今天的军训一开始还是站军姿20分钟，然后就接着训练。今天主要是训练正步走，林教官让我们先看着他做分解动作，“教官不愧是教官啊！无论在做什么动作都能呈现出威风凛凛的姿态，步伐那么有力，把地板都踏响了！”我沉思着。有些同学们开始有些不耐其烦了，林教官那雷鸣般的声音，震痛了我的耳朵，他大声地问我们“会不会”，我们也响亮地回答到：“会。”整理好队行之后，教官就一声令下：“正步走。”我们一边走，教官一边喊口令，可我们之中，不知道为什么总是有些同学没听清楚教官的命令，结果害得整个班的步伐都不一致。乱、乱、乱。教官又给我们做示范了，但我们还是走得不齐，此时此刻我只想骂醒自己，也想骂醒全班，但一想到我们之间还没有产生默契，就打消了这个念头。教官感到无奈了，让我们蹲下来，看别人是怎么练习的。哎！望着教官那烦恼的表情，我真的好想哭，因为我觉得我们太笨了，太对不起教官了。许久，教官才让我们站起来，他又再一次给我们示范了起来，然后让我们一排一排地轮流练，这样的效果起码有进步了，但还不和教官的心意。突然教官把本来第一排第四个的我抽出来，安排到了第一排第一个。也许站在第一位太紧张了，刚开始我还是找不到方向感，走得太快了，有些人跟不上，教官的口令一停，我们就开始乱套子了。我就想：“为什么我的步伐那么不一致呢？真的只是因为紧张吗？不，不要紧张，我一定能行的。”我不断给自己自信。练习了很多遍都不太齐，望着教官目无表情的样子，我真想对全班说：“一定要好好做，不能辜负教官的用心教导。”

We were going to visit my Granny at Westoe, and I was very excited, because an evening excursion was something quite unheard of for me. Everything in the ram seemed fresh and glittering. Outside, it was cold and windy, and we could feel the gale buffeting against the side of the tram, making it sway and lurch ore than usual, and throwing the passengers of song, and the fresh, clean, cold sea-wind was blowing right through the upper deck. Above, a high half-moon seemed to be skidding along on its back through piles of black, white-lined rags. It was a wild night, with a sense of magic in the offing. 现在，军训已经结束了。我们又要再次投入往常的生活中，但我永远也不忘记这次军训。这次军训让我知道什么是军人，当一名军人是多么艰苦，我知道了军人是怎么严格要求自己。军人一切以集体为重，以集体为中心，决不当害群之马，要坚持奋斗。

火辣辣的太阳将地面烤得滚烫滚烫的，蹲得我腰酸背痛，鞋底都快被烤出个大洞啦!面对这个残酷的事实，我也只能选择面对了。

今天的军训终于结束了。

我们又学到了很多，如俯卧撑，齐步走，当然我最讨厌的就是俯卧撑了。一个下午，我们用了两节课的时间来训练学习齐步走。齐步走的要领有很多，也很容易做到，只要用了心，认真听了就会领悟到其中的奥妙。

又一天慢悠悠结束……

教官是个好玩的人。不像其他教官骂脏话、打人，他总是看着我们笑，我们都觉得他极其像燕小六……真的!!!他对我们不严，平时训练我们班并不像其他班那样整齐，但是每到下午的会操时间，我们班就表现得超级棒~

今天依旧思考了许多事情，比昨天更好的是，我接受了食堂的饭。因为之前住过校，所以适应的快。我很奇怪，为什么我心里有一种冰冷的感觉?我的笑脸渐渐变得沉重。我对于过去的怀念更强烈了。

现在，爸爸妈妈大概在家看电视或是收菜;他们也许已经考完了八中的分班考试;还不知道他在不在新疆了;他呢，河北的学校开学了吧;还有他，军训完在家里很享受吧?我终于明白，我是多么挂念曾经。

军训已经x周多了，在这一周里我们付出了汗水与辛苦，也收获了许多。

“立正、稍息……”听着这些已经熟悉的口令，我们都已经被融进了军营的那种氛围中了。小时候向往军营，向往那和平绿，总是梦想着长大后有一天自己也能穿上绿军装成为他们其中一员。

