听说下周星期一至星期五要军训的消息，我心里又高兴又害怕。高兴的是可以不上学，可以尽情地玩;害怕的是军训又苦又累，甚至还会受处罚。

星期一如约而至，早上，我们带上行李，离开熟悉的环境，离开爸爸妈妈，来到了成都市国防教育训练基地，开启了为期五天的军训生活。

军训生活是苦的。站军姿，齐步走，停止间转发，立正，蹲下与起立，跨立，整理着装等。每天我们都重复做着这枯燥又简单的动作，还要尽全身力气喊口令，但是总不能让教官满意，所以一个口令往往会重复喊很多次，有些同学嗓子都喊哑了。但不管是流汗还是流泪，我们都坚持着，因为有铁一般的规则约束着我们。记得军训第一天就是站军姿。所谓站军姿，就是不能说话，不能动，要昂首挺胸，不能上厕所，两脚分开于六十度，两手紧贴裤缝，真是难受呀!虽然天气不热，但是我感觉我的汗珠大颗大颗地流。但我们不敢动一下，因为如果表现不好，还会被罚做下蹲二十个。

不仅训练苦，我们吃住的条件也比较苦。我们吃的菜简单素淡，一桌十个人，却只有四个菜。不仅如此，盛饭、收碗、洗碗、擦桌子都要我们自己动手。宿舍里摆放着五张非常简陋的高低床。房间里除了床，里面就只有一个可放物品的铁架子，被子也很薄，而且洗漱也要到十米以外的地方去。

但军训生活也是甜的。在军训中，我们学到了团结的力量，互相帮助;学到了面对困难，必须克服，而且一定要坚持到底。

时间是短暂的，五天的军训生活转眼就过去了，在这段时间里，我哭过，我笑过，但是这次军训对我来说，更是难忘的。

如果军训是一座巍峨的大山，那永不放弃攀登高峰的是我。

如果军训时一条湍急的河流，那不畏艰险勇往直前的是我。

军训的生活是辛苦的，我和同学们顶着酷热的骄阳，在操场上反复操练着那几个基本动作，挥汗如雨;不但辛苦，甚至有些乏味。虽说辛苦，我却学会了苦中作乐，与新认识的朋友们在有限的休息时间里相互间谈天说笑，获得了无限乐趣，这减轻了不少训练带来的疲惫。虽说乏味，却让我深刻地理解了军人们在“国庆大阅兵”时那整齐化一的步伐，震撼天地的气势就是通过平日勤训苦练这些“乏味”的动作而得来的;勤训苦练，反复练习，才能出成绩，这正是“台上一分钟，台下十年功”。

军训不仅磨练了我的体能，更锻炼了我的独立能力。第一次离开家人，离开舒适的家，进入集体开始宿舍生活，开始了“自力更生”的生活。“自己的事情自己做”这句从小妈妈教导我的话，在这次军训中才得以全面实施。虽说有些习惯，有些不适应，但我有了“独立能力”这笔财富作为补偿;这能力将帮助我更健康地成长。

七天的军训结束了，我们以优异的军训成果展示回报了和蔼可亲、关爱我们的教官。当汽车载着我们的教官远去的时候，我们的眼里噙满了泪水，那是一种美好的回忆，那是一种深深的思念，那也是一种无限的期盼，我们不会辜负教官、老师对我们的谆谆教诲，美好的明天是属于我们的!

我们带着疲倦的身体迎来了第二天，又是艰苦的一天。但是我们要坚持，也是为了一句话：历经一番血泪苦，敢教自我换新颜。磨砺意志是为了改善暑假中懒散的自己。

第二天起床后，我们感到脚是又酸又累，但仍是要站在训练场上训练。一开始训练的我们很多地方都没做好。于是我们的教官交了总教官来“教训”我们这一盘老师口中所说的“散沙”。总教官要求全体蹲下，别以为蹲下很轻松，地被太阳晒得发烫，受力的那只脚蹲久了会很酸很痛，教官没有叫起立，我们也只能默默地咬牙忍着坚持着。在教官问话的时候，有位同学犯了错误，本来我们全班是可以起立的，但就是因为那个同学，我们又多蹲了一些时间。从中，我们都应该明白：我们班是一个集体，一个人犯错，全班受罚。所以我们不能只顾自己，要为全班着想。

下午的太阳更加毒辣，地面温度让人受不了。不知道在训练期间又是因为哪个同学没做好，全体罚跑大操场。我们也只能在心里默默抱怨，因为教官下达了命令不可违抗。我们还拿着自己的大水瓶跑，感觉到每一次在军训时跑步都比平时要累。我们站在太阳底下站军姿，并且哪都不能动，要像一棵树一样，管他哪流汗，都不能管，纹丝不动地站在那里。因为我们心里明白：只要是谁动了一下，就要全班一起罚!

