So be yourself. Dont engage in a personal cover-up of areas that are

unpleasing in your life. When its tough, do it tough. In other words, face

reality and be adult in your responses to lifes challenges.

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.

My Roommates

I study in a high school, the school is far away from my home, so I have to live in the school. The first day I came to the school, the headmaster led me to a dormitory, he said I would have three roommates. I was the first one to come, so I waited a minute to meet my roommates. At last, I saw them, they are from different places, I learned how to get along with them. Li Hua loves music so much, he can play guitar, we hear him play guitar when we don’t have class. 汗，累，疼，酸，抱怨，四肢无力……这大约是几天下来的军训的最真实的感受。

反复麻木的姿势早就磨灭了来时所以得期待与兴奋。

所有的手脚皮肤被包裹在密不透风的迷彩军装里，无法逃避高温的袭击，不停渗出汗来，再滴落。视野里有帽檐的影子，不时被掉下来的汗珠模糊了眼眶。日光毫不客气地焦灼着皮肤，以至于开始微微发疼。

疲倦，酸疼，一刻不停地攻占着大脑神经，注意不住地涣散却又被迫集中，仅是片刻的松散，就会被轻易抓住，不得不提心吊胆地度过每一秒。

除了这些，剩下所有的注意力与精力都用在了抱怨与委屈上。抱怨吃饭动不动就要起立，抱怨不得不曝晒在强光之下，抱怨凡是都要打报告，委屈只是声音不够响亮，就要一遍一遍直至达标，委屈只是少了命令却自作主张，就要被拉到一旁忍受教官的怒火和蚊虫的叮咬，委屈只是中午有了些声响，就要被拉出宿舍门训斥许久……

可是意外的，我并没有多少怨气，相反地，我觉得这些好像是理所当然应该去执行的。

也许我不理解军人的职责，可我知道军人应该去履行职责；也许我不理解军人的命令，可我知道军人应该去听从命令；也许我补理解军人的精神，可我知道军人应该去培养精神。

也许我不理解，但是我尊敬，我尊敬军人的纪律，尊敬军人的信仰，尊敬军人的团结，尊敬军人的精神。

I am not fond of basketball,let alone to play it.But I have seen a

wonderful basketball game between my class and postgraduate class.It is so

A long time ago,there was an emperor who told his horseman that if he could ride on his horse and cover as much land area as he liked,then the emperor would give him the area of land he would have covered.

Sure enough,the horseman quickly jumped onto his horse and rode as fast as possible to cover as much land area as he could.He kept on riding and riding,whipping the horse to go as fast as possible.When he was hungry or tired,he did not stop because he wanted to cover as much area as possible.

今天军训终于正式开始了。早上7：00—9：30是新兵开营仪式。实际上也没什么，我们坐在操场上等待长官们讲话。演讲人中有军校~~，年级主任，~~副校长，还有学生讲话。

昨天晚上，我们体验了正式军训的一小部分，也认识了我们的教官——张教官，属于空军。我们还知道了如何在队伍中起立、坐下。今天早上，教官带我们练习站军姿以及齐步走，还有稍息，立正等。

10：00—12:10是属于学校教育时间。我们看了介绍~~的视频，并且听了一位老师对于日常生活可能出现问题的介绍。

下午时，我们的一位老师在阶梯教室为我们上了有关国旗的一堂课。我们了解到升国旗的意义，国旗的规格并知道了要去维护国旗的尊严。

4:00—6:00期间，我们学习了武术操的前四节并训练了口号和拉歌。晚上我们也唱了一会歌。教我们的教官也由张教官改为了冯教官。

现在已是晚上10:30了，我还有一篇读书笔记要写……

生活在这个时代的我们，都是在温室里长大的花朵，在蜜罐里泡大的“皇帝”、“公主”，从不知道“苦”的含义。现在，我才知道，原来，我们的生活是如此幸福。但对于这一切我是从何感受到的呢?

