄悄地向自己的梦想和成功迈进了一步。

我们每天都应该吸取前一天训练的不足，从而在第二天去做好去弥补，身体上的酸痛是正常的，说明训练开始有了成果，我们要向第三天的训练前进，相信自己咬咬牙就可以坚持下来，要是倒下了，我还可以再站起来。要挑战自己的最高极限，加油!
