今天，我刚从军训社会实践基地回来，虽然回来了，但是还有点想念那。

相信同学们都是家里的小公主或者小王子，个个都泡在父母温暖的怀抱里，到了基地，当然会有些不习惯。

我也不例外，在家里，我就是娇贵的小公主，妈妈叫我做什么，我就偏不听，这不，到了基地，我该怎么遨啊?

第一天，整理内务，：“晕，这“豆腐被”该怎么叠啊?都怪我，平时妈妈让我试着叠被子，我偏反对，看着同学们都认认真真的叠起来，我却站在床边，看着被子发呆。”教官检查内务时，：“女生401号宿舍10号床，站出来，俯卧撑10下!”呜呜……不就是被子叠不好嘛，何必要做俯卧撑?火辣辣的太阳照射在我的背上，热得我汗流浃背，艰难的10下总算做完了，我的眼泪却情不自禁的流了出来。我坚强地对自己说：“一定要坚持下去!”

第二天，是准军事化训练，哇!站军姿，什么?30分钟?要站30分钟，真是个天文数字!没办法，现实就站在我的眼前，勇敢去面对吧!1分钟、2分钟、3分钟、4分钟、5分钟……27分钟，胜利就摆在我的眼前了，时不时对自己说：“加油啊!”30分钟总算到了，教官一喊：原地休息，哎，脚麻了，动不了了。

第三天……第四天……总算可以回家了，来到这里，我尝到了军训的酸、甜、苦、辣，学会了自己洗衣服、洗碗、整理内务……虽然离开了父母，但是学会了自强自立，那也值得!

现在有点怀念那，我还想这教官嘴里经常说的话：流血、流汗、不流泪，掉皮、掉肉、不掉队!

军训过了一天，我是有乐说不出，有苦说个够。好不容易撑过了第一天，第二天又迅速降临了。我也只有硬着头皮就训练。

“这天我们学些军体拳!”耶!我对这个项目超感兴趣，打拳……我学定了!于是，我们跟着教练厚着脸皮学了起来。“弓步摆腿!”教官命令着。我旁边那位可能太激动，一抬脚，结果摔了个大马趴，全班人爆笑……

又到中午了，我们一个个饥肠辘辘，全神贯注地盯着桌上的菜。“开吃!”教练一声命下。我们二话不说，拿起筷子以闪电的速度抢起了饭菜，10分钟不到就一扫而光。我的天啦!

下午两点钟，我们亲身体会了传说中的“高空断桥”。空旷的森林里，两根柱子拔地而起，在离地面十多米的高空中，架起了一座独木桥，只但是桥中央断了一个大约50厘米的缺口。这个项目的规则是要从柱子的落脚点爬到桥头，再走过断桥就算成功。望着这一幕，我们一个个心惊胆战，你看看我，我看看你，谁也不敢去试。虽然有安全带的保护，但我们还是不敢往上爬。

我第一个站了出来：“我试试!”绑上安全带后，我开始往上爬。越来越高，越来越高……我不敢往下看一下，生怕自我会产生恐高症，我最之后到了桥头处。天，好高!我头上直冒冷汗，但可能还有点信心，我再次往前爬去。立刻就要到断桥部分了，我下意识地停住了脚步，感觉桥抖得好厉害。望着这缺口，我踌躇了。好吓人，放下吧，跳下去。不行，大家都在看着我呢!我咬紧牙关，迈出了最艰难的一步。这一步刚好印在了桥的另一节上。我将身子一靠，顺利地透过了独木桥。下方响起了热烈的掌声……

这天就说到这儿吧，我太开心了!