八月的天气十分炎热，知了不停地在树上叫，令人烦躁。放个暑假，应该舒舒服服的呆在家里的，可偏偏进入中学大门前的“门槛”——军训又偏偏降临。

我们最先练习的是站军姿，抬头、挺胸、两眼平视前方，两只脚呈60°……虽然是站在树荫下训练，可还是热的满头大汗。一股股热浪不断涌来，没有丝毫的凉意，大家的衣服都被汗水浸湿了。

下午我们练习的是原地踏步，教官要求我们必须先踏左脚，不可以弄错，而且脚要抬高。为了让动作更标准，教官还特意用了十几分钟，让我们一个动作一个动作地练。我们长时间抬起一只脚，很难掌握平衡，同学们都东倒西歪的。

第一天的训练让人腰酸背疼，大家都暗自叫苦连天，一天下来一个个都面无表情。可是谁也没有放弃，第二天的军训都准时到达。

第二天的军训如期而至，因为昨天我们练得并不是很好，所以教官便让我们站在阳光下训练。虽说是早晨，可也热的让人透不过气来。操场上毒日的煎熬，热气不断地从地里往上透;脚跟因为不断踏步，站军姿而弄得生疼，脚板又酸又疼。我有点想打退堂鼓，但我仍撑了下来。

这五天的军训虽然很苦，很累，但这些哭和累，是成长的催化剂，是在磨练我们橡树一样坚挺向上，不屈不饶。正所谓人生苦短，年轻时吃点苦，受点累算什么。俗话说：不经一番寒刺骨，哪得梅花扑鼻香?军训，它教会我们今后该怎样面对人生的挫折，教会了我们一种宝贵的精神——坚持!

今天是军训的第二天，经过昨天一整天的军事训练的生活。

刚到的第一天，我们反复练习着枯燥的稍息、立正。翻来覆去的错误动作，被表情严肃的教官反复纠正。

但一天中，操场上铿锵的口令，无数次不厌其烦的动作示范，被炙热的阳光晒黑的面庞，浸透汗水的衣衫，教官们飒爽的英姿，严谨的作风，严明的纪律，吃苦耐劳的精神，过硬的军事素质，定格在我们所有学生的心中。

柔和的夜里，在虫鸣打破恬静的脚印上，昏暗的路灯底神不知鬼不觉的出现一簇簇身穿迷彩的人群，尔后，嘹亮的军歌不留痕迹的淹没着曾经有过的抱怨或悔恨。

惊鸿一坐，坐出了无数报国情在心深处滋长定格，坐出了手受用一生的理解和感悟。

Welcome to our school! Our school is the key middle school in this city.

Now we are in the front gate. Entry in this school, you can see there is a big

football playground on the left and a big resturant on the right. If you’re

hungry, you can have something good in there. The grand teaching building is

right behind the football playground. We spend most time in the classrooms.

Behind the teaching building, there is a little lake with many fish in it. Oh,

there is also a nice library next to the lake. After the class, we can entry the

library freely to read the books we like. This is our school. Don’t you think

it’s great?

时间飞速的流逝，一转眼，在东方绿舟的军训已是一年前的事了，可当时军训生活的点点滴滴仍清晰的像在昨天发生。

军训生活是苦的。无论是卧倒、匍匐还是定向越野，这对我们这群养尊处优的孩子们来说都是心理与生理上的双重挑战。潮湿的天气使人觉得闷热难当，汗水打湿了我们的脸庞，但是没有一个人提出要放弃。虽然每个人都已疲惫不堪，

但是当我们组以第一名的成绩完成定向越野时，每人的脸上都露出的欣喜的微笑。

然而有成功也就会有失败。消防演习比赛时，每个班都派出了几名同学进行训练与比赛。被选中的人牺牲了与同学一起活动一起休息的时间，拼命的学习和强化着自己的技能，只为了给集体赢得荣誉。虽然我们班派出的选手没有赢得名次，但是在他们垂头丧气的回到队伍时，迎接他们的没有埋怨，只有鼓励的眼神和安慰的话语。

军训就如一杯浓茶，苦涩中蕴含着别样的甘醇。

军训是甜的。在东方绿舟的联欢晚会上，我们班表演了合唱的节目。几乎所有人都是第一次在这么多人面前表演，每个人都显得有些紧张。但是，大家前段时间的练习没有白费，节目还是获得了圆满的成功。当台下的掌声响起时，不管是无数练习的辛苦还是在台上时惴惴不安的心情都烟消云散了。这次演出成为了我们最宝贵的经验之一。

同样体现一个班级团结合作精神的还有搭帐篷。军用帐篷将近百斤，只有团结合作、分工明确才能又快又好的撑起帐篷。于是，男生们负责支撑、打桩，女生们负责绑系绳索和检查细节。虽然地面有些湿滑，但是我们仍然安全快速的完成了任务。看着亲手搭建的帐篷，心中的成就感是无法用言语表达的。

军训就如山泉，只有历经了攀登的辛苦，才能感受到泉水的甘甜。

短短的五天中，我们哭过，我们笑过，我们失败过，我们成功过。我们在艰苦中体味着快乐，在付出中体验着收获。我们感悟出了感恩与珍惜，懂得了团结与拼搏，学会了欣赏与友爱。

