怀着激动难耐的心情，我们来到国防菀开始为期三天的军事训练。换好军服，来到训练场上，教官一来就给我们一个下马威——让我们站军姿十分钟。

“脚后根贴紧，脚尖张开约60度，两腿笔直，手贴大腿两侧……”这大约百字的动作要领教官反复说了好几遍。虽然十分钟在平常是那么短暂，可在训练场上就像直线一样无限漫长。你若稍微动一下，就得多站一分钟。此时我们真可谓“度秒如年”哪!大伙儿像电线杆一样笔挺挺地立在地上，两眼平视，谨记动作要领，丝毫不敢大意，稍有懈怠，迎接你的将是教官可怕的“雷霆万钧”!忽然，一只虫子不知何处飞来，竟然把我的脸当成了停机坪。脸上瞬间奇痒无比，恨不得立马去抓一抓，挠一挠。可一接触到教官深不可测的眼神，我咬咬牙拼命忍住。时间一长，脚发麻腿抽筋。几乎就倒趴下了。多么希望秒针走得快一点，快一点，再快一点!亲爱的小虫，你是来考验我的吗?忍不住想挠时我都竭尽全力克制住自己，并在心里默默念道：“坚持就是胜利!”到终于解放的那一刻，最可怜的就是我的脸和脚，脸上红疙瘩，脚上起水泡。

军训的艰苦是我未曾料到的。一天大部分时间都在训练。训练场上似乎就只有我们嘹亮的口号、整齐的步伐和挥洒的汗水，这让我懂得了“十年磨一剑”的真正含义。然而正是这样的训练才能让我们磨练出军人的钢铁意志。

I am not fond of basketball,let alone to play it.But I have seen a

wonderful basketball game between my class and postgraduate class.It is so

八月二十八日，第一缕阳光从地球的东边升起，一群穿着迷彩服的同学们缓缓地向操场走去，他们以微笑面对新学期的军训。

八点一刻，操场上,在整齐的队伍下，在领导的讲话中，军训正式拉开了帷幕。不经意间眼前出现了一位身穿白色衣服的军官，往衣服上一瞟，原来是海军埃每个班待分配后开始了今天的努力奋斗。

The joyous Mid-Autumn Festival was celebrated on the fifteenth day of the

eighth moon, around the time of the autumn equinox(秋分). Many referred to it

simply as the "Fifteenth of the Eighth Moon".

This day was also considered as a harvest festival since fruits, vegetables

and grain had been harvested by this time and food was abundant. Food offerings

were placed on an altar set up in the courtyard. Apples, pears, peaches, grapes,

pomegranates(石榴), melons, oranges and pomelos(柚子) might be seen. Special foods

for the festival included moon cakes, cooked taro(芋头)and water caltrope(菱角), a

type of water chestnut resembling black buffalo horns. Some people insisted that

cooked taro be included because at the time of creation, taro was the first food

discovered at night in the moonlight. Of all these foods, it could not be

omitted from the Mid-Autumn Festival.

从幼稚未脱到日益坚毅，从散漫玩闹到认真训练，短短的七天，在教官的教导下，我们像一只稚鹰，逐渐飞翔在广阔的天空。

至今，仍有几幕情景令我无法忘怀。

情景一：“这里不是你们家”

猎猎大风吹起我们的衣角，远处的天空云淡风轻。面对着新同学，所有人兴奋得如同刚出笼的小鸟，叽叽喳喳。教官刚毅的脸绷紧了，眼神中透出了一股狠劲儿，用震慑人心的声音吼道：“这里不是你们家！站好！”那一瞬间，懵懵懂懂的我们小心地站出了不规范的军姿，那一瞬间，我们有些感觉到我们是军人。

情景二：“你们是一个集体”

轻轻濛濛的细雨划过脸颊，站了一会儿的军姿的我们望着走远的教官，轻轻活动了一下酸痛的骨头。“你累不累？”“累啊！”三三两两之间轻声抱怨着，不知何时，教官站在了我们的面前，嘴紧紧地抿成了一条线，眼睛紧紧盯着我们，似乎在隐忍着怒气。“全部给我去罚坐姿。”十分钟，二十分钟，渐渐地，有人腰板弯了，目光也下移了。“坐直！”教官的脚步一顿，“记住！你们是一个集体，所有人都要为错误负责。”那一瞬间，我们感受到了作为一个军人肩上所承担的责任，那一瞬间，我们长大了。

五天的训练虽然很苦很累，但收获很大，我每天都在进步。我的动作更标准了，我的身姿更挺拔了，我的步伐更有力了。会操那天，我们在教官的口令下，展示五天的训练成果：立正、稍息、齐步走，向左、向右、向后转，蹲下、起立、敬礼……我们的动作整齐划一，精神气十足。当台下传来阵阵掌声时，我感到无比自豪。

短短的五天军训虽然已经结束，但它的“味道”就像一碗“麻辣烫”，又麻又辣，令人难忘!