一天的训练，就这样带着苦，带着累，偶尔带点欢乐就熬过去了。5天的军训不多，但我们都可以每天收获一些东西。积累起来会越来越多，5天一共就会有大大的收获，在收获当中，你又悄悄地向自己的梦想和成功迈进了一步。

我们每天都应该吸取前一天训练的不足，从而在第二天去做好去弥补，身体上的酸痛是正常的，说明训练开始有了成果，我们要向第三天的训练前进，相信自己咬咬牙就可以坚持下来，要是倒下了，我还可以再站起来。要挑战自己的最高极限，加油!

It was the first day of our summer holiday. All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free.Although we have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying. In winter holidays, I want to have full sleepand eat good food in order to replenish myself. Last but not the least, I will have a good rest.

I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. One legend goes that the beast Nian had a very big mouth that would swallow a great many people with one bite. People were very scared. 初中三年匆匆流过，高中生活已悄然拉开序幕。最先迎接我们的是为期五天的军训。纵使先前有过军训的体验，但到了一个陌生的地方生活近一周时间，还是让我感到好奇与紧张。。

来到训练基地，我被分到了一个五十人左右的宿舍，这让我有些吃惊和不知所措。我从未和这么多人同住在一起，况且同学们彼此都不太熟悉

虽说条件有些艰苦，但还是能够接受。但一天中午，发生了件让我们的心提到了嗓子眼的事。

烈日当空，热浪袭人。顶着骄阳站军姿的我们，额角沁出了汗珠。教官见我们辛苦，让我们进食堂躲躲太阳，但刚坐下不久，就有满堂喧闹之声此起彼伏。宛若平地惊雷，教官大吼一声：“起立!“吵闹声瞬间消失的无影无踪，所有人赶紧起身站好。教官又命令小值日留下，其余人到外面集合。看着外面他们不得不重新站好列队的尴尬场面，我却是丝毫提不起幸灾乐祸的笑意。正所谓”自由是建立在纪律上的“，纪律面前没有任何借口。

站军姿是军训第一个也是最重要的，它是所有列队动作的基础，耳边不时传来教官洪亮的声音：脚跟并拢，脚尖60度，腰杆锁直，胸向斜上方挺。。。慢慢地，汗水沿着脸颊往下流，衣背湿透，但我坚持了下来，几乎所有人都坚持了下来，教官告诉我们：站军姿的目的并不是让你站得有多好看，而是为了锻炼定力和毅力。

很快，我们习惯了教官在训练时的严厉。虽说腿很累，腰好酸，脸都晒黑了，但我的心里很爽，这不仅锻炼了身体，也锻炼了意志。

军训生活有苦有乐，轻松与紧张相互交织。经过军训，同学们的态度变得积极了许多。它使我们成为了一个团队，一个有组织有纪律的整体。迈着整齐的步伐，那英姿飒爽的感觉让同学们脸上洋溢着灿烂的笑容。我相信，这次的军训生活，会在我的记忆中留下一道难忘的痕迹。它将会是我人生中一笔宝贵的精神财富。

Christmas is one of the most important celebrations of the year for the western countries. It falls on the twenty- fifth of December and has the same importance as Chinese New Year to people with English backgrounds. The celebration is for the birth of Jesus Christ, who is the son of God in Christianity. Now days Christmas is no longer only celebrated by the Christians, but by most people from all over the world.

On the twenty- fourth of December everyone gets excited for it’s the day before Christmas which is called Christmas Eve. The children are usually sent to bed early and are warned that “Santa Claus will only come and give you a present if you be good.” The younger kids actually believe that Santa will come down the chimney on the sleigh that’s pulled by his reindeers. Food like short bread and beer are prepared for Santa when he comes, however most times parents just eat them. Some children put socks and sacks up for the holding of the presents (that their parents put in).