逝去的军训时光已然沉淀为我们记忆中一道美丽的风景线，成为我们最宝贵的一笔心灵财富。而军训培养出的精神品质对我们将来的人生也会有着不可磨灭的重要作用。

这个学期刚开学的时候，老师就说要军训，听到这个消息，我高兴极了!因为这是我第一次参加军训。

星期三一大早，同学们排好队来到学校的篮球场上等候教官。过了一会儿教官来了，他身穿橄榄绿的军装，扎着皮带，穿着黑色的皮鞋，个子很高大，一副英姿飒爽的模样，精神极了!自我介绍完后，教官提出军训要求，他严肃地说：“军训的时候要安静，不能搞小动作和乱讲话，要注意听口令做动作，同学们能做到吗?”我们齐声回答：“能!”

军训从立正和稍息开始。教官先给我们做动作示范，然后一边做分解动作，一边说动作要领。立正时，两脚站直，目视前方，小腹微微收起，抬头挺胸;稍息时，左脚向前伸小半步，身体的重心大部分落在右脚跟上，并注意保持身体平衡。

接下来，同学们就按照教官的口令认真地做立正和稍息的动作，教官时不时会进到队列中间仔细察看，如果发现哪位同学的动作不正确，就立刻上前进行纠正。在教官认真负责地训练下，我们的队列变得越来越整齐，立正和稍息的动作也越来越规范。

站在烈日底下军训很辛苦，我感到又累又渴，浑身酸痛，好几次我都想请假休息，可是看到别的同学都在坚持，我也不好意思打退堂鼓，心里默默地对自己说，别人能做到的我也能!就这样一直坚持着，直到听到休息的口令。

经过这次军训，我觉得自己好像变坚强了，不再那么娇气，越来越像一个小男子汉了!第一次军训就像是一个有趣的游戏，虽然身体很累，却很快乐。真希望下一次军训能快点到来啊!

4天的军训生活，我尝遍了酸甜苦辣。在这短短的四天里，我懂得了军训的真正意义，知道了____为何一定要每届新生进行军训，更深深地了解了“吃得苦中苦，方为附中人。”的含义。

在4天的军训生活中，每天我们都必须接受七到八个小时的军事训练，还要自己打扫宿舍，自己洗衣服……这对于许多在家里是“小皇帝”的同学来说，无疑不是一种艰苦考验。

就在军训的第一天，教官就先给我门来了个下马威——站军姿。虽说只是几十分钟，但在烈日当空下，同学们都被晒的两眼发麻。还好，教官们也是会体贴的让身体不好的同学到阴凉处休息，并给满脸汗水的同学们纸巾。可是，军令如山，当你想在训练时，动弹动弹，活动活动时，必须得打报告，否则，教官姐姐就会有点生气的质问你为何不打报告，所以大家只好服从。

当然，教官们也是会说笑的。当大家休息时，教官就会教我们唱军歌，还与我们聊聊部队的生活。每当我听到他们讲部队生活时，我都会感到敬佩。原来，教官们比我们年龄大不了多少，也就大一两岁，可是，他们的生活和我们可是天壤之别。

我喜欢为军训结束的时间倒计时，因为军训结束也就终结了我原以为残酷的身体训练。军训结束了我就可以回家，我苦苦盼望着这一天的到来，但当我只需用小时来计算它的时候，我忽然发现，我感受更多的是留恋与不舍。

The new term began with military training in August.It‘s popular that most of Chinese colleges and high schools hold military training for several days or more.

Why was military training held by all kinds of schools in China? I didn‘t understand exactly , but it‘s said the honor and glory culture passed from generation to generation . Last month, I took part into military training also. Oh, my god! It‘s rather a painful and unforgettable memory. The strong sunshine ,and be Controledfor a long time . 每天训练下来，累得腰酸腿疼。我们教官是严格要求的人，动作做的不标准就一遍又一遍的重复操练，直到符合要求为止。其实教官也是心疼我们的，但他更希望能把我们的坚强、毅力练出来。军训生活的甜是一种“苦尽甘来”的甜，是训练场上教官表示肯定的一句话或一个眼神。这种甜是师生之间建立起来的一种深厚的友谊，就像一块黑巧克力，还会有丝丝苦味。真是让人回味无穷。

军训的确很辛苦，但是我相信往后我们一定会怀念这一段既苦又甜的军训生活。在炎炎烈日下，我们踢正步，排方队；在激昂的训练场上，我们欢呼，呐喊。就是这样一段生活，使每个人在滚爬摔打中慢慢成长；就是这样一段经历，使每个人在汗水中变得坚强。

