军训有泪有欢有苦，真乃五味俱全。军训让我们洗涤去许多的酸甜苦辣，我愿意记得这些军训生活中的生活将是我生命中的美好回忆。

军训的日子就是把自己当部队的军人看待了，在这里就把自己当部队的军人绝对服从命令。虽然条条框框，却把人训练的框框正正，犹如中国的汉字横平竖直，坦荡有力，在这里没有个人魅力，只有团结的力量，在这里没有婉转的歌喉却有搞个荡气回肠。

军训的日子虽苦，却像咖啡一样可以品出弄弄的滋味。我原先认为不行的，它却考验了我并告诉我要坚持到底，胜利将属于有信念的人。每天的军姿站立，我知觉的时间已不再是时间，纵然两腿发酸，却换得一身挺直。每次的坚持到底都会让我超越自我，有过斜风细雨的洗淋却米有像晒黑的皮肤一样，晒着我的执着。

军训只是逝去了我们青春年华的一点，但逐渐长大成熟的我更加渴望持久的军训体验。豪气冲云天，硬骨傲苍穹!

今天早训仍然是长跑训练，只不过是在昨天的基础上又增加了一圈而已，但是状态不如昨日，跑完就汗如雨下，浑身都湿透了。但当听到另一个教官说道他们平时早训要跑三公里呢，打足了我们才跑了一半的路的勇气，好吧，我不得不承认身体素质和体能相对于军人来说真是差远了。好吧，也当作对自己的一次考验吧，毕竟大家都坚持下来了啊。

大家都说军训苦啊军训苦，是的，对于身在其中的我深切的感受到了这一点，但是却是由于我们平常没有经过训练，或者说没有将这种高强度的训练加入到日程计划中去吧，纵使辛苦，也就这十几天，之后也就没了，可能还会有些空虚吧。

你若军训，便是晴天。这句话带有搞笑意味。终于晒到太阳了，滋味是不好受，但是一天也就这么下来了，况且教官们很体谅我们，下午四点左右才集合，进行打拳姿势的教学，并不是很累人，那就更应该做的更好了，预留的时间用来午睡和拿书，早已足矣。

明天还要继续教新的四套动作，蛮复杂的。今天的还没熟悉，睡前练习了一下，但是明天还要接受新知识，还有点小激动。我虽然不聪慧，但一定会努力用心观察陶教官的示范的，争取早日练好通过，辛苦也就十几天，很快就会与教官和连长他们分别了，心中还有些不舍呢。现在换位思考一下，教官们其实更辛苦，你们还有几年的苦，我们马上就解放了，真的狠心疼你们，你们辛苦了!希望我能坚持到最后!加油!

“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身……”今天我终于明白了这样一句话，就像彩虹总要经历一番风雨，阳光总会在乌云后。军训中，我们的身体迎接的是一种挑战，也是一种极限，我们要成长就要克服。同样的我们心中也遭受这一种近乎疯狂的洗礼，如果我们在军训中抗不下来，失败了，言弃了，那只能是我们自己的遗憾，只有通过这种考验，我们才可以称为真正意义上的大一新生，正如“一屋不扫何以扫天下”的道理一样，如果我们连自己都没有用以征服，又何来勇气去挑战未来更多的磕磕碰碰呢?

军训带给我们的是一生受益的感悟，他让我能在未来的路途中坦然从容，它让我在各种不明的苦与痛中学会忍受，它让我在接下来的人生中更加凭借的看待得与失，他让我在与集体的相处第一次，我们收获了初中三年的汗水浇灌成熟的果实;第一次，我们穿上让人羡慕的军装;第一次，我们用自己的双手创造属于自己的美好生活。

军训，顾名思义，是像军队一样训练，打磨自己的身体，加固自己的意志。短短六天，我们需要暂时丢掉学生的身份，时时刻刻像个军人一样。守时，是作为一个军人的原则，一个优秀的军人，从来都是早早就在训练场上站好，昂首挺胸。成千上万的军人的军姿有着夺人的气势，场面一片肃然，令人震撼。