Rise and shine on Christmas morning! The children are always the first ones to wake up, some even do at four. Present wrappers everywhere! They look into their presents with a big smile on their face and oh dear….I hope no one’s disappointed. I feel sorry for anyone that got pink underwear. Children play while dinner is prepared by the adults. The Christmas dinner are usually eaten together by relatives. The tradition of Christmas pudding and roosters are usually eaten with deserts afterwards. The rest of the day is usually games and fun before the good days all come to an end.

高中军训很苦，但是我们还是挺了下来!同时感悟了很多很多，在这里写一篇高中军训心得。

这次军训和以往小学时候的军训截然不同，比小学军训时更苦更累，流的汗更多，当然少不了心得。

教官姓齐，开始对他的感觉挺好的，看见他穿着教官的服装，不得不让我想起以前在雨花营地带我们的张教官，一张怀念的感觉涌上心头，教官给我的感觉难免会有一种亲切感。可是，军训的时候，真的很苦，太阳公公当头照，第一天就差一点把我照成非洲人了，别人都说这个教官这里不好那里不好没有人道什么的，慢慢的好像也影响了我?朋友在我旁边说来说去，一不留神，自己也在说了，心理作用吗?

其时教官不是同学说的那么坏拉，有时候我也感觉他挺不错的，至少他长得虽然很……可以说是严肃，但是散发出来的就是一种任何人都学不出来的军人气质，什么是军人气质?想了想：严肃、认真、又亲切这大概就是他们特有的招牌吧!有些军人，就算是不穿军装，有些人一眼就能看穿的，教官严肃中散发出来的亲切感，让我们不知不觉得就靠近了他一步。

班主任王老师我还是蛮喜欢她的，太阳这么大，我们在这里刻苦的训练，其实她完全可以避开这炎热的太阳光的，去办公室吹风扇吹空调，可是她没有，她一直;陪着我们坚持到最后那一刻，从来没有停过!别的班主任也是，我想，班主任为什么有权限能当上班主任，一定有其中的道理：有责任心、甘心付出、不怕苦累。嗯!我心目中所有的班主任，都是这样的!

军人就是要有毅力!像我以前教官说过的，他们以前训练的时候，站军姿一站就是几个小时，只给我们站五分钟算是跟我们大打折扣了!不得不佩服!

我在《士兵突击》这部电视剧里面看过，他们军人每天天不是很亮就起床，教官一吹哨，不管怎么样，他们都快速的叠被子穿好衣服，整整齐齐的下去集合。他们每一个动作都做的十分到位，有些人就是想打哈欠都不敢在队伍里动一下，因为那里的教官比齐教官严多了啊，哈哈，没有想到，我也会来像军人一样的训练场地。

因为我有以前的训练，两次军训!我站军姿站十到十五分钟都是没有问题的，可是，这么久都没有训练过了，突破十五分钟什么的，脚就会开始好麻，动都动不了了，想想看，原来我有这么久都没有锻炼了呀!

这次高中军训，我有很大很大的收获!团结、友谊、奋进、毅力、勇气!团结是我们会操时得了第三名，友谊是我们和教官，我从来不认识的同学交上了朋友，奋进是我们不断努力，毅力是我们这五天都停了下来，勇气是我们已经学会面对一切!这次军训，我永远都不会忘记!

如果你不曾流过汗水，你就无法感受到挥汗如雨的淋漓快感;如果你不曾晒过阳光，你就无法感受到烈日带给你的“如火热情”;如果你不曾有过军训，那么，你就永远无法品味到当中的酸与甜。

感谢军训，它教会了我坚持。当汗水肆无忌惮地顺着我的头发与脸蛋落下，当刺眼的阳光几乎让我睁不开眼睛，当两腿发麻找不到知觉，有那么一刻，我想过放弃。军训太累了!尤其是站军姿。有的同学经不住炎日的烘烤，晕倒了，被教官抱到树底下急救;有的同学禁不住煎熬身体在左摇右晃。我多么想迈步向前方树荫下跑去，喝一口清甜的矿泉水，脱下这笨重的军服，享受阵阵微风带来的清凉感觉!忽然，一道严厉的声音在我耳边响起，是教官，他就站在我的面前!似乎看出我的分神，教官严厉地对我说：“挺住了，两眼直视前方，不要分散注意力!”不经意间，我瞧见了教官额头渗出的豆大的汗水，他和我们一样，站在炎炎烈日下，嗓子已变得沙哑。比起教官，我们受这点苦算得了什么!想到这，我又重新挺直了腰。军训，锻炼的不但是我们的.身体，还有我们的意志，作为一名合格的“军人”，我们就应当有铁一般的精神!

