苦

“唉”，内心忍不住感叹，距离上一次休息已经有20分钟了，下一次的休息仍然没有开始，教官又传来“某某班同学动了，全体罚站军姿”。心中就像哑巴吃黄连一样，有苦却诉不出。

辣

满脸的汗水却不能擦，头发中的汗水沿着脸颊流入眼中，像吃了辣椒那样痛苦。军训生活是有酸甜苦辣四味构成的。多了一味太多，少了一味太少。正如军训生活一样，青春也是多姿多彩的。让我们用汗水浇灌青春之花。加油吧，少年!

今天是正式军训的第二天。昨天的军训实在有些累。今天上午我们练习走正步。教官说有四种方式最累人：下蹲不起立，摆臂不换臂，正步不放腿，踏步不立正。我们的教官又换回了空军教官。上午我们深刻体会到了正步不放腿到底有多累。教官让我们先从摆臂练起，一只手平举胸前，另一只手放在身后，两手臂伸直，与身体成30º角。我们要长时间保持姿势不动，挺累的。

上午有刚毕业的学姐学长们来向我们介绍学习的经验，比如如何参加~~、~~，应该看什么书，还有日常生活中的一些问题，比较有用。

中午时，教官让每个宿舍的寝室长到一个宿舍里去说明各个宿舍应当怎么做，做什么。回来后，我们紧张地整理了整个宿舍，并把所有不用的东西全部放到了第五个床铺的柜子里。我们竟然过关了。

下午，写了些读书笔记。然而去训练时天竟下起了雨，我们只好放弃，回班级看书。晚上，雨又停了，我们还要军训。

今晚晚自习正式开始，在自己的宿舍里，不准讲话，不准乱玩，只允许看书，写作业。挺严的。

Chinese food is famous all over the world, if you ask a foreigner how about Chinese food, they will be full of praise。

Teacher is a great job in most students’ eyes. When they are asked what they want to be in the future, most will say they want to be a teacher and make a contribution to the society. 6月9号

今天是军训的第一天，我们一群人挤在一辆不太大的巴士里。一路上有说有笑的。开心得不得了。

到了德育基地，一直在听别人在讲废话。然后我们便走进了宿舍。走进一间房，四面都是墙，抬头蜘蛛网，低头见脚丫。拿到军装，衣服臭，帽子臭，鞋子更臭。一开始，衣服对我来说是太小了，结果又换不到，人太多，都挤在换衣服的那个房间了，我只好回去和同学换了。

第一天，我就被那两条皮带弄了个死去活来。急着上厕所时，可偏偏那里一条，外一条的皮带怎么也解不开。当时那个汗啊，幸好，后来班长帮我解开了。

今晚，我的心一直闷着，一夜没睡，一个人拿了张凳子坐在了窗边，就这么数着路灯一盏一盏，看着天边慢慢地开始变亮。

6月10号

今天训练很累。

上午我满怀着兴奋，终于看到了真枪。很漂亮，很震撼。我本来就很喜欢射击运动的。而我也是一个射击手，只不过因为某些原因，我退出了省队。小小的奥运梦就在一瞬间被自己亲手撕碎。

下午，我们训练完后进行了拔河比赛。我们班的二十个勇士还真行，一直赢，杀入了明天举行的决赛。

疲劳了一天，晚上却躺在床上怎么也睡不着。我们一群人都在议论着今晚会有紧急集合。

果真，在半夜两点多钟时，一声哨声，我立刻从床上跳了下来(我睡在上铺)。拿着鞋便往脚上套。然后我第一个破门而出，急冲冲的往搂下跑(我们宿舍在五楼，最高层了)。在楼梯上，我看到大家都晕晕地只知道往下跑，谁也不理谁。

集合后，什么事也没干，又排着队上楼了。一回到宿舍就听到美丽在说她都快被吓死了。我看也是，一脸的惊慌。不过这样也能被吓到，真是幽默……呵呵……

6月11号

今天上午，我们进行了拔草活动。我本以为可以好好休息一下了。谁知一开始还挺好玩的，但后来太阳越来越猛，身上厚重的衣服被晒地越来越烫，头上的汗大片大片的往下流，背后的温度足可以煎荷包蛋了。不知道是不是我的身体差，我只觉得好晕。

下午，我的脚不小心扭到了，很疼。在爬竿时，我已经快到顶了，谁知心脏突然疼的厉害，就那样在上面撑着，结果还是毫无知觉的滑了下来，还好是屁股先着地。居然只差那么一点点，我也没能爬上去，当时的那个遗憾。唉……

下午所有的训练结束后，我们进行了拔河的总决赛了。我们班的某个同学手上掉了一大快皮，有的肚子痛，有的感冒了，面对的对手又是只因为抽签幸运的进入前三强的对手，我们班的同学早已拉了几场了，各个疲惫不堪。但后来我们还是赢了。真的很开心!我们在看比赛的人也很努力的在喊“加油“，我坐在地上，都能感到地板也在震动。我们班真厉害，我们班NO。1

6月12号

今天上午学了很多的救护知识，不过一点也没记住，再说也没什么可能用上的了。

下午行军拉练，虽然我很想和大家一起参加，但因为脚伤严重，很遗憾地留在了宿舍。在宿舍一直等，终于听到了他们的口号声。可当我往窗外望时，却只能远远的看到旗子。直到那时，我才发现窗外下雨了。

后来她们终于回来了。个个全身湿透，头发上还滴着水。我突然觉得很内疚，因为只有我一个人没有淋雨，一个人在宿舍享受乐。我好心痛!她们会不会感冒?这么大的雨。这么长的路，她们一定累死了吧?

