I remembered that Kevin had run about 5000meters to 10000meters. And I remembered what we ate. Just as I was going to the dinning room , I saw something. It was 1/4 bowl of rice,and some ugly,terrible things. Like pork with vegetables,carrot pieces,soup with noodles,and many many strange food. Why don’t let us eat some cheese sandwich or beef burgers? They’re delicious, right?

Did you remember I just talked about Kevin a few minutes? After they ran, everyone cried because they thought the coach was cruel and unfair. But I thought they cried because of the SWEET music. It played for 125 minutes, I guess.

At night,we had three rooms for 45 students. I was in 413 room, and it’s the most important room, because the coach who taught us lived here.

In my room, the toilet was dirty and had a bad smell. It smelled like the onion that put in the bin for 5000 years. And there’s a middle-big hole from bedroom to toilet. So ,my classmates could see me when I was taking shower. So that’s why I always ducked when I was taking a shower. I would duck HARDLY because the hole was not small. It’s above 2 inches to 4 inches long ,and 1 inches to 2.45inches wide. We were pretty like a prisoner those days.

Can you guess what happened that night? No ,not nightmare,not spiders. We had a secret party. We played from 10:20pm to 11:30pm. We drank coke and 7up we bought at 12:00 at noon, danced on the bed,and sang the crazy songs.

But we had to be a little quiet sometimes because the coach might be appeared at our room. So we could stop the crazy party and be quiet in 0.25 second.

今天星期一，我期盼已久的军训来临了。坐在车上的我就已经迫不及待了。本来我坐客车都会晕车，可是我对军训太盼望了，根本没感到晕。

上午我们主要是了解一下环境和进行开营典礼。我们还整理了被子，把被子套上了被套。下午我们就要开始艰苦的训练了。在我们练立正时，站着都一动不动的，动了一下，也要提前喊报告，才能动。我练完了立正就是要练跨立了。跨立要把右腿向右跨一小步，然后俩只手左手靠背，右手我空心拳，用左手捏住右手的手腕，这就是跨立了。在练习跨立时我总是用左腿向左跨一步，可是后来我努力的练习，还是把跨立练好了。

练习了跨立之后，我们又开始练习稍息了埋在练习稍息时我们班，包括我都爱把手放后面，按学校的稍息来。后来教官说：“我们在练稍息时不要把手放背后，上半身仍保持立正姿势。”可是我们班有些人，还是习惯的把手放到背后。其中我被批评最多的，还是练习向左或向右看齐了。

在练习向左向右看齐时，我们这条队伍总是对不齐，因为这个我们不知道被批评了多少回。因为我的右眼有点近视，如果不治疗的话会变成斗鸡眼，所以我现在都在滴眼药水。

使我最感兴趣和最记忆犹新的就是下午快近夜晚的六个人表演。他们六个，有一个是指挥官在指挥。其他五个人在一旁做动作。一开始他们向右看齐把队伍调理好。然后他们在轮流做稍息和跨立等动作。最吸引我的动作就是他们五个一起踏步走，而且手臂都摆在一个高度，动作都一致，人人他们左面或有面看就感觉是一个人在走，还有在流水动作时他们一个一个地做动作，就像电脑放慢动作一样。在他们流水动作踏步走的时候第一个人先走，后面每一个人隔一米时就开始走的非常整齐。就是这件事使我记忆犹新。

虽然军训还没结束，但我已经感觉到苦了，每天都站着。可想而之军人们和教官他们的训练是怎么样的，他们要比我们艰苦几百倍，甚至无数倍。所以我以后一定要对军人叔叔们尊敬，不能再无视军人们的存在了。长大以后我一定还会来体验军人的生活。到了初中我还期盼着下一个军训呢。

说实在的，高中三年的学习生涯应该比这次的军训更加枯燥和痛苦。所以说还不能放松啊。天朝应试教育的牛刀在我们脑壳上现在也只是个小试，以后的日子，更加需要我们去同舟共济了。

