记得军训de第一天，老师就告诉我们，军训结束后是要展示de，并且还要评选。所以老师要我们好好练习。我们答应老师，争取拿个第一回来。可说回说，行动起来可就不像说得那样简单了。第一天de军训，固然我们只学了一些简单de动作，可是需要集体de配合，这些平时看似简单de动作，现在让大家一起做，却做得乱七八糟。同学们各做各de，有de学生速度快得如超人一般;有de同学慢得像一只蜗牛;有de甚至还思想不集中地傻愣在一边。这个同学de步子幅度太大，那个同学de胳膊又没有摆起来……练习de时间长了，有些不耐烦de同学就开始窃窃丝语，交头接耳。那些体制不好de同学支撑不下往，干脆就休息了。哎——要是说句刺耳话，就是“一盘散沙”啊!叔本华曾说过：“单个de人是软弱无能de，就像漂流de鲁滨逊，只有同别人在一起，他才能完成很多事业。有什么用呀?要是这三天我们都像这样de话，那么我们deDK(夺魁)计划就要和大家说“Bye-bye”了。这一天de军训生活算是不尽人如意吧。

一转眼de时间，第三天就已经到了。这个上午对大家来说是十分重要de。起初，大家懒懒散散de，可当我们看着旁边其它班级整洁de动作，听着他们响亮de声音。我心里忽然震动了一下，一瞬间更加振作起来。班里de同学们似乎也在这一刻变得更加精神抖擞，双眼中闪出好胜de目光。或许是在这一刻那颗55颗不服输de心都被唤醒了吧!现在大家de每个动作不但变得到位，而且整洁爽利。我们好似一个练习有速de军队。

中午de验收，批着自信，带上精神de我们出色de展示得到了大家de肯定。“一滴水只有放进大海里才永远不会干涸，一个人只有当他把自己和集体事业融合在一起de时候才能最有气力。”这是雷锋叔叔de名言。我们每一个人都是集体中de一部分，我们每一个人de行动都代表了集体de一部分，大家一起努力，集体才会越变越好。这次de军训带给了我很重要de东西。我想10年后我都不会忘记这次军训。

想到这儿，我立即从床上爬起来，这只是刚刚开始，日后我得好好努力，为集体多争光了。

今天就是军训的第二天了，尽管多苦多累也总算熬过去了。今天的教官依然是那么精神抖擞，望着他谁也不敢有半丝松懈，不过我却有着不一样的心情，那就是非常期待今天的训练，因为可以从错误中吸取教训。

今天的军训一开始还是站军姿20分钟，然后就接着训练。今天主要是训练正步走，林教官让我们先看着他做分解动作，“教官不愧是教官啊！无论在做什么动作都能呈现出威风凛凛的姿态，步伐那么有力，把地板都踏响了！”我沉思着。有些同学们开始有些不耐其烦了，林教官那雷鸣般的声音，震痛了我的耳朵，他大声地问我们“会不会”，我们也响亮地回答到：“会。”整理好队行之后，教官就一声令下：“正步走。”我们一边走，教官一边喊口令，可我们之中，不知道为什么总是有些同学没听清楚教官的命令，结果害得整个班的步伐都不一致。乱、乱、乱。教官又给我们做示范了，但我们还是走得不齐，此时此刻我只想骂醒自己，也想骂醒全班，但一想到我们之间还没有产生默契，就打消了这个念头。教官感到无奈了，让我们蹲下来，看别人是怎么练习的。哎！望着教官那烦恼的表情，我真的好想哭，因为我觉得我们太笨了，太对不起教官了。许久，教官才让我们站起来，他又再一次给我们示范了起来，然后让我们一排一排地轮流练，这样的效果起码有进步了，但还不和教官的心意。突然教官把本来第一排第四个的我抽出来，安排到了第一排第一个。也许站在第一位太紧张了，刚开始我还是找不到方向感，走得太快了，有些人跟不上，教官的口令一停，我们就开始乱套子了。我就想：“为什么我的步伐那么不一致呢？真的只是因为紧张吗？不，不要紧张，我一定能行的。”我不断给自己自信。练习了很多遍都不太齐，望着教官目无表情的样子，我真想对全班说：“一定要好好做，不能辜负教官的用心教导。”