首先，军训也培养了我们的身体素质。一开始训练，只要站上5分钟的军姿，就会有人体力不支。现在即使让我们站上15分钟，还是能个个都站如松。可见，军训对于我们身体素质的培养多么明显。

其次，特殊的军训生活培养了我们的集体观念和纪律观念。在队列中教官非常强调纪律，每当有人在队伍中不打报告便随意乱动时，都会受到教官严厉的批评和惩罚，以增强我们的集体观念。而队列整齐的要求也增强了我们的集体观念，要求我们时刻要想到集体，而不光只是考虑自己。

通过这次军训，军训给了我这样的机会，虽然军训有点儿苦、有点儿累，但我知道更苦更累还在以后的学习、生活之路。我更加体会到在学习上也要有毅力，也要有吃苦耐劳的精神。人生充满艰辛，生活充满坎坷；和此相比，军训的日子又算得了什么呢。军训代表着什么，代表着磨练意志，代表着学会面对挫折的本领，代表着迎难而上的毅力。军训的日子只有短短的五天，和人生相比，只不过是沧海一粟，也许这段日子在几年后会在记忆中消逝，但它留下的绿色诗韵，永远是人生中最亮丽的风景。

There is a library in every university, some schools pay special attention

to the building of the library, because the library always on behalf of

presentation of a school. We can find all kinds of books in the room, library

provides convenience, but it still has space to improve.

On the one hand, we can check the information and go to the library every

day. It is open all the week, and the time is from 8 o’clock to 10 o’clock. For

students, they can go to the place all the time. What’s more, the book they want

is easy to find, they can check on the computer, and find the number

quickly.

On the other hand, the library needs to improve its equipment. The books on

the library are very old, it is not good for students to do some research paper.

The amount of the computer is not enough, I always find the students wait for

the computer, while some students need to use the computer for a long time. So

there will be better if increase the number of the computer.

Despite these drawbacks, I am generally pleased with the library and hope

that it will continue to make improvement in the future.

For thousands of years, physical activity has been associated with health. Today, science has confirmed the link, with overwhelming evidence that people who lead active lifestyles are less likely to die early, or to experience major illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes and colon cancer.

Exercise benefits every part of the body, including the mind. Exercising causes the body to produce endorphins, chemicals that lead a person to feel peaceful and happy. Exercise can help some people sleep better. It can also help with mental health issues such as mild depression and self-esteem. Plus, exercise can give people a real sense of accomplishment and pride at having achieved a certain goal - like beating an old time in the 100-meter dash. ﹒

Exercising can help you look better, too. People who exercise burn calories and look more toned than those who dont. In fact, exercise is one of the most important parts of keeping your body at a healthy weight. When you exercise, you burn food calories as fuel. If a person eats more calories than he or she burns, the body stores them away as fat. Exercise can help burn these stored calories.

Finally, exercising to maintain a healthy weight also decreases a persons risk of developing certain diseases, including type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.

历时七天的军训眼见将要完毕，脱掉那厚实的军服，没多久大家的士兵职业生涯也会随着着一声一声嘹亮的标语临时拉掉序幕，托着疲倦的人体，痛苦竟有时候让我还在漆黑的夜晚很长时间不可以入眠。

你是否还记得那天晚上收到教师送上军装的激动，你是否还记得和军训教官第一次见面的兴奋，从那一刻起，我终于搞清楚我并并不是反感军训的人仅仅心里的畏惧感浓浓的，一直沒有学会放下罢了。

第一次站军姿，我还快痛哭，殊不知我很引以为豪，由于我懂得了坚持不懈和忍受，在炎热炎日下，我务必身穿军服戴着军帽，昂首阔步立在序列中，尽管我很累，但我告诉自身我是一个兵，做为一个兵最基础的一条便是坚持不懈。

细苗不经历风雨身心的洗礼怎能长出枝繁叶茂，邹鹰不经历狂风暴雨怎能飞上千万里天穹，溪水不经历颠簸流离怎能交汇处于浩瀚大海，而年少的我们不经历艰难磨炼又怎能变成我国的有效之材。

在这儿，军训教會我什么叫坚强的意志，教會我什么叫团结的力量，在这儿，因为我尝到诸多味道，大家磨练了信念，品味来到难咽的苦味，大家煅造了心身，品味了不成功的痛苦或许这七天是那麼的无足轻重，殊不知我很感谢它，它要我娇嫩的内心越来越冲盈完善，要我摆脱爸爸妈妈用心手工编织的暖巢，英勇的站出去同风吹雨打挑戰。