晚上，我帮着师傅和小澄揉脚。看到她们累的样子，我真的很心痛。

6月13号

上午我们进行了定向越野。很好玩的。一开始我们一队人连第一个都没找到，很泄气。后来我建议从最后一个开始找，结果很快就发现了一个目标。很爽!

山上有很多坟墓。我在其中穿来穿去，还几次站在坟墓上往远处望。在树林中，我们发现了两个暴露的棺材，没有下葬。虽然很恐怖，但我真的很想打开看看里面是不是真的会有白骨。

后来我和一个同学走进了一条小路，不仅有很高的杂草，还有很多有刺的树条，后来晚上在宿舍时，才发现手上满是一道道的口子。匆匆忙忙地跑来跑去，结果一不小心在一个小坡上滑了下来，粘了满身的泥，右手手臂流出了血。

下午我们学习完一些简单的扑倒动作后，都跑去买饮料了。我们班的教官不在，别的教官便来我们班喊集合。我们在小卖部，根本就没听见。这件事也是后来同学告诉我的。结果我幸运的逃过了一劫，但我们班还是有很多人被罚了。蛙跳三十个!在我站的位置，我只能看见美丽在那一跳一跳的。我在心里把这个教官狠狠地骂了N遍(我从不骂人的)。好不容易结束了，她从我的身边擦过，看到她憔悴的脸和满头的汗水。我好心痛，好不忍心看见她这个样子。我立刻把头转了过去。

晚上我很困，毕竟几天都没睡了。可我还是一晚都没睡着，整个脑袋都在想着她，她还累不累?睡没睡?是不是哭了?是不是伤心死了?

6月14号

上午队列训练了很长时间，我本来想请假，但还是硬着头皮挺了下来。因为少我一个人，队伍又得重新调整。

下午在汇操前，我的心就痛得厉害了。闷闷的喘不过气来。我死握着拳头，完成了汇操。结束后，我再也撑不住了，被老师立刻送去了医院。打了好几瓶点滴。回来时，在门口便听见了李倩瑜的歌声，很好听，我便赶着过去为她捧场。

晚上我们都没睡觉，一直聊到了天亮。要走了，今天真的累了。

6月15号

今天回校，却一直开心不起来。因为这里有着自己那么多天来的美好记忆。

总结：经过六天多的军训，我整整瘦了十斤，每天都没吃饭，每天都没睡觉。但是想起自己和别人在抢水龙头时，想起那么多天来大家一起住过的宿舍时，我突然很珍惜这些记忆。记忆的珍贵，是刻在石头上，风吹雨打也不会淡去;回味的快乐，即使是像刻在沙地上的字，被风吹碎，也能找到一丝丝的痕迹。这次军训，真的好珍贵!

It was the third day of our winter holiday. Today, there are many business in my mother’s netpany. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager of my mother’s netpany. I sat in my mother’s office and help her answer the telephone.

While I was free, I was writing my homework. Although I also have a lot of time to do my homework, I still do it. Because in my mother’s office, I had nothing to do. If I did nothing, I was wasting my time and my life. I can’t do the foolish thing. We should take good use of our time.

The new term began with military training in August.It‘s popular that most of Chinese colleges and high schools hold military training for several days or more.

The famous male tennis players are Big 4. They almost won all the important

championships during the last ten years. But Murray was in the awkward situation

though he was one of the Big 4, he never won the grand slam, what’s more, people

in England put so much hope on him to win Wimbledon Championship. When Murray

made it he cried out and felt relieved.

When the second time he won, he cried out again though he did not have so

much pressure as before. The fans knew that he had a hard time after his first

great honor, people started to qustioned about his ability. But he proved

himself again.

Every player has his honor hour and the bad time, the more important is to

never give up, then honor will come again.

On the weekend I like to spend time in library. I like reading books. There

are many people in the library, but it is very quiet. Nobody talks in the room,

only the sound of page turning. I’m very interested in the space, so I read a

lot of books about space. Recently, I read the book Martian. It is about an

astronaut Mark left on the Mars alone, he did many things to keep himself alive.

After 549 solar days his crew mates came back to take him home. Mark is very

tough to survive in Mars, he is a big hero. In the library I can read so many

story and see the bigger world. I like library.

短短的2天训练，我们洗过碗，洗过衣服，到扫过卫生；我们从开始的不熟悉到现在的相知、互助；从开始的懒散到现在的昂扬，奋发；从开始的娇气到后来的大方，耐劳；我知道，我们成长了。也许还有很多的困难会出现，但是在教官的带领下，我们会：流血流汗不流泪，掉皮掉肉不掉队。