学会站军姿是我们在完成昨天10公里徒步拉练后的第一课。教官教我们双手紧贴军裤，中指贴在裤缝上，双脚呈60度角站立。双臂夹紧，下班微微扬起，目视前方，身体略往前倾。看起来容易的站军姿，确实有如此多苛刻的细节!当我们听到教官发达“站半个小时”的命令时，每个人的心中就忍不住想打退堂鼓，但终究是把这种念头强压了下去。开始的5分钟过去了，10分钟……我们在心中默默的数着数打法时间，双脚开始发麻。能清晰地感受着额上、颈上、后背有颗颗汗珠在往下缓缓滴落。我们和蔼可亲的班主任贾刚风老师用手中的毛巾轻柔地擦拭去每一位同学的汗水，如一股清凉的甘泉滋润了我们干渴燥热的心田。之前在我们放声高歌之时，也是可爱的贾老师，考虑到我们要保护嗓子的问题，特地为我们每一人都发了一盒盒的润喉糖，也是他，是我们每位同学为“我们孩子”。

In the young generation, their lifestyle is different from the old

peoples. They like to stay up and join many night activities, then they wake up

very late. The new expression of brunch fits them so much, which means the

people to have a meal combining with breakfast and lunch. But their health is

under threat. Some young peoples stomach hurts and cant digest food well. In

order to keep healthy, we need to do some exercise and eat food regularly.

接下来，同学们就按照教官的口令认真地做立正和稍息的动作，教官时不时会进到队列中间仔细察看，如果发现哪位同学的动作不正确，就立刻上前进行纠正。在教官认真负责地训练下，我们的队列变得越来越整齐，立正和稍息的动作也越来越规范。

站在烈日底下军训很辛苦，我感到又累又渴，浑身酸痛，好几次我都想请假休息，可是看到别的同学都在坚持，我也不好意思打退堂鼓，心里默默地对自己说，别人能做到的我也能!就这样一直坚持着，直到听到休息的口令。

经过这次军训，我觉得自己好像变坚强了，不再那么娇气，越来越像一个小男子汉了!第一次军训就像是一个有趣的游戏，虽然身体很累，却很快乐。真希望下一次军训能快点到来啊!

今天这歌唱的真费劲，也不知道为什么感觉大家的心中有段距离，都不能放开心胸将自己真正的那一面给别人看一下。每个人都有优缺点，我们既然能把有点给别人看，摆在别人面前，那为什么又要把缺点阴影下呢?就拿我来说，因为性格内向，所以说话声音不大。老师也找过我让我放开一些，不要在意一些小细节。当老师刚说时我心里还有一点儿难受，但我之后便想开了;不论我现在怎么做，做得怎么样，别人也不能把它当作一个笑话来天天笑，而且有很多人都只是人生的过客，又有什么放不开的呢?想到这些我的心情变好了不少。而同学之间有很多可能才刚见面，能天天见的又有谁呢?当放下时便把很多不如意的事都看开了。

在酷热的暑假里，我们赴京参加检阅的同学们一起在广州的军体院接受为期十五天的训练，我们还认识了严厉而又幽默的教官们。

军训是锻炼和磨练人的最佳良机，在训练的过程中，我们没有一次不汗流浃背。在站军姿时，火辣辣的阳光炙烤着大地，脚底好像踩在火锅上一样，豆大似的汗珠从额头上缓缓地流下来，滴进眼里又不能去抹。大家都知道汗是咸的，滴进眼睛里有说不出的滋味。尽管如此，我们也不能有丝毫的放松。踢正步时，我们必须齐心协力，因为只要有一个人不认真，不齐心，整个队伍的声音就不整齐，有时候还让我们背着枪去罚跑步，那滋味真不好受。练正步时，我们要把脚抬在一个高度然后定住，让教官满意才行，有的同学因为抬脚抬到抽筋。也正是军训让我明白了做事必须坚持不懈，团结合作才能取得成功。

