今天是军训的第二天，我早早的起了床，来到学校。

上午，我们一开始就练起了“立正”。要知道，“立正”站一会简单，可要一直“立正”，那就难了。首先，两肩要尽量向后张，挺胸收腹。其次，两腿并拢，不能有一点缝隙。两个脚后跟并拢，脚尖张开，呈60度。然后，五指闭拢，大拇指放在食指的第二个关节处，中指紧贴裤缝，手与裤子之间不能有一丝缝隙。最后，还要微收下颚，使脖子向后顶，眼睛还要向上望15度。就这“立正”就让我们已经快承受不了了。一二十分钟以后，每个人都是满头大汗。想擦，却又不能。满头的汗都在往下流，有几滴汗已经流到了我眼睛上，真是很难忍受。

我实在是受不了了，手也在不自觉地准备擦汗。可就在这时，教官走到了我面前，刚抬起一点点地手又回到了原位。我的心“怦怦”至跳，还以为是我抬手被教官发现了呢。可教官抬起手，手里握着一叠面巾纸，另一个手拿出一张纸。为我擦干了眼睛上的汗，又给我擦了额头、鼻子上的汗擦完汗，教官还鼓励我说：“站的不错，继续坚持。”

顿时，我的心里有所不出的凉爽，似乎外界的炎热，也被教官一句鼓励的话带走了。就在那一刻，我才真正体会到，原来，教官们不光是一个个严格、雷厉风行的人，更是一个个关心他人、爱护他人的人。其实，教官也有温柔的一面。

随着网络的广泛发展，上网已经成为我们生活的一部分。我们通过网络和朋友交流，结交新朋友，随着认识人的途径变得容易，人们喜欢通过电脑结交朋友。经常两个陌生人通过网络认识，经过一段时间的交流，觉得聊得很来。所以他们在网上确立了恋爱关系。这样的情况在今天经常发生。据报道，很多年轻人沉溺于网恋，一些人在和网友见面的时候受到伤害。正如两个年轻人素未谋面，他们告诉彼此的经常不是真的，可能其中一个是坏人，他可能是想要钱，和这样的人见面是很危险的。青少年是网恋的主要受害者，因为他们年轻无知，青少年应该小心使用网络。

高一的军训已经结束，看着两条晒黑了的手臂，就能记起烈日下的汗水。但是汗水不能淹没我所有的记忆，因为有更多的东西充实着我。记得军训刚开始的时候，似乎是那样的无声无息，它没流下太多的时间让我做好心理准备去应付它。就这样的五天里，一点一滴的收获渐渐地烙在我的记忆深处。

军训的内容或许是单调的。每天都做着一样的动作，心中抱怨着自己的汗水白流了好几尺。在教官的标准指导下，慢慢地发现自己和同学平时的习惯如此的便扭。纠正错误永远是困难的，炙热的太阳似乎为了惩罚我们这群有坏习惯的孩子，燃烧了自己每一寸的肌肤。不过努力的力量是巨大的，错误也不会永恒不灭。虽然离教官还有差距，但进步欣喜地摆在了每个人的眼前。

军训也不总是枯燥的，每天的军歌都是单调的军训中的调节剂。在军歌中听到的了“原始的吼声”，那就是欢笑声。每一丝的欢笑声都能将要崩溃的身体唤醒。

军训不仅仅是对行为上的操练，更是对精神和思想上的深化。迎着刺眼的阳光，每天就这样开始了。一天下来的疲惫让我发觉在凉爽的空调间外头还有另一种生活;让我发觉其实自己还很稚嫩。汗水的浸泡需要忍耐，烈日的烘烤需要忍耐，时有时无的饥饿也需要忍耐，似乎一切都要不停地忍耐。就在这不知不觉的忍耐中，潜藏的坚强逐步被挖掘了出来。到了最后几天，几乎每个人都能以微笑的脸庞来结束当天的训练。