感谢军训，让我懂得了集体的力量。为了在军训总结大会上有一个好的表现，我们进行最后一个项目：齐步走。别看这个动作很简单，做起来才感到困难。齐步走讲究的，是整齐一致，这就意味着我们全部四十多人都要摆相同的姿势，迈相同的步伐，走相同的方向。为了达到预想的效果，我们挽着手，一遍又一遍沿着操场苦练着，不到最后一刻决不离场!独木不成林，一个人的力量是有限的，而一群人的力量是强大的。当我们手挽手，迈着有力的步伐前进时，我分明感觉到，大家的心是连在一起的;当整齐一致的脚步声在耳边响起，我知道，我们都怀着相同的目的：为集体荣誉而战!军训，让我们融为一体，正如教官所说：“你不是一个人，你的一举一动，都牵及集体，都决定集体的成败!”

感谢军训，磨练了我的意志;感谢军训，加强了我的集体荣誉感;感谢军训，让我成长!

Since I went to high school, I have had many annoyances.

On the one hand, I am under great pressure on my study. I need to take the exams every month. Once I am falling behind other students, I will feel that I am not doing well. I always want to be the best, but things can’t go on my way. On the other hand, I don’t want to talk to my parents, if they ask me the questions, I will answer them with few words. I think they won’t understand me, so I am not willing to communicate with my parents.

I know I am in the adolescence, my body grows fast, changes happen on me, and my emotion is unstable. So I need to learn to adjust myself and get used to these changes. I need to open my heart and have less pressure.

打从我上高中起，我就有很多烦恼。

一方面，我在学习方面面临很大的压力，我每个月都要参加很多的开始，一旦比别的学生落后，我就会觉得我做得不好。我总是想要成为第一名，但是事情并不总是按照我的意愿走。另一方面，我不想要和我父母交流，如果他们问我问题，我就三言两语搪塞他们。我觉得他们并不了解我，因此我不愿意和父母交流。

我知道我处于青春期，我的身体长得很快，我身上发生了变化，情绪变得很不稳定。所以我学着去调节自己，适应这些变化。我需要打开心扉，减少压力。

与许多一起进入本所大学的同学不同，我以前初中高中时代并未参加过任何一次军训，所以对于大学新生的这次军训我是充满着好奇心的，为人生中第一次真正的军训而激动不已的我又感到一丝畏惧，我行吗?

军训终于开始了，才刚开始长官就给我们来了个下马威，先军姿三十分钟!标准的军姿要求身体挺直，抬头、挺胸、小腹微收，两眼正视前方。这个动作看似容易实则相当有难度，才刚过去五分钟我就感觉有些站不住了，但我却不能动，哪怕一下，否则就要因违反纪律被惩罚。时间一分一秒的过去，我的脚感到越来越沉，真想一屁股坐下去，可我不能。倒数几十秒了，长官告诉我们要坚持，坚持，再坚持;咬牙，咬牙，再咬牙。是啊，坚持下去，胜利就在眼前了!就在这时，长官发话了：“下面有人在动，在练三分钟!”最后，一共比原先加练了九分钟!真是累啊，我的腿都弯不起来了，感觉硬邦邦的。我想要抱怨，长官也太过苛刻了吧，可是仔细一想，如果没有平时的严格要求，艰苦训练，又怎么会有国庆六十周年阅兵典礼上震撼世界的健美军姿?正所谓“台上一分钟，台下十年功”，说的就是这个道理。

下午军训就有人迟到，长官罚他们站军姿，并教育大家，身为一名军人，如果连严格遵守军队的纪律都这么做不到的话，又如何能称之为军人呢?是啊，作为一名军人，服从是天职，如果没有纪律，那么整个队伍便会烂成为一盘散沙，又何谈御敌?