轻轻的，低年级的生活已经随风逝去，只留下惆怅的我和憧憬已久的最后一次军训。

虽说在别人眼里我是一个高年级大姐姐，但心里却一直住着一个长不大的我。想到军训，就有一种喜感。一场旅程就要开始了。

到了军训的基地，基本功就是站军姿了:脚后跟并齐，前脚掌张开余额六十度，两手紧贴裤缝，大拇指紧扣食指第二关节处，身体微微向前倾，颈要直，口要毕。我觉得很难受，但也只能忍着。每当教官说要站半个小时军姿，我就觉得浑身不舒服。好苦呀!除了军姿，还有坐姿、蹲姿。真是“站如松，坐如钟，行如风”，心里有点苦涩的味道，真是个“魔鬼训练”。

“叮——”我本以为这“魔鬼训练”要结束了，可是没有，休息了一小会，令一次训练开始了，我们像一根电线杆一样一动不动地站在操场上，一天下来，弄得我腰酸背痛。我终于明白了一个军人的苦，真的很苦!

两天后，我们慢慢适应了。我已经能坚持半个小时了。是被我成为“魔鬼训练”的训练磨练了我的意志，教会了我坚强。想想也真的很对，如果没有坚强的意志，那里有现在的军人为我们服务呢?军人这么地能吃苦，我为什么不能?既然来训练就不是来享受的，一定要坚持!一想到这我就会挺挺背，继续坚持。

坚强、坚持、坚持不懈!可是一会儿，我实在坚持不住，真想甩一甩胳膊，跺一跺脚，可是看见教官一副严肃认真的样子，这个注意涌到嘴边又被我吞进了肚子。我单薄的衣服在空中挥舞，我赶紧接着拉拉锁的时间弯了弯腿，活动了一下胳膊，又赶紧站好了。啊，放松一会真好，哪怕是一瞬间。

“3，2，1，坐下!”教官一声令下，我们赶紧坐下。哎呀，几十分钟的军姿训练终于结束了。我的天哪，累死了。放松一会后，训练又开始了。至少刚才放松了几分钟，我们又冒着冷风站军姿了。

我忽然觉得世界上最美丽、最舒服的语言就是教官的一声“坐下!”。累了一天，真不想站起来啊。

Almost everyone knows that water covers three-fourths of the earths

surface. Most of it， however， is in the oceans and is too salty to drink. Also，

some of it is frozen and cannot be used. In fact， less than one percent is left

for the use of people， animals and plant life. All through history men have

tried to build their homes near the sources of fresh water. Now fresh water is

becoming scarce， but more and more is needed because of the increasing number of

people in the world. Some industries also use large amounts of fresh water in

the production of things such as steel， petroleum， paper and rubber and so on.

Scientists estimate that the need for fresh water will have doubled by the year

2003. If they are correct， we must find new ways of saving it or producing it.

Some nations have worked on the problem and are already sharing their

information with others. They are trying to keep their rivers from becoming

polluted. Deep wells are also being dug， and rain water is being collected in

huge artificial lakes. In one way or another， they hope to provide enough water

to satisfy the needs of their people.

军训中也有快乐。夕阳西下，我们的影子被拉的很长,清风拂过,带来了一丝清凉。结束了一天的军训，唱起了军歌---《团结就是力量》。整个班的同学都以自己的最大音量唱，歌声嘹亮，压过旁边的两个班。我深感：团结就是力量!

团结就是力量，一滴水很容易干涸，而当这滴水流入大海时他就永远不会干.

今天是军训的第二天，我早早的起了床，来到学校。

上午，我们一开始就练起了“立正”。要知道，“立正”站一会简单，可要一直“立正”，那就难了。首先，两肩要尽量向后张，挺胸收腹。其次，两腿并拢，不能有一点缝隙。两个脚后跟并拢，脚尖张开，呈60度。然后，五指闭拢，大拇指放在食指的第二个关节处，中指紧贴裤缝，手与裤子之间不能有一丝缝隙。最后，还要微收下颚，使脖子向后顶，眼睛还要向上望15度。就这“立正”就让我们已经快承受不了了。一二十分钟以后，每个人都是满头大汗。想擦，却又不能。满头的汗都在往下流，有几滴汗已经流到了我眼睛上，真是很难忍受。

我实在是受不了了，手也在不自觉地准备擦汗。可就在这时，教官走到了我面前，刚抬起一点点地手又回到了原位。我的心“怦怦”至跳，还以为是我抬手被教官发现了呢。可教官抬起手，手里握着一叠面巾纸，另一个手拿出一张纸。为我擦干了眼睛上的汗，又给我擦了额头、鼻子上的汗擦完汗，教官还鼓励我说：“站的不错，继续坚持。”

顿时，我的心里有所不出的凉爽，似乎外界的炎热，也被教官一句鼓励的话带走了。就在那一刻，我才真正体会到，原来，教官们不光是一个个严格、雷厉风行的人，更是一个个关心他人、爱护他人的人。其实，教官也有温柔的一面。