为什么体育课中要常做的动作，早已经学过的动作，教官要如此仔细地讲解，为什么一个向左转一个向右转要教官如此煞费苦心地让我们练习，实践出真知，几天的军训让我明白，小小一个立正所包涵的丰富含义，几个转身所容纳的博大。站军姿，给我们炎黄子孙不屈脊梁的身体。军训还让我们磨练了意志和团结合作的精神，从“同学”到“战友”。我相信在以后的学习和生活中，不管遇到多困难的事，只要想起军训我们都挺过来了，这点苦不算什么！

这次军训体现了我们“流血流汗不流泪，掉皮掉肉不掉队！”的精神，让我永不退缩，奋勇前进！

[军训的苦与乐高一作文

今天是军训的第一天，我们一群人挤在一辆不太大的巴士里.一路上有说有笑的.开心得不得了.

到了德育基地，一直在听别人在讲废话.然后我们便走进了宿舍.走进一间房，四面都是墙，抬头__网，低头见脚丫.拿到军装，衣服臭，帽子臭，鞋子更臭.一开始，衣服对我来说是太小了，结果又换不到，人太多，都挤在换衣服的那个房间了，我只好回去和同学换了.

第一天，我就被那两条皮带弄了个死去活来.急着上厕所时，可偏偏那里一条，外一条的皮带怎么也解不开.当时那个汗啊~~~~~~幸好，后来班长帮我解开了.

今晚，我的心一直闷着，一夜没睡，一个人拿了张凳子坐在了窗边，就这么数着路灯一盏一盏，看着天边慢慢地开始变亮.

星期六早上6：00左右，我们大家陆续来到了新校区。过了一会儿，人到齐了，大家便都上车了。一路上，大家有说有笑，在车上大声地唱起歌来，有的还玩起了扑克牌。

过了一个多小时，我们便到了军训的地方——郑州郊区樱桃沟。

教练和我们大家讲了几句话，便开始分宿舍了。宿舍在二楼，分为几种不同的：第一种是上下铺(但只给大家安排了下铺，上铺高，怕摔下);第二种和上下铺一样只能住五个人，是一种五人间;第三种是三人间，我就被分到了三人间这种房间。

到房间，开始换衣服。我们用最快的速度穿上了军训用的迷彩服，便下楼集合了。

集合完毕，四个班的男女校友都集合到了“训练场”。“火焰”总教练把我们四个班分为两个部分，五班、六班分为一个部分，七班和八班则被分为第二个部分。教练教我们一些简单的基本动作和做这些动作时应该喊出的口号，然后，又教了我们标准的军姿。在完成这一切基本训练之后，教练对我们四个班的表现做出了评价和评比，并给我们四个班不同的积分，还给我们发了帽子，并让我们组建了战队。之后，我们又进行了一些有趣的项目，比如“我们是最棒的”、“竹行万里”和“四国大战”，并进行了午饭、午休与晚饭，还进行了晚会。每一个班都准备了两首大合唱(男女各一首)，还表演了一些特殊的节目。

晚会后，我们便回寝室休息了。

第二天，说实话有些苦，因为纪律不好，所以体罚不少。不是做俯卧撑，就是跑大圈，项目进行的也不多。但“坎坷人生路”那个项目却让我们十分感动，我们许多人都掉泪了。进行完这个项目，我们就登车返程了。

军训的生活有苦也有了，真是让人怀念啊!

军训的感受像个五味瓶，酸，甜，苦，辣，咸样样都有。今天，是军训的第三天。我们和往常一样依旧6点半起床。

早上，我们进行了第二次的会操预演。结果和我料想的一样又是最差。之后，我们抓紧训练，准备超上一班和二班。但我们班还是有些男生惹教官生气，逼教官让我们闻垃圾桶10多次!“真臭!”“不行，太恶心了!”我们纷纷叫了起来……经过这次，我们班的男生还不知悔改，又再一次的惹教官生气。这次又拿出了衣架，往我们手上和脸上轻轻打了一下，但我们还是很痛!

