军训很辛苦，它锻炼了我们的筋骨，但更重要的是，它磨练了我们的意志。站军姿时，教官在队伍中转来转去，他经常做出些奇怪的表情引诱我们笑，但我们却不能笑出来。有时我会用牙齿咬住舌尖不让自己中招。教官还会轻声漫步地走到我们身后，突然拍打一下我们的两臂。如果手臂没有加紧，便会被拍动一下，这就算没站好。每当教官从我们的视野里走出，转到我身后，我都会使出全力加紧手臂，有时手臂又酸又麻，但我只能坚持、再坚持。就这样经历了一次又一次全身酸痛、汗水浸透了衣襟，我渐渐懂得了坚忍。

军训中，我还学到了团队意识。军训开始时，教官告诫我们绝对不能从别的队列中间或前面走过，我起初十分不解。训练中，我们常因一两个人犯错，整排整班的人跟着受罚。一次训练齐步走，我作为排头兵却没控制好与前面领步间的距离，结果我们就被罚再走一遍。教官说，队列就是一个集体，一个团队。团队里的成员必须相互配合，才能使团队的动作整齐划一。一个人动作错了，就会影响整个团队的节奏，因为我们是个整体，所以所有人都要受罚。我明白了：队列是一个有尊严的、高度集中的团队，谁都不能侵犯它的尊严。团结、配合、互助，这样的团队意识对我们以后的学习、工作都会起十分有益的影响。

军训虽然已经结束了，但军训中我们所学到的精神永远不会结束。那些宝贵的记忆将伴随我们一生。

There is no doubt that we all want to be successful. But what’s the main

concern of the way to success? From Abraham Lincoln’s famous remark, “Give me

six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the

axe”, I learn that if we want to achieve success, we must make full preparation

for it.

Only if we are well prepared, can we catch the opportunity which occurs

once in a while. In our daily life, we have to expand our horizon and lay a

solid foundation for success. It will be a long way to be successful thus we

have to accumulate our knowledge day by day. And we can’t achieve success in one

军训只训练了五天，但我舍不得我们可爱的教官。他们多么风趣，那个一直说我呆的教官，那个教我们叠被子的教官，那个帮我们提东西的教官，教官，谢谢您的教导。您教会我不怕，不向困难低头。您的教导我会铭记于心，它将会成为我前进的动力。我们曾一起赏月，您曾说我如果再学不会踏步会打我，可是在选优秀学员您毫不犹豫的点我，那一刻感动是那么清晰。

军训的夜晚是不会平静的，唱歌成了夜的主旋律。与老师、教官的互动成了我们兴奋的时刻，哄堂大笑中情意在一点点升华。只记得当时云飘星闪、歌美声甜，连酸疼的肌肉也是充满力量。

高一新生的军训陪伴我们最长的也是彼此，前世几千次的回眸才换得今生的患难与共，我们一班人相聚于此便是缘分吧。这些天的相处，渐渐地与同学熟悉，大家相互帮助着，每一个人都有自己的个性和脾气，但也是试着理解他人，融入一个新的环境。相信，短短六天的“革命友谊”是深刻的，也不缺少感动。

今天是军训的第一天，在我温故三年前所练的稍息、立正、停止间转法等基本项目之时，我惊讶地发现，我的齐步走进步了许多。还记得三年前，我总是孤零零的凸出或凹进去的那个，而今天，我却能与同学们配合得很好并获得教官的表扬，这让我激动了很久。

今天第一节晚自习时，我们用生命诠释艺术的活体表情包音乐老师董旭升又教我们唱了《一二三四歌》和《强军战歌》一种对军人们的敬意便油然而生，这也让我们将军训的苦累化作为力量，更好地投入今后的军训中。

我最想表扬的还是我们班的女生，连班主任也表扬我们巾帼不让须眉，我们的潜力真的把我们自己都震惊到了，尤其我们的女指挥员马钰，女中豪杰说的就是她吧。

但是我们班第一天的表现也不是非常完美的，比方说我们的眼神还不是很坚定，集体观念还是不够等等，比起我们同中队的三班，我们真的还需努力努力再努力。

今天的收获真多，期待我们明天更好的表现，高一（1）班，加油！

[高一作文军训的感悟

烦闷的天气，火辣辣的太阳炙烤着大地。我们顶着一头汗水站在阳光里，腿绷得笔直，昂首挺胸，目光炯炯有神，头微抬高，一动也不动。

“手夹紧大腿，腰挺直喽!”然而你却似不理解我们的苦，还在那里“不依不饶”得告诫提醒着我们。让我们不由得诽谤：这个教官好严厉!

“好啦，休息一会。”这个声音仿佛是最美的天籁，直接停止我们的痛苦。然而接着便传来一阵阵压抑的呼痛声。一动不动，把腿绷直半个小时之久，腿都弯不起来了。那种痛楚只有亲身经历了才会体会到。但在亲眼见证了自己的现状之后，我们才了解，军人真的了不起!顿时，一股尊敬之情溢满胸襟。

军训虽苦，但也有开心的时刻。但最开心的莫过于晚上的拉歌活动啦。两个连队面对面吆喝对面的来一首，简单顺口的拉歌词在我们上空来回激荡。在一来一往之间，不仅将白天的疲惫一扫而空，还体验了连队的团结，加强了我们之间的友谊。那是多么快乐而又热闹的画面啊，那画面里，有着一张张青春勃发，洋溢着阳光快乐的笑脸!