高一五班，这个可爱的集体虽说只能在一起一年，可我却对他充满了期待。

[高一学生军训作文

从我踏入国防园的第一步起，我不再是曾经那个只知道在父母面前撒娇的孩子，不再是曾经那个只会呆坐家中，在家长的庇护下生活的孩子。

头顶烈日，叫她水泥地，我们训着军姿，练着坐姿，学着跑步，行走，列队等多项运动。在这里，我们学会了坚持。汗水的浸泡，让我们变得坚强，懂得了坚持便是胜利。

在会议室里，我们认真聆听军人的事迹，学习枪械的结构与拼装，偶尔唱唱歌，玩玩课间游戏。在这里，我们了解了军人的风姿，更明白了劳逸结合的道理，

回到宿舍，8个人齐心协力，为干净整洁的环境而团结合作，打扫卫生，更因此交到好朋友，找到与自己性格相投，志向相似的伙伴。在这里，我们深刻的认识到团结的重要性。

军训很累很苦，但在这里我们学到了更多有价值的东西，体验到了我们从来未曾体验过的生活。艰苦的训练，我来了，你，准备好了吗？

在这铄石流金的八月，我们来到了国防园体验了向往已久的军旅生活。这段生活微妙地混杂着艰苦和喜悦，将会成为我们高中生活难以抹去的记忆。

炎炎烈日下，身披迷彩服的我们，挺直了腰板，一个个英姿飒爽。目光坚定，苦练军姿，时常我们站得我们腰酸背痛，清晰地感觉到汗珠从身上滑过，然而我们严以律己，毫不懈怠，正如古人云：“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自苦寒来。”，军姿，练转身，敬礼等动作看似简单，但一遍遍严格重复的训练磨炼了我们的意志，坚定了我们的信念，我们不断地从军人的标准要求自己，磨炼自己，促使我们心智的成长。

在军旅生活中，教官的一言一行都感染着我们，处处要以军人的标准要求自己，内务整理考验了我们的自理能力，实践能力，从行动上说明我们已经长大，没有爸爸妈妈在身边，我们也可以独立自立。在短时间内我们要求做到有条不紊，精益求精，昂扬进取的精神品质。

在这炎炎夏日下的军旅生活，混杂着酸痛，欢笑。但这段体验在无形中给予了我们丰厚的精神财富。我相信，在今后的漫漫学习生活中，只要我们怀揣着这份坚定的信念，勇往直前，就会收获成功的喜悦。

Throughout history man has changed his physical environment in order to

improve his way of life。 With the tools of technology he has altered many

physical features of the earth。 He has transformed woodlands and prairies into

farms and made lakes and reserviors out of rivers for irrigation purposes or

hydroelectric power。 Man has also modified the face of the earth by draining

marshes and cutting through mountains to build roads and railways。

However， mans changes to the physical environment have not always had

beneficial results。 Today， pollution of the air and water is an increasing

danger to the health of the planet。 Each day thousands of tons of gases e out of

the exhausts of motor vehicles。 Smoke from factories pollutes the air of

industrialized areas and the surrounding areas of the countryside。 The pollution

of water is equally harmful。 The whole ecological balance of the sea is being

changed and industrial wastes have already made many rivers lifeless。

Now environmental protection is more pressing than ever before。 As we know，

massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even

poses a great threat to mans existence。 Indifference to these problems will

mean mitting suicide。 Therefore， effective measures should be taken and laws

passed to conserve environment。 Otherwise，man is certain to suffer from the

serious consequences caused by this lack of care for his living

surroundings。

With the brilliant fireworks light the sky, the prelude of the festival is

starting.No matter how long and how tough it is, the Chinese people trudged long

way to back home for the reunion of the family in the eve. It has been lasting

for many years, the Spring Festival Gala on the TV show is the repertoire,

entire family is enjoying the delicious and abundant dinner and foods and

watching the show together.For Chinese, every terrible memory and unhappiness

will be stopped at this night, and a splendid next year will also begin at here.

Their wishes become the blare of the crackers and colorful flash of the firework

into the air and spread faraway.For generations, the Spring Festival Eve is

considred as a new start for the future, a wonderful conclusion for passed a

year, and night when everybody is able to open their mind.

With the dramatic increasing economy, people have less time to stay with

the family. But in this eve, it could be a payback,a compensation, or a

opportunity to everybody who wants to share the enjoyment with his or her

family. The relaxing conversation and jokes are around the rooms with the warm

atmosphere in the chill winter night.

There are a lot of traditions of the eve inherited for generations. But,

now more and more new fashions introduced into this eve and even replaced the

old traditions. More and more people are glad to have the dinner in the

restaurants instead of cooking and having at home. However, no matter what it

is, a harmouious and peaceful night is the favorite of everybody here.
