军训刚开始，大家真是叫苦连天，适应不了这种生活。但是，我们作为一名踏入新校的初中生，怎能连这点苦也受不了呢?这是我们的第一炮，怎能不打响就要投降呢?现在，我们早已不是家里的公子、小姐，我们站在训练场，面对教官，就意味着我们现在是一名军人!我们要有军人严明的纪律、说一不二的作风以及钢铁般的意志!

严热的夏日，骄阳似火，连续几个小时的操练，让我们吃劲了苦头。单调乏味的军训日复一日，头顶上的烈日记录着我们的汗水。军姿、蹲起、行进……一系列的动作不停地重复，直到教官满意地点点头，我们才算“过关”。我们就是这样，一步一步苦练过来的。

六天、五天、四天……每天都在倒记时，心里时时刻刻希望这个军训快点结束。可当最后的会操结束时，心中却不禁想起了军训的快乐回忆，反而非常想念这个难忘的军训了。

刚开始的时候，一听说要训练六天左右，我便愁眉不展了。在我的心中，军训是严肃的、辛苦的，远比不上坐舒服的教室上课好，但军训结束后，我明白自己从中学习到了许多东西，从中找到许多快乐。

军训中最经常练习的就是站军姿，一站就是几十分钟，让我天天腰酸背痛，心中常暗暗埋怨教官。不过，和教官相处几天后，我发现这个年轻、高大的教官并不是那么严厉，而是越来越显得平易近人。训练时，教官会说几句幽默的话，让快要让人窒息的凝重气氛充满了一点活力，谁知，正在站军姿的我们听后，个个笑得东摇西晃，教官就马上恢复了认真严肃的表情对我们说“不许笑”。

接近一个星期的军训中，最令我印象深刻的就是星期六去五仙姑的拉练活动。星期六早晨，天空下起了淅淅沥沥的小雨，朦朦胧胧，犹如一条轻纱帘子从天上一直垂到了地上，给人清新的感觉。一路上，层层叠叠的青山、互相交错的树木，一丛丛一簇簇的小草野花、在天空自由飞翔的鸟儿……各种景物都显得恬静、美丽，让人十分惬意。这次的拉练走了将近四个小时，一共八公里，这对我这个不喜欢运动的人来说，真算得上是一个大突破了。

每天五个小时的军训总让人感到发越过越快，一天天的时光转眼间就已消逝，终于，会操也结束了。这次的军训，教会了我更要有毅力、更坚强、有恒心、永不言败。虽然军训结束了，但军训的精神会陪伴我到永远。这次难忘的军训也会深深地烙在我心中，永远不会抹去。

星期一的早上，我怀着无比激动的心情来到学校，在校门口跟同学们和老师等待车的到来。车一来同学们一个个挤上车，然后车像飞机一样飞到南雅的房村。当我一下车，发现这儿四面环山，空气格外新鲜。

接下来的几天，教官对我们是十分严格，要求我们要有认真的态度。集合时，站着军姿，不能东张西望，眼睛看着前方，连身子也要一动不动，如果小虫子咬你一口，也要忍住。每当教官一命令，我们就要像听话的小战士一样收腹、挺胸、抬头，目视前方地站好。有一次，教官让我们站好军姿五分钟，一动都不能动。大家都觉得这有什么难，我们都可以站半个小时。可这站军姿可难极了，在火辣辣的太阳下，我们都觉得非常炎热，有些人还觉得全身很痒。这样许多人都坚持不住由笔直的松树变成歪树，动了一下!被严厉的教官发现了，一个接一个的被点名罚站。没到一分钟都站了二十多个人，让我们觉得非常害羞。教官用洪亮的声音对我们说：“站好来，没站好就要罚站。”我只好努力做好，才通过了站姿这一关，让我觉得当个军人可真难。

当然，教官也很关心我们。在我做得好的时候，教官会让我们玩一些好玩的项目。我觉得最好玩的是做肉饼。一开始，我们先拿起面团把肉包在面团里面。再拿面杆把面团压扁。然后用面杆的另一端弄两个洞就好了。最后，给肉饼师傅放进炉子里烤，肉饼就完成了。我轻轻咬上一口，那香喷喷的味道，顿时让之前的苦和累消失的无影无踪。