怀着激动难耐的心情，我们来到国防菀开始为期三天的军事训练。换好军服，来到训练场上，教官一来就给我们一个下马威——让我们站军姿十分钟。

“脚后根贴紧，脚尖张开约60度，两腿笔直，手贴大腿两侧……”这大约百字的动作要领教官反复说了好几遍。虽然十分钟在平常是那么短暂，可在训练场上就像直线一样无限漫长。你若稍微动一下，就得多站一分钟。此时我们真可谓“度秒如年”哪!大伙儿像电线杆一样笔挺挺地立在地上，两眼平视，谨记动作要领，丝毫不敢大意，稍有懈怠，迎接你的将是教官可怕的“雷霆万钧”!忽然，一只虫子不知何处飞来，竟然把我的脸当成了停机坪。脸上瞬间奇痒无比，恨不得立马去抓一抓，挠一挠。可一接触到教官深不可测的眼神，我咬咬牙拼命忍住。时间一长，脚发麻腿抽筋。几乎就倒趴下了。多么希望秒针走得快一点，快一点，再快一点!亲爱的小虫，你是来考验我的吗?忍不住想挠时我都竭尽全力克制住自己，并在心里默默念道：“坚持就是胜利!”到终于解放的那一刻，最可怜的就是我的脸和脚，脸上红疙瘩，脚上起水泡。

军训的艰苦是我未曾料到的。一天大部分时间都在训练。训练场上似乎就只有我们嘹亮的口号、整齐的步伐和挥洒的汗水，这让我懂得了“十年磨一剑”的真正含义。然而正是这样的训练才能让我们磨练出军人的钢铁意志。

三天的军训生活画上休止符。虽然这三天十分辛苦，可也让我学会了身为军人勇敢坚强、不怕吃苦的钢铁意志。军训结束到了吗?不，背后的良苦用心与收获，我会一直铭记与延续。

我，三连6班堪称最倒霉的班长。具体事件我就不一一列举了，举例说明吧。当我们被我们那个在那时候在我看来是丧尽天良的魏教官允许休息一会，我下子狠不得爬在了地上……然后我就起不来，正纳闷，好不容易艰难的起来了。仔细一看我居然坐到一块口香糖上。太准了点吧，我都郁闷死了，中国男足有这个准线给有多好啊。到现在还是一说到这件事大家就都笑的很猖狂。

还有，我的真正意义上的一篇检讨居然还是教官罚的。鄙视死他了，他说他还收藏着我的检讨……丢大了我……小样他还得意洋洋的的瑟的很，眼前似乎浮现出他猥琐的小眼睛的光。

现在真的很想那班姐们。那星期真是寸不不离啊，现在就不很不幸了，都是很难看见了。就是看见了，还带着几分生疏和客套。真的很心酸。

其实那星期根本没好好睡，12点多睡5点起，不过无所谓，站军姿不用大脑，一副行尸走肉不用思考，果真是只要站着就行了，就差打呼噜了。最后一天晚上大家狂欢。先是邀请偶们的教官，吃了70块钱的零食，然后我和葛藤安琪聊，最后丹和葛藤实在撑不住了，倒头就睡。我又和安琪胡聊到3点，5点又起来了。那段时间都不知道聊了什么，只觉得大脑一片糨糊。第二天还是没什么感觉，但到家就完了了，困的要死。我娘不知道，还拖着我散步好远，我软软的要倒在地上睡了，回到家倒到床上咣当一下就睡着了了。然后的记忆就是第2天的早上了，我妈妈给我脱的衣服我都一点感觉都没有。我妈妈说你还真是困了，给我脱衣服感觉是在拖一袋大米……

时间飞逝，转眼间2天的军训时光已经过去。军训是我们人生难得的考验和磨砺，他不但能培养人的吃苦精神，更能磨练人的意志。我们每天的军事训练内容非常简单，不过是原地转法、正步、立定、齐步走这些基本的动作，这些动作平时看起来非常简单，而现在做起来却没有那么容易了，第一天下来，我们就累得半死，全身都疼，但是大家没有一个人退缩，都坚持到了最后。其深深体会到了坚持就是胜利。