军训中让我们要感谢的人有很多。我们要感谢教官,我们流汗,教官比我们流的更多;我们辛苦,教官比我们还要辛苦。是他们让我们看到了一个真正军人的样子，我能清晰地记得教官在我们耳边的口令声。

最不能忘记的是老师。5天里老师如影随形地跟随着我们，和我们一起晒黑，和我们一起淋雨。

军训生活终于在我们出色的会操中结束了，回想起军训的点点滴滴，别有一番滋味在心头。

我从小就很佩服敬畏军人，喜欢他们穿上军装时的那股威武劲。第一次参加军训是20年前青涩的学生时代，那时恰是少年不知愁滋味的时候，军训的感觉是辛劳的锦绣、辛劳的动人。20年来，被文山会海和家庭琐事堆积的我，早已成了慵懒的上班族。听到前几期学员的先容，心中疑问不断：党校学习还要军训?!

当班主任将军帽、迷彩服、武装带和胶鞋发到我们手上时,我的党校军训如期而至。带着极不情愿却又不得不听从的心情，我们开始了为期10天的军训。天老爷好象在考验我们，第一天寒流来袭，在呼呼的冬风中，我们身着迷彩服瑟瑟发抖。军训没有了往昔的清闲与散漫,一切都是那么的整洁与布满纪律。立正，稍息，点名，收拾整顿着装，整洁报数，跨列，敬礼，向左转、向右转、向后转，齐步走，跑步走，正步走，讲评，拉歌，出早操......为了把动作练整洁，反反复复地练，双肩酸痛，双腿麻痹，军训的感觉是苦和累。

军训中，天天的必修课就是站军姿。军姿是最夸姣的姿态，双脚分开约60°，脚跟并拢，双手紧贴裤缝，前后贴紧不留缝隙，两肩后张，收腹，下额微收，抬头挺胸，目视前方。军姿的要领时常在教官口中提醒着我们。军姿展现的是军人的风貌，也体现坚定，坚强，坚毅。站军姿时，体会到的是要挺直腰板堂堂正正的做人的道理，军训的感觉是钢和强。

道是无情却有情，军训可以把一个个弱不禁风的女学员练成一个个刚劲有力踢着正步，扯着大嗓门喊“一二三四”的女兵。看着风姿绰绰的女学员，昂首挺胸，迈着整洁步伐的军事练习，“飒爽英姿五尺枪，曙光初照演兵场。中华儿女多奇志，不爱红装爱武装。”的诗句情不自禁涌上心头，军训的感觉是甜和美。

晓风中，我们精神振奋，齐刷刷跑在校园的路上;阳光下，我们汗流浃背，从基本步伐学起，由浅而深，从懒散混乱到整洁划一;“拉歌”中，那一首首简朴而又刚劲的军歌和热火朝天的比赛，让我们感慨感染到了发自内心的超脱;会操中，当我们接受领导的校阅阅兵时,固然我们不是最优秀的，但心中仍布满了自豪与骄傲，军训的感觉是神与圣。 军训几天下来，慢慢地我发现自己在不知不觉之中融入了角色,适应了军训的糊口,并徐徐体会到党校军训的意义和学校的良苦专心。党校军训的目的，就是通过严格的军事练习，强化听从意识，克服自由主义 ;强化纪律观念，克服疏松习惯 ;强化团队精神，克服个人主义 ;强化意志品质，克服脆弱消极 。中青班作为党校主体班中的重要班级，进行军训也不是单纯练习我们的吃苦精神。通过军训，改善了我们的精神风采，更是挫败了我们这些部分、单位精英的傲气和娇性，培养了我们的团队意识，增强了我们之间的凝

聚力。恰是这种痛并快乐着的军训，为我们在党校的理论和实践相结合的学习打下了坚实的基础。

军训虽然已经结束，但却给我们每位同学留下很多东西，我们将终生从中受益。我们应该把军训精神带回校园，让我们一起努力学习知识，让我们一起为明天喝彩!!