在短短五天的军训中，我们学到坚持就是胜利的道理。下一次，我们相信会做得更好，因为吃苦的精神已经在心中生根发芽。

（一）今天是参加军训的日子，一大早我们就怀着激动地心情坐着校车向往军训基地。我们来到了军训的地点，一个身穿军服的人从一个房子里走了出来，原来他是我们的教官，他跟我们做了自我介绍，他姓*，还告诉我们今天的活动安排，*教官给我们安排了宿舍，分A.B.C.D组，有男生和女生宿舍，同学们都各自把行旅放好在宿舍。到了逃生演习的时间，火灾警报响了，大家都蹦蹦跳跳嘻嘻哈哈地从宿舍冲下楼，但是教官把我们狠狠的教训一顿，因为大家都不够严肃。第二次逃生演习时，大家都按照教官的指示进行，不敢出一点差错，因为大家都知道了军训是要很严格的。

午饭时间到了大家开始吃饭了，可是不到20分钟哨子声响了起来，有些同学还没有吃完，就要到操场上集合了，他们只能饿着肚子完成下午的活动了。

晚饭后大家先自由活动再去洗澡，晚上9：00睡觉时间到了，所有的灯都关了，宿舍里一片安静。军训真的很严格呀！

（二）今天是军训的第二天，一大早就听到哨子声响起，开始叠被子，整理好自己的物品，大家陆陆续续地跑出宿舍去晨练，我们听从教官的指令列队，可是，有几个同学迟到了，导致大家被教官教训了一顿。教官要我们开始在操场上慢跑20圈，等跑完20圈后我们的退都软了，休息片刻后，教官要检查我们正步走，大概练了10分钟。到了大家洗漱和早餐时间，教官限定必须在15分钟之内完成，大家迅速的刷牙、洗脸、吃早餐。大家按时来到了指定的教室，听教官的“健全人格教育讲座”，大家都非常认真的听讲座。

动手实践活动到了，大家体验亲自动手去“泡茶”“摄影”“编织花网”“做陶艺品”，大家都对这些活动很有兴趣，觉得非常有意义。

晚上，教官带领我们进行地震的逃生演练，这一次的逃生演习可难多了，很多同学都在演练时摔倒了，我们只好再重新演练一遍。第二次演练过程中，我们扶着栏杆尽量使身体保持平衡，顺利地到达了安全的地方，大家都通过了这次的地震逃生演习的难关。

（三）今天是军训的第三天，早上，大家吸取昨天的教训，都非常迅速地按照教官的指令，进行晨练、洗漱，吃早餐。

接下来是动手实践活动，教官开始教我们如何做出很好的陶罐；教我们正常使用电脑的方法；教我们怎样打高尔夫球，让我们体验开汽车的乐趣，我们都非常开心。后来，教官又教我们怎么唱好国歌，还教我们唱军歌呢！

到了晚上，教官又带领我们去烧烤，教官又教我们怎样搞好烧烤架，并教我们相关的知识，跟我们度过了这个快乐的夜晚。

（四）转眼间今天是军训的第四天了，大家像前两天一样严格按照教官的指令，进行早晨的各项活动。

上午还是动手实践活动，大家快速地来到昨天的训练基地，教官要我们必须严格地加强训练，不过，后来教官让我们玩激光枪射击，大家玩得可开心了！

到了下午，教官把我们带到农场地，当时我们还不知道要做什么？原来教官是要我们学农，学习怎样种农作物，但大家才发现其实种农作物并不容易呀，大锄头是很重的，而且要小心翼翼的去把种子埋在土里，并轻轻地给农作物浇水。通过大家分工合作，我们通过了这次有意义的考验。

晚上是联欢晚会，同学们各显身手，晚会上成了一片欢乐的海洋，大家玩的非常开心、愉快！

（五）今天是军训的最后一天，大家还是不忘教官的严格指令，可是马上就要进行结营仪式了，大家都很留念这个充满快乐的军营生活，可是时间过得太快了，教官命令我们开始结营仪式的彩排，于是大家开始了最后一次的训练，大家都表现得非常认真，我们要珍惜这分分秒秒的训练。

cutting down trees cause global warming, to some degree. Naturalists compare

forest to human’s lungs. The forests absorb the carbon dioxide and other gas

beings and other living creatures. It’s refreshed the air as well as reduced the

noise. If the air quality is bad, people may die from cancers, or the new

diseases for which they have no immunity. Forests also play an important role in

the prevention of natural disasters. Warmer temperatures cause water to expand

and also create more water by melting polar ice caps. That’s to say, the nations

which near the ocean may have been flooded by the water. But the forests can

prevent water loss and soil erosion, and cool off the global temperatures. It’s

the key to keep the balance of the nature.