从不认识到认识，短短的时间让我结识了许多的朋友，我很开心。教官对我们很严格，但也很关心我们。立正稍息我们练了很长时间，但也在无形中改掉了我喜欢驼背的毛病。所以当我觉得很苦很累时，当教官对我严格要求时，我振作起来，因为我知道教官也是这么苦出来的，他们付出同样甚至更多的汗水，我们这些小小的苦又算得了什么呢?我觉得自己应该做得更好，

我们每次吃饭的时候有个规定，就是不准说话。谁要是说话了就会被教官惩罚，全体站起来罚站!上次，我们因吃饭说话被罚，教官让我们站着吃。安静了一会儿，教官看我们不说话了，就让我们坐下吃。不知道是谁又开始说话，教官又让我们站起来，并跟我们说:“你们再说话，中午就蹲着吃。”之后就没人说话了。我感觉教官不会让我们蹲着吃。

军训不但培养人有吃苦耐劳的精神，而且能磨练人的坚强意志。在军训中，很苦很累，但这是一种人生体验，战胜自我，锻炼意志的最佳良机。心里虽有说不出的酸甜苦辣，在烈日酷暑下的曝晒，皮肤变成黑黝黝的，但这何尝不是一种快乐，一种更好地朝人生目标前进的勇气，更增添了一份完善自我的信心吗?

中午，同学们肚子饿了，劲也不知上哪儿去了，叫苦连天，忍不住双腿的酸痛，对军训有一点灰心丧气。有个别的同学脚下被石头一绊，险栽了跟头，还好反应机敏，手上只是擦破了一点皮肉，腿也无意间磕在石头上。唉，这才尝到军训的不易呀。休息后，个个前俯后仰，双腿又软又酸，浑身没劲，真想退回去，可又于心不忍，只好像一条条虫子一样在床上蠕动，各自诉说着辛酸史。

made it he cried out and felt relieved.

As food is to the body, so is learning to the mind. Our bodies grow and muscles develop with the intake of adequate nutritious food. Likewise, we should keep learning day by day to maintain our keen mental power and expand our intellectual capacity. Constant learning supplies us with inexhaustible fuel for driving us to sharpen our power of reasoning, analysis, and judgment. Learning incessantly is the surest way to keep pace with the times in the information age, and reliable warrant of success in times of uncertainty.

Once learning stops, vegetation sets in. It is a common fallacy to regard school as the only workshop for the acquisition of knowledge. On the contrary, learning should be a never ending process, from the cradle to the grave. With the world changing so fast, to cease learning for just a few days will make a person lag behind. 羊肉串，相信也有很多人喜欢吃。它吃起来口感很好，而且有一股羊膻味，让人们以为这就是正宗的羊肉串了。其实不是，羊肉串虽叫羊肉串，但是谁能保证上面的肉一定是羊肉呢?说不定是猪肉，这还算好的。有些竟是用老鼠肉做的，这样你还吃的下去吗?你可能会问：“羊膻味又是怎么来的呢?”羊膻味是把“羊肉串”放在羊尿里泡上一些时日，然后冲洗一下，这样一串串“香喷喷”的羊肉串就被烤出来了。说到这里，不用我劝，相信你就已经不会再吃了吧?

现在，肉不可以吃，蔬菜也有危险，大部分蔬菜都会打农药，所以大家洗蔬菜时一定要清洗干净再吃，毕竟它会危害家人的健康。

现在，食品安全得不到保证，人们的健康受到威胁，所以制作食品的叔叔阿姨们要保证食品的安全，保证人们的健康。

与许多一起进入本所大学的同学不同，我以前初中高中时代并未参加过任何一次军训，所以对于大学新生的这次军训我是充满着好奇心的，为人生中第一次真正的军训而激动不已的我又感到一丝畏惧，我行吗?