当然，军训中也有欢乐的时刻，那就是唱军歌。在教官的带领下，同学们认真又激动的唱着一首首动听的军歌。军歌嘹亮，让人不经联想到军旅生活中的艰苦与欢乐。最有趣的莫过于拉歌了，在教官的带领下，我们大声的叫喊着，军训对身体带来的痛楚在这叫喊声中早已被抛到九霄云外去了。

这几天军训天气还是非常之凉爽的，即使这样我们还是感到疲惫不堪，试想军人们在酷热的天气下一次次重复着各项军事训练，虽大汗淋漓却不言苦不言累，默默坚持，这是何等的气魄与意志力!我不禁对我们的中国人民解放军肃然而起敬，请允许我用一个庄重的军礼来表达我的敬佩与钦佩之情!

解放军，好样的!

弹指一挥间，一周已逝。这七天，留给我们的是酸、甜、苦、辣，还有永恒的回忆。

仅仅是基础的动作练习，仅仅七日的集体生活，便让我们浅尝了军旅生活的辛酸与艰苦。过惯了衣来伸手饭来张口的安逸生活，初次离开父母，在集体中一边为人处事，一边照料自己，未免会有些不知所措。但万事开头难，只有经历了，才会懂得，才能掌握。出生在现代的城市，幸运的我们享受到了学校优质的硬件和软件配备。很快，我们都融入了自理的集体生活。然而军训阶段，生活并不是全部，我们还需要挤出三分之一的时间来参与集体训练。

站军姿、停止间转法、齐步走、正步走、步伐转换……难度在一点点加深，挑战在逐渐加大，我们的意志却在不知不觉中顽强起来。我们流过汗、流过泪，我们经历了风吹雨打和日晒;有人晕倒过，有人受伤过。但，这都不能阻拦我们前进的脚步，都不能阻挡我们日趋坚强。山没有悬崖峭壁就不再险峻，海没有惊涛骇浪就不再壮阔，江河没有跌宕起伏就不再壮美，人生没有挫折磨难就不再坚强。

樱花如果没有百花争艳先开的气魄，就不会成为美丽春天里的一枝独秀;荷花如果没有出淤泥而不染的意志，就不会成为炎炎夏日里的一位君子;梅花如果没有傲立霜雪的勇气，就不会成为残酷冬日里的一道靓丽风景;我们如果没有坚持到底的毅力，就不会成为紧张的军训中的一颗亮星。

即使再苦再累，都已成为过去，现在，我们已蜕变，已成为闪耀的明星。

望着此时星空，微微扬起的嘴角，又勾起那些日子的美好回忆。记忆中，有学长、学姐们的默默支持和陪伴，有同学们的热情帮助与喝彩，还有教官那如梅似雪的矫健身姿。那些夜晚的星空，因为飘荡着我们响亮的歌声，飘荡着我们嘹亮的呐喊，飘荡着我们纯净的笑声，还有短短七日的点点滴滴的点缀，才会如此璀璨。

军训已结束，但这并不是最终的句点，这只是我们高中生活的一个轰轰烈烈的开始，是一个永恒的转折。起跑线上的我们，摩拳擦掌，斗志昂扬，即将迎来的，是一个更具挑战却又更美好的明天。需要我们努力的日子还很长，路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。

Water Pollution

With the development of industry, water pollution is becoming more serious now. The polluted water not only kills fish, it is also harmful to our health. Many people get sick because they drink the polluted water. In some rivers the water is so dirty that they can even kill plants.

We should fight against the pollution. We should stop using harmful things. I wish it is not a dream that in the near future we can have clean rivers again.

Environment Protection

Nowadays, peoples life has changed a lot with the development of modern technology and economy, which has put lots of negative effects on the environment.

Why this? Because, firstly, some factories are pouring wastes into rivers, lakes, seas and so forth; secondly, because of human activities, a great number of plants and animals are losing their lives; thirdly, using modern machines and chemicals is bad for the environment. Besides these, there are a lot of human activities which have done or are doing harm to our surroundings.

For this, I think, first, our government should make drastic measures to regulate human activities; second, we human beings should take pains-taking work to stop ourselves destroying the environment and try our best to protect our living space more.
