晚上睡觉的时候，我躺在床上睡不着，想起白天的事情，忽然明白了，做人要从一点一滴的事情做起，不能因为眼前的一点小便宜，做出一些对不起人的事。这件事对我有了很大的教育，我爱我的妈妈，我打心里佩她。

今天便是我憧憬已久的军训了，在我的脑海里，因为以前从来没有军训过，所以我把军训想象的非常完美，但当我真正亲身经历过后，我才发现它和我的想象恰恰相反。

清晨，一缕阳光直射我的房间，小鸟用它那清脆的歌声叽叽喳喳的唱个不停，好奇心使我七点就起了床，我兴致勃勃地来到学校体验军训，刚开始我们是站军姿，别看站军姿只是站着，但也是其累无比的，起初，我们都不怎么累，可到了十二点多的时候，我们的体力貌似都已经耗尽了，再加上天气非常的“寒冷”，凉风扑面而来，每个人都在风中瑟瑟发抖，鸡皮疙瘩掉了一地，由于站军姿腿也要伸直，腰也要板直，手也要绷直，不一会儿，整个人就腰酸背疼的，但是，不能动呀，要一直坚持着，就当我到了最后关头，快要撑不住的时候，突然间，韩老师走了过来，我心想，一定不能让老师把我马若涵看扁了，我便咬紧牙关坚持了下去，老师从我身边走后，我依然坚持着不动，因为我可不想当老师口中说的当面一套，背后一套的人，就这样，我坚持下来了，当郜教官吹下哨子的那一刹那间，我的身体如重释放地蹲在了地上。那一刻，我心想：因为跟以前的竞争对手分开了，然而都分在了不同的班级，所以我不仅在个人上不能输给她们，在整体上也不能输给她们，也许这就是我的动力吧!教官在旁边对我们欣慰地说：“同学们真厉害呀!坚持就是胜利，加油!”当时，我的心里竟闪过了一种甜甜的成就感，教官告诉我们，他说我们这代人吃好的，穿好的，那么幸福，却身在福中不知福，他们小时候比我们苦多了，还到处乱蹦乱跳的，还说我们这代人的身体素质太差了，但是，经过我的努力，功夫不负有心人，我的名字终于光荣地记在了老师的表扬纸上，今天经过这次艰辛的训练，我不仅明白了成长的道理，还收获了一位新的朋友，也就是我现在的同桌，我们今天一天，一起吃苦，一起欢笑，一起打闹，一起聊天，渐渐地也就成为了朋友，希望我们的友情能蒸蒸日上。

这次的军训我收获了很多，虽然每一个环节都很艰苦，但是苦中作乐，每一个动作的细节都充满了甜甜的味道，有句话不是说，真理诞生于一百个问号之后，这句话本身就是真理，我们是那一百个问号，而应征出来的真理便是努力不一定能成功，但不努力一定不会成功和先苦后甜，所以，只要将这两句话时时刻刻铭记在心，我们便会有丰厚的收获，加油!马若涵争取明天的军训我的名字还能登上光荣纸!

有时我真的想放下，但我务必坚持。

在这热浪滚滚的八月里，我踏进了向往已久的高中。八月的太阳无情地炙烤着大地，天空中没有一丝云彩，一阵风刮来，从地上卷起了一股热浪，火烧火燎地使人窒息。而此时的我们迎来了高中的“第一课”——军训。

军训，在我的心里原本是一个可怕的名词。在我看来，军训也许会充斥着教官的责骂，会有魔鬼般的训练，也会流下辛酸的泪水……军训，是令我生畏的，可顶过了烈日后，我发现军训教会了我坚持。其实，坚持也是一种快乐。

八月，连空气中都弥漫着一股炎热的气息。烈日炎炎下，我们挺拔地站立，任汗水滑过我们的脸颊，任皮肤被晒得黝黑……我们有过埋怨、有过无奈、有过彷徨，甚至想放下，但我们都坚持了下来，经过这种磨练后，坚持何尝不是一种快乐呢?

同学们迈着整齐划一的步伐，个个挺直了身躯，那嘹亮雄壮的口号在空旷的训练场上空久久回响，这无一不在展示我们的训练成果。我们青春的活力、蓬勃与热情在训练场上显现得淋漓尽致。军训教给我们的不只是那立正稍息的军式训练，更多的，它让我们理解了一次意志的沐浴，精神的洗礼!