军训终于开始了，才刚开始长官就给我们来了个下马威，先军姿三十分钟!标准的军姿要求身体挺直，抬头、挺胸、小腹微收，两眼正视前方。这个动作看似容易实则相当有难度，才刚过去五分钟我就感觉有些站不住了，但我却不能动，哪怕一下，否则就要因违反纪律被惩罚。时间一分一秒的过去，我的脚感到越来越沉，真想一屁股坐下去，可我不能。倒数几十秒了，长官告诉我们要坚持，坚持，再坚持;咬牙，咬牙，再咬牙。是啊，坚持下去，胜利就在眼前了!就在这时，长官发话了：“下面有人在动，在练三分钟!”最后，一共比原先加练了九分钟!真是累啊，我的腿都弯不起来了，感觉硬邦邦的。我想要抱怨，长官也太过苛刻了吧，可是仔细一想，如果没有平时的严格要求，艰苦训练，又怎么会有国庆六十周年阅兵典礼上震撼世界的健美军姿?正所谓“台上一分钟，台下十年功”，说的就是这个道理。

下午军训就有人迟到，长官罚他们站军姿，并教育大家，身为一名军人，如果连严格遵守军队的纪律都这么做不到的话，又如何能称之为军人呢?是啊，作为一名军人，服从是天职，如果没有纪律，那么整个队伍便会烂成为一盘散沙，又何谈御敌?

当然，军训中也有欢乐的时刻，那就是唱军歌。在教官的带领下，同学们认真又激动的唱着一首首动听的军歌。军歌嘹亮，让人不经联想到军旅生活中的艰苦与欢乐。最有趣的莫过于拉歌了，在教官的带领下，我们大声的叫喊着，军训对身体带来的痛楚在这叫喊声中早已被抛到九霄云外去了。

这几天军训天气还是非常之凉爽的，即使这样我们还是感到疲惫不堪，试想军人们在酷热的天气下一次次重复着各项军事训练，虽大汗淋漓却不言苦不言累，默默坚持，这是何等的气魄与意志力!我不禁对我们的中国人民解放军肃然而起敬，请允许我用一个庄重的军礼来表达我的敬佩与钦佩之情!

火辣辣的太阳将地面烤得滚烫滚烫的，蹲得我腰酸背痛，鞋底都快被烤出个大洞啦!面对这个残酷的事实，我也只能选择面对了。

就这样，我们度过了艰苦而又充实的三天，尽管很辛苦，但却让我尝到了苦头，体会到了酸甜苦辣的滋味，学到了许多在学校没有的东西。这次军训，会在我的脑海中，变成一个永恒的记忆。

总是很羡慕电视机里军人们站如松、坐如钟的飒爽英姿，以及那“流血流汗不流泪”的坚毅精神，想着自己是不是也能这样坚持呢?这不，机会终于来了。

一大早，我们学校七年级新生都换上了军训时穿的迷彩服，远远望去，就如同一幅巨大的油画。我当然也在其中，虽然表面看来，我十分淡定，但是只有我自己知道内心是如此的汹涌澎湃。我好像看到了一只独木船正在海面静静地向前航行，忽然，刮起了大风，巨大的海浪一个接着一个，如同成群的野兽，向独木船奔去。

带领我们的是一位浓眉大眼的教官，眉宇间夹着一个深深的“川”字。他一脸严肃，在训练的时候，我没看到他脸上有过一丝笑容，眼睛睁得大大的，好似两个铜铃，怪可怕的。教官一本正经的模样使我胆怯起来，同时打起了十二万分的精神。

教官在教我们每一个动作前都会做一遍给我们看，那炯炯有神的眼睛，那干脆利落的动作，那挺拔如松的站姿，我能想到的只有一个字，那就是——帅!

刚开始我们做的动作一点儿都不整齐，经过教官一次又一次的纠正，我们一次又一次的努力，总算能像教官一样——站如杨树，蹲如雕塑。一个个挺拔的身影，洪亮的口号声久久回荡在篮球场上，这分明就是一个个军人在接受着人民的检阅啊!