军训的效果好与坏，也不是一个人决定的，而是一个集体定的，正所谓团结就是力量嘛！今天错了，不要紧，最重要的是懂得改正错误，吸取了今天的教训，希望明天会更好。

[反思军训中的错误_高一作文

8月15日，我们在烈日下演练，阳光穿透我们的肌肤，蒸腾出我们的汗水，丝丝凉风亲吻着我们，那火红的脸上灿烂着我们每一个人的希望。那一刻，夏日带着它的傲然飘然离去，随之而来的是秋风那飘飘的裙袂。

一年后的8月15日，朗朗书声的我们坐在明亮的教室中，用心聆听窗外的军歌嘹亮，回忆中的迷彩点缀着周围的英姿颯爽，那熟悉的操场遍布着他们自信的脚印，纵使前行的道路上满是烈日炎炎，风雨凄凄。

而雁过留声的我们呢？一本本习题集在我们手中徜徉，一支支笔在艰难中挺进……哭过，累过，疲惫伤心过，也离开过，但是从未放弃过。人生是一次美好的起航，也许是阳光普照，抑或是风雨兼程。既然选择了，就要无悔地去追求！毕竟，今年的军训教会我们太多。军训教会我们做一只荆棘鸟。

既然选择了远方就要风雨兼程，抖动生命中孱弱的羽毛，扑开晨曦中深藏的微光，用前进的热血衡量自己所处的高度。酝酿梦想，沉淀漂泊的心，一路坎坷，风尘仆仆融入绿野阡陌，泪水涟涟洒向雪域的苍茫。纵使是蹒跚地行走也是一种前行的姿态，风吹雨打后的泪痕是生命经过洗礼后的珍贵馈赠，扭曲变形的心是坚韧意志最完美的体现。前进是唯一的选择，奋斗是理想的航船，无悔是今生的夙愿。

就让我们展翅做一只无悔的荆棘鸟，为了追求那翱翔于蔚蓝天际的快慰，揉破满天乌云；为了梦想那跋涉于千山万水的坦荡，点破苍山冷漠。

今年的初秋是一个让人怀想的季节。在那个季节里，我们可以不再理会滴打在脸上的雨水，粘在脚底湿湿的泥土，可以在炎炎夏日，绵绵秋雨中坚持到最后的最后开始的开始。

今年的初秋是一个让人怀想的季节，在那个季节里我们懂得了太多。他教会了我们团结，坚强与刚毅，更教会我们要做一只荆棘鸟，朝着理想飞翔。

今年的初秋是那么地令人怀想，因为它托起了初升的太阳，因为它为我们打造了一只可以乘风破浪的船，载我们到达幸福的彼岸！

军训以后人明显黑了一圈瘦了一圈，站在太阳底下暴晒的滋味真的不好受…

第一天，兴高采烈的登上东方绿洲的专车，心中满是兴奋之情。到了绿洲基地，换上迷彩服，在外形上开始像军人靠拢。整理完内务之后到罗马公寓集结。在认识了教官之后，第一天的训练开始。教我们班的教官胖胖的，不怎样凶，感觉上也挺可爱的，这一点也是我至今为止感到比较幸运的。第一天训练主要都是拓展训练为主，所以并不感到十分的累。

一日三餐觉得那里的汤很好喝，其它的都一般，个性是最后那天吃的方腿肉，红的那么诡异…

宿舍生活也是相当搞笑的，个性是像我们这种21人的大宿舍，而且臭烘烘的，有点像…

第二天，新鲜感已经消磨的差不多了，开始抱怨像集中营般的澡堂子，进水的鞋子等等。这天的定向越野比较累，最终成绩虽然够不上破纪录，但是也算一个佳绩了。搭帐篷时班级分了2组，我们一组一开始搭了一个比较搞笑的帐篷，之后经过老师的指导后最后像个帐篷样了。当天晚上的绿洲晚会那么多的学校聚在一齐很好玩，节目的质量也比较高，在这方面，反而是我们学校的节目比较逊色一点。在第二天我碰巧遇到了4年未见的小学同学，我们都变了不少，但见到时还是十分的亲热，就像小时候一样。

最后一天，按照规定准时起床，洗梳完毕后开始将一些物品整理进包里。这一天的野外训练是在山坡上，所以时常会发生蚯蚓和我们一齐爬坡的事。下午的军事演习蛮有劲的，还算有一点震撼力。离别的时候总会有点依依不舍，虽说不至于抱头痛哭，但心头总会有一丝的悲伤。

三天的军训有点短，但我们受益匪浅，迟到恐怕发生的几率会小很多了。

这三天的军训生活将会在我的人生中留下不可磨灭的记忆!