炎热的天气，有时令我窒息，我真的很想放下，望着阳光下同学们充满笑容的脸庞，我坚持了下来。军训，教给我的不仅仅仅是挺拔的身躯，更教会了我坚持到底的精神。

酷暑中，我付出了汗水，却收获了一份终生受益的果实。就如古人云：“一份耕耘，一份收获。”

军训中，我辛苦却快乐着。虽然不能在空调下乘凉，但在火红的太阳下，我理解了高中的第一课，也是人生中的重要一课。

蝴蝶因为破茧而获得重生，因为磨练，蝴蝶得以新生;而我因为磨练，就学会了坚持，像沙漏里缓缓滴下的沙砾，坚持就是其中的一粒沙，我相信它将陪我到永远。

军训中，我学会了坚持。其实，坚持也是一种快乐。

怀着忐忑的心情，我走进了这所我将在其中付出汗水与泪水、充满梦想与希望的学校西夏墅中学。即将开始的艰苦生活，便是一堵很难攀跃的墙军训。

车子缓缓驶进了国防园的大门，但是我却没有预期的惊喜和害怕。眼前的景象似乎与其他的地方没有什么不同。可到了下午真正训练的时候，我才知道原来这里是“藏龙卧虎”之地。

豆大的汗珠沿着发迹滴落下来，还有的直接从额头滴到了嘴里。轻抿一下，尝到了淡淡的咸味。从前我只知道泪水是咸的，却不知原来汗水也是咸的。教官的命令不时地在耳边想起，随着指令，我们重复着原本认为很简单的动作，可是教官却仿佛是个完美主义者，他尽可能地让我们做得更好。这应该就是军人的品质执着。

坚持，短短的两三个小时在我看来却仿佛一天那么漫长。渐渐地，我的嗓子开始发干，双腿也越来越沉重。我以为我快坚持不了了。这时，教官的嗓子声及时地拯救了我，下午的训练结束了。

吃过晚饭后，我们在教学楼前集合，教官引领我们唱了两三首歌，我从中体会到军人的生活苦中也有乐。

第一天的军训结束了，留下的是“累”和“新奇”，我相信以后会更艰苦，但坚强的我们也不是那么容易被征服的。

漫步在校园小道，微风轻轻抚摸着脸颊，我们挺立在绿茵茵的草坪上，今天的军训从这里正式起航。

奔跑在泥泞的跑道上，一切才刚刚苏醒，和着风的旋律而舞动，我们走完了这段不凡的“旅程”。然而，这仅仅是个开始。接下来，我们要将所学的动作重新复习。所谓“温故而知新”，说的这个意思吧﹗新的一天，在教官的带领下，我们开始新的练习。在一片欢声笑语之中，我们学会了很多，锻炼自己，尝试做自己不可能做到的事，超越自我，挑战极限，放松身心，将自己融入到这个如诗如画的校园之中……

当乌云来临时，我们早已进入教室，看着窗外，雨点齐刷刷的落下，拍打着大地，整个校园正在接受风雨的洗礼，因为我们没在户外活动而喜极而泣吧﹗而我们却静待教官的到来，结束这久久不去的寂寞。然而，早在不知不觉中我们已用欢歌笑语送走了上午的美好时光，随后又紧接着发生了一点小插曲，我们又回到了久违的“战场”，继续开启我们的军人之路。在此之中，我想了许多问题，也明白了许多道理，我们不是为了军训而军训，我们是为了自己而军训的，所以我们要对自己负责，坚强到底﹗因为我相信，只要功夫深，铁杵也能磨成针，只要我们有信心，相信自己一定行，才有可能使不可能成为可能，使可能成为实现，万事皆有可能。在军训期间，我们也会犯错。人非圣贤，孰能无过?如果有心改之，必然会成大器。每个人都会犯错，但是知错能改就是好的，我们不能一味否决他人。对，今天确实做得不够好，但知错就能改，善莫大焉。

天渐渐退去了往日的威风，乌云再次忽聚。天空下，雨，一直在下……

My grandparents believed you were either honest or you werent. There was

no in between. They had a simple motto hanging on their living-room wall: "Life

is like a field of newly fallen snow; where I choose to walk every step will

show. "They didnt have to talk about it--they demonstratedthe motto by the way

they lived. They understood instinctively that integrity means having a personal

standard of morality and ethics that does not sell out to expediency and that is

not relative to the situation at hand. Integrity is an inner standard for

judging your behavior.Unfortunately, integrity is in short supply today--and

getting scarcer. But it is the real bottom line in every area of society.And it

is something we must demand of ourselves.

A good test for this value is to look at what I call the Integrity Trial,

which consists of three key principles: Stand firmly for your convictions in the

face of personal pressure.

When you know youre right, you cant back down. Always give others credit

that is rightfully theirs. Dont be afraid of those who might have a better idea

or who might even be smarter than you are. Be honest and open about who you

really are. People who lack genuine core values rely on external factors--their

looks or status---in order to feel good about themselves. Inevitably they will

do everything they can to preserve this facade,but they will do very little to

develop their inner value and personal growth.

So be yourself. Dont engage in a personal cover-up of areas that are

unpleasing in your life. When its tough, do it tough. In other words, face

reality and be adult in your responses to lifes challenges.

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.

In my opinion, the schoolwork now being assigned to high school students is too heavy. while it is true that students need to study, they need other things as well if they are to grow into healthy and well-rounded adults. high should be allowed more time for play. plying is not wasting time, as some think. it gives them physical exercise, and also exercise their imagination. which tends to be stifled by too much study.

Finally, the pressure put on high school students by excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and mentally. i do not advocate the elimination of schoolwork. i do think, however, that a reduction of the current heavy load would be beneficial to students and to the society as a whole.