渐渐长大后，明白了一些事，也懂得了一些道理，不再像孩提时的幼稚，多了几分现实，没有理想的生活是空洞的，迷茫的，可是空有理想的生活也是浮浅的。

高中时的军训只是x周，那时的我们在花季雨季徘徊，无知，迷茫是我们脸上的表情，x周的军训收获甚少，只是知道军训苦，让人受不了，脸上晒的掉了一层皮，在也不想当军人，这时高中，青涩的季节，让我们匆匆走过了那段青涩的年龄。

而今，我们都已长大，成了人们所谓的成年人，从走进x的那一天，大家期盼着，等待着军训，可是一年过去了，大家的热情消减了不少，军训的时间到了，可是因为自治区的大庆，给学校下达了政治任务，男生参加大庆表演训练，女生回家等待下一年军训，这是一个令人失望又高兴的消息。大家可以回家了，可是明年当大家的激情都退却的时候我们依然逃不过啊!

真正军训的时间到了，有人欢喜，有人悲啊!可是不管怎样总是逃不过去了。大家无一例外穿上了迷彩装。从教官来后一直反复着乏味训练。但军训也不是想象中那样痛苦，欢声笑语，歌声也在其中，大家还是都很积极的。这也许就是团结的力量吧!

还有一周的时间，我们相信，没有逃兵，大家一定都会坚持下去，将军训进行到底，取得一个好成绩。

羊肉串，相信也有很多人喜欢吃。它吃起来口感很好，而且有一股羊膻味，让人们以为这就是正宗的羊肉串了。其实不是，羊肉串虽叫羊肉串，但是谁能保证上面的肉一定是羊肉呢?说不定是猪肉，这还算好的。有些竟是用老鼠肉做的，这样你还吃的下去吗?你可能会问：“羊膻味又是怎么来的呢?”羊膻味是把“羊肉串”放在羊尿里泡上一些时日，然后冲洗一下，这样一串串“香喷喷”的羊肉串就被烤出来了。说到这里，不用我劝，相信你就已经不会再吃了吧?

现在，肉不可以吃，蔬菜也有危险，大部分蔬菜都会打农药，所以大家洗蔬菜时一定要清洗干净再吃，毕竟它会危害家人的健康。

现在，食品安全得不到保证，人们的健康受到威胁，所以制作食品的叔叔阿姨们要保证食品的安全，保证人们的健康。

刚踏进高一的校门，我们就开始了严厉的军训，教我们的教官姓韩，他将陪我们度过1天半的时间并教会我们许多有关军姿的练习。

刚开始教官让我们站军姿：双手紧紧贴紧自己的裤子，两脚后跟靠在一起，两脚尖打开60度，脖子紧紧靠着后衣领，目视前方。就这样，我们站了大约半小时，对面有一个女同学吃不消，往后退了2步，只听“砰”的一声她晕倒了，老师把她带走后，我们班也有同学吃不消，晕倒了。接着，天暗了，下雨了，我们以为不用练了，可以回教室了，个个都在拍手，欢呼雨来的及时，没想到教官让我们在雨里继续练，真倒霉!

这还不算什么，在这么多练习里，最令我刻苦铭心的还是做深蹲跳和俯卧撑。先说说深蹲跳吧，教官让我们双手交叉放在后面，他说一个，我们就做一个，做到20多个的时候，我们已经吃不消了，教官说快了，我们以为只要做30个，没想到一做就是50个，我们全班的双腿都麻木了，到第2天，腿还痛呢!再说俯卧撑吧，大家应该都知道操场跑道是什么样吧，我们的教官有够狠，让我们在那上面做俯卧撑，那地不仅烫，还很痛，教官让我们做了大约30个，还不让我们起来，让我们手就这样撑着，谁撑得好谁就起来，我还不错，教官让我起来了，可手痛的要命，真辛苦……

通过这1天半的时间，我们也见识了不少：教官用手劈砖头，单手俯卧撑，单杠转圈等。虽然我们在锻炼中吃了不少苦，可能也受了点伤，不过我总算知道当一个军人是多么辛苦了，以后可不会为了一点疼痛而喊叫，因为我们要勇敢，要坚强，我们才刚刚开始，以后的路还很长，你们说是不?