晚上，我们从袁老师口中知道了今天晚上有紧急集合!所以，我们寝室的女生都没有睡觉，准备吹哨的时候马上冲出去!

“嘘—嘘!”哨声响了!我立刻穿上早已准备好的军装，飞快的跑到楼下操场!哈哈!我是我们班第一个到的!我心里暗喜着!

希望经过这几天的训练，我们班能在明天的会操中表现突出!

军训很苦，苦到你觉得你已经脱离了社会，苦到你觉得世界都变得黑暗。军训很累，累到你连喘气都难受，累到你想好好的睡一觉不愿提前醒来。军训也很美，美到你爱上这身绿装不愿脱下，美到你宁愿在这里受苦也不愿意回家。很快，我的军训生活结束了了，不知道自己是喜，还是悲。 军训这几天，我学到了很多，首先我真正地了解遵守纪律的重要性，不单单是以前的听话就好，而是要把纪律放在心上，要有责任感，对自己所做的事负责任;其次，在这几天里我感受到军人那良好的生活习惯，我会朝着那个标准努力，让自己拥有良好的习惯。回到学校后我会认真努力地学习，像军人一样吃苦耐劳，我不会忘记这最后一次军营生活。

军训的第一课就是站军姿，抬头、挺胸、十指夹紧贴于裤缝，真是难受。第二课则是齐步走，正步走，跑步走。同时我们还要喊口号，我们经常因为喊口号不齐或者是声音不够洪亮而被罚，一罚就是喊五遍十遍的，导致我刚第三天嗓子就哑了。最后则是练军体拳，这是我最喜欢的项目，也许是最简单的，也许是最轻松的，我们有足够的时间歇息，放松。

军训是一种能增强我们身体素质和纪律意识的有力活动。结束了几天的军事训练后，大家如同刚受阳光滋润过的小草般，充满着无限的冲劲，显得无比生机盎然。静心回味起那短暂的时光：有泪、有汗、有痛，更有无止休的劳苦。但是我们都坚强地挺了过来，因为我们都十分明白，这小小的劳苦与红军的二万五千里长征是无法相提并论的。军训刚开始。那“一二一”、“立正”、“稍息”、“齐步走”……一遍又一遍地反复着。教官的嗓子早就嘶哑了，可他们仍然地认真改正我们每一个动作，这一切激励着我们，也要努力锻炼。 给我们训练的教官是一个十八岁的小伙子，他身材不高，年龄和我们相仿，甚者还比我们同学中有的人小，在他那稚气未脱的脸上写满了严肃和认真。他还很爱笑，而且笑的时候原本就不大的眼睛变得更小了。但是，教官在军训的时候对我们的要求还是很高的。只要大家不努力，他就会批评我们;只要大家动作不规范，他就会一而再，再而三地示范给我们看。这可是我第一次与军人接触。

最后一天是军训成果报告演出。起先是领导查阅，然后是走队，经过了十天的训练，每个班都走得十分整齐。接下来就是各项节目表演，有盾牌操，有女子舞蹈，最后是由我们八十人组成的巨形方阵，来表演军体拳。我们做得整齐，口号响亮，为整个大会画上了完美的句号。

高中的军训，就在今天，圆满结束了。回想起这些日子，我感慨良多。“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香出苦寒来”是军训的体会。“千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东南西北风”是军训的结果。 炎炎烈日下，我们挥洒着汗水，却无怨无悔。尽管酷暑难耐，但我们的脚步依然整齐，口号依然有力，歌声依然嘹亮。因为我们都明白自己的使命。

这军训真实地反映了我们高中生丰富多彩生活的一个侧面，叫人受益非浅：它教会了我纪律要严明，劳动是可贵的，生活是美好的。其间，我在劳苦的军训中更有体会的是甜美的劳动成果。 军训不但锻炼了我的意志品质，还增强了我的爱国精神，在这里我可以自豪的说，参加这次军训，我一生无憾.