我要感谢你们，你们带给我太多感动。谢谢教官，是你们教会了我们担当，教会了我们忍耐和吃苦耐劳，是你们教会我们正确的站姿和坐姿，让现在的我们看起来英姿飒爽，颇有英气。是你们一扫暑假带来的慵懒和贪玩，将精气神带回给我们。谢谢队友，是你们让我感到了友谊的美好，是你们让我体验了团结的力量，是你们让我在军训期间苦中作乐，让我感到温馨和由衷的快乐。

那些时光那么美好，让我不能忘怀。我想我会一直记得，将它深藏心底，永记心间!

I’m going to have a busy weekend! On Saturday, I’m going visit my friends

by car. Because I haven’t seen them for a long time. Then, I’m going to the

bookstore on foot. I’m going to read lots of books there. On Sunday morning, I’m

going to go for a walk. Then, in the afternoon, I’m going to go shopping with my

mother. Then, in the evening, we are going to watch TV together. That will be

fun! What about you? What are you going to do on the weekend?

军训已经x周多了，在这一周里我们付出了汗水与辛苦，也收获了许多。

“立正、稍息……”听着这些已经熟悉的口令，我们都已经被融进了军营的那种氛围中了。小时候向往军营，向往那和平绿，总是梦想着长大后有一天自己也能穿上绿军装成为他们其中一员。

渐渐长大后，明白了一些事，也懂得了一些道理，不再像孩提时的幼稚，多了几分现实，没有理想的生活是空洞的，迷茫的，可是空有理想的生活也是浮浅的。

高中时的军训只是x周，那时的我们在花季雨季徘徊，无知，迷茫是我们脸上的表情，x周的军训收获甚少，只是知道军训苦，让人受不了，脸上晒的掉了一层皮，在也不想当军人，这时高中，青涩的季节，让我们匆匆走过了那段青涩的年龄。

而今，我们都已长大，成了人们所谓的成年人，从走进x的那一天，大家期盼着，等待着军训，可是一年过去了，大家的热情消减了不少，军训的时间到了，可是因为自治区的大庆，给学校下达了政治任务，男生参加大庆表演训练，女生回家等待下一年军训，这是一个令人失望又高兴的消息。大家可以回家了，可是明年当大家的激情都退却的时候我们依然逃不过啊!

真正军训的时间到了，有人欢喜，有人悲啊!可是不管怎样总是逃不过去了。大家无一例外穿上了迷彩装。从教官来后一直反复着乏味训练。但军训也不是想象中那样痛苦，欢声笑语，歌声也在其中，大家还是都很积极的。这也许就是团结的力量吧!

还有一周的时间，我们相信，没有逃兵，大家一定都会坚持下去，将军训进行到底，取得一个好成绩。

Today is teachers day, because mother filled too late yesterday, so I didnt give the teacher a gift it is a holiday today, the in the mind a bit sad, see other students have to prepare gifts, I think this time Im sorry, next time to prepare gifts for the teachers.

Go on the way home a few from my uncle and aunt and my mother a few flowers, I would take the flowers to the mother said mom and I want to the teacher tomorrow, only one day, mother said that today is teachers day is not how to send the teacher teachers day tomorrow, mother say teachers must be prepared to present next time. Last night, I ate a lot of food, such as KTC and ice cream, before I slept,

I ate some cold food in the fridge. At midnight, I felt my stomach hurt badly,

my family was woke up, they sent me to the hospital. After seeing the doctor, he

told me that I had eaten too much food, what’s more, the food was not healthy,

so it hurt my stomach. Since then, I realized that I should not eat the rubbish

food often, I should keep the healthy diet. Now my diet is regular, I won’t take

in much food before sleeping, my body is becoming healthy. In the morning, I eat

an egg and make sure I take in enough vitamins. Even when I see the rubbish food

is tempting, I take no hesitation to say no to them. I am so proud of

myself.

天空还泛着淡蓝色的光，鸟儿才刚跳上枝头，响亮的号角声响起，高中的第一次军训就此开始，不怕苦不怕累。

这是我来到富源学校的第二天，穿着崭新的军装，开始了第一天的训练。才刚刚站在队伍中，就有一种莫名的紧张与期待。希望可以遇到一位和善的教官。果然，皇天不负有心人，我们的教官是一位外表“凶狠”但却有一颗“怜香惜玉”之心的人。

当我们站在火辣辣的跑道上站军姿时，天气格外的炎热，好像上天正在给我们十倍的考验，要磨练我们的意志。有部分同学都坚持不住，但大部分同学都忍着身体的不适，顶着炎炎的烈日，相信他们一定想证明自己的能力，因为我也是这样的一个女生，虽然会有身体的不适，但我不想就此放弃，就像教官说的：“在太阳下坚持一秒，就要有一秒的收获，不然之前的训练就白练了，太阳就白晒了。”我坚持着这一份信念。只要还能站着，我绝不选择倒下。