Sometimes people only care about money making; they don’t care about the

price we pay for the pollution. When the disaster is around the corner, we may

be afraid and frustrated. The earth, on which our economies have always been

八天的军训让我懂得了很多很多，以前那个顽皮而稚嫩的孩子，被我留在了逐渐向后奔跑的时光中，我也真正从失力的阴影走出，明白了做事要持之以恒，虽然看似简单，并常被人挂在嘴边，但真正做起来要付出无尽的汗水。冬天已经来了，春天还会远吗?我定会为属于自己的春天，而扬帆起航，抵达想要的彼岸。

Last weekend, our class had a public benefit activity.

In fact, we went to nursing homes to recite English and Chinese texts and sing songs for them for the old ladies and men. A few days before, we read a text about the loneliness of the people in the nursing homes. So we are volunteering to hold this volunteer labor. We have prepared our own part at for a week. On Saturday afternoon, we brought our performance there and showed them one by one.

The old were laughed happily, so did we. It’s so good to have such an activity.

感谢军训，它教会了我坚持。当汗水肆无忌惮地顺着我的头发与脸蛋落下，当刺眼的阳光几乎让我睁不开眼睛，当两腿发麻找不到知觉，有那么一刻，我想过放弃。军训太累了!尤其是站军姿。有的同学经不住炎日的烘烤，晕倒了，被教官抱到树底下急救;有的同学禁不住煎熬身体在左摇右晃。我多么想迈步向前方树荫下跑去，喝一口清甜的矿泉水，脱下这笨重的军服，享受阵阵微风带来的清凉感觉!忽然，一道严厉的声音在我耳边响起，是教官，他就站在我的面前!似乎看出我的分神，教官严厉地对我说：“挺住了，两眼直视前方，不要分散注意力!”不经意间，我瞧见了教官额头渗出的豆大的汗水，他和我们一样，站在炎炎烈日下，嗓子已变得沙哑。比起教官，我们受这点苦算得了什么!想到这，我又重新挺直了腰。军训，锻炼的不但是我们的.身体，还有我们的意志，作为一名合格的“军人”，我们就应当有铁一般的精神!

感谢军训，让我懂得了集体的力量。为了在军训总结大会上有一个好的表现，我们进行最后一个项目：齐步走。别看这个动作很简单，做起来才感到困难。齐步走讲究的，是整齐一致，这就意味着我们全部四十多人都要摆相同的姿势，迈相同的步伐，走相同的方向。为了达到预想的效果，我们挽着手，一遍又一遍沿着操场苦练着，不到最后一刻决不离场!独木不成林，一个人的力量是有限的，而一群人的力量是强大的。当我们手挽手，迈着有力的步伐前进时，我分明感觉到，大家的心是连在一起的;当整齐一致的脚步声在耳边响起，我知道，我们都怀着相同的目的：为集体荣誉而战!军训，让我们融为一体，正如教官所说：“你不是一个人，你的一举一动，都牵及集体，都决定集体的成败!”

There is a saying,”A girl changes fast in physical appearance from childhood to adulthood”.

I just had my eighteen years birthday. It’s certain that I have grown much more beautiful now.(laugh) My biggest change is not the appearance but in mind. I have become much more mature. I don’t always think about going out to play instead of focusing my attention on study. I start considering my future. I try my best not to quarel with my parents as I know what they do is for me. I know I should filial my parents. What’s more, I don’t bully my younger sister and brother any more.

weeks ago ,I had a military training . Many students think military training is not only boring but also terrible .but I don‘t think so .In my opinion ,military training life is wonderful .At first ,I‘m afraid of joining military training ,at that time ,I think military training is scaring ,but I have to take part in it ,because I‘m a student .I have to obey the school regulations .But in fact ,we are wrong,military training is cold .but at the same time ,military training also brings happiness for us.For example , in our spare time ,the commander taught us singing songs,or had a singing match with other classes .On September third ,we had a match with Class Five . First ,one of the girls from Class Five sang songs ,she sang very well,I thought . Next, other students also performed the programmes ,some sang ,some dancd ,and another students told jokes .
