期中考试已经结束了，这次考试是对于不少刚刚接触英语的初一新生而言是一次重要的考试，是全面衡量学生这段时间学习情况的一次考试。下面我主要从以下几个方面来分析：

一、考试质量分析

1.试题方面

就整个试题而言，考点分布均匀，覆盖面广，考题难度适中，大部分试题能够体现目前注重基础、体现能力的考试命题要求。

2.试卷方面

本次考试题型，分为听力部分、辨音、单项选择、阅读理解、完形填空，词汇运用，阅读表达，翻译句子和写作几个大部分，各部分难易程度不同。大部分题都比较基础，和平时的练习比较起来相对集中一些，更能反映出学生在这一阶段学习中的问题。

此次英语考试的听力部分，内容为与日常教学相关的材料，与所学教材难度相当，较为简单。朗读速度适中，对平日教学的听力训练有着良好的导向作用。但在第一节中还是有部分学生容易犯书写不规范的错误，也有些学生“g”、“j”不分，“r”、“l”混淆，因而造成较多失分。这学期对学生在听力方面的练习不是很多，除了在课堂上少量练习外，平时课下学生几乎得不到练习。

单项选择，突出了课本和平常练习中较基础的知识，学生训练较多，此部分得分较好。

完形填空，对于我校大部分基础较薄弱学生而言觉得难度较大，因选项具有大的灵活性，而学生在平时对单词的记忆和对句子的积累还不够牢，而且也没有掌握好做题技巧，没有联系上下文推测出正确答案，以至于此部分得分较低。

翻译句子，由于平时练习较多，且反复强调大小写及单词、字母的正确书写，因此这部分得分比预计要好。阅读表达学生在此题得分较少，不是多了这个就是漏了那个，答的不好，得分非常低。

写作部分大部分学生书写较差，只有极少数学生在这部分未动笔。

二、分析原因

教师方面的原因：

这段时间由于课时多，时间紧，因此对学生部分知识掌握情况的落实不够，这也是这次考试成绩不高的原因之一。从这次考试中应该吸取这样的教训。在以后的英语教学中，加大管理力度，提高学生在课堂上的学习效率。

学生方面的原因：

1.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实，且大部分学生毫无学习习惯而言，记忆知识极难，遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

2.学生的应变能力有待提高，不能正确写出单词的正确形式。

3.理解能力不强，完形填空、阅读理解失分较多，不能理解通篇大意。

4.不能熟练运用学过的句型。很容易漏掉be动词。

三、今后采取的措施

抓好单词、词组过关，狠抓知识落实。在进行单词和词组教学时，首先让学生读准音，然后反复读单词和词组，并找出同义词、反义词、类似用法的词一起记。在进行句型时，以小组合作等方式举一反三，反复练习课堂上学习的句型。平时督促学生多听录音磁带，一星期集中训练两次听力，在培养学生的听力技巧和听力能力上多下功夫，提高他们的听力能力和听力技巧。

简而言之，评讲试卷必须结合试卷的特点和学生的实际情况，切不可草率行事。 怎样才能有效的评讲英语试卷呢?

第一、认真了解和初步分析试卷。在评讲前，教师有必要用自己教给学生的方法亲自把试卷做一遍，以便确定试题的检测范围和感受试题的难度。在做题的过程中可以预测学生的难点，也可以根据学生所学内容，看看哪些题目超出了学生的学习范围。当然，也可以检阅试卷的不足，以便今后选择并合理利用英语试卷。

第二、认真统计学生成绩。在批阅完学生试卷后，认真统计学生的成绩是很有必要的。统计的项目主要有：求出平均值和求出差距。在统计出平均成绩后，可以参照其他班的情况分析，确定该班的成绩位置。平均分较低，就说明该班的成绩较差。如果平均分较高，那该班的整体情况就较好。另外，还要排列出全班考生中的最高分和最低分，找出二者之间的差距。差距越大，两级分化就越严重，教学的难度就越大。在排列学生成绩时，最好由高分到低分排列，找出中间位置考生的分数，并把该成绩列为全班成绩的中位数。在评讲试题时，要特别注意中位段的学生的反映和效果。

第三、根据学生的成绩和分析情况，再次分析试卷，并做好学生的错误统计。在分析学生成绩后，及时的看学生答题的错误率，从中找出学生的典型错题。错误率较高的题目，就是要评讲的重点部位。这部分题目，既是学生应该关注的，也是教师应该详细评讲的。在统计错误率后，教师应该耐心的查阅典型错题，分析学生答错的原因，反思自己教学上的不足。对于，教师很难作分析的题目，要及时与学生进行交流，然后再确定学生做错的根源。 第四、认真耐心的评讲试卷。在试卷发给学生之后，教师可以安排学生自主讨论和简单分析自己的试卷。教师最好要提示学生如何讨论和分析。例如，要求学生发现自己的错题，并尽力分析出错题的知识类别：是宾语从句还是动词不定式，还是动名词或是其他的。

I am Ma Yuanhao. Now let me tell you something about my family. My family has seven people in it, my father, my mother, my brother, my sister, my uncle, my grandfather and I. My grandfather is a driver. He drives a bus. He works in Beijing. He has two kids. They are my father and my uncle.

My father and my uncle are both office workers. They are in the same office. My brother is a policeman. He is tall and strong. He works in Shenyang.I am a student. My sister is a student,too. We are in the same school, but in different grades. My mother is a nurse. She works in a hospital. We live in Beijing now with my parents.

I often have bread and milk for breakfast. I like eating hamburgers, too. And for lunch, I usually have some chicken with vegetables and rice. Jiaozi is my favorite food. I usually have Jiaozi and an apple for dinner. I think I can eat healthily.

My mother cooks very well. She often cooks nice food for us.

I love my family!

ShenZhen is the youngest city of China. Though it has a history of 7,000 years, its true development didnt start until 1980 when China start its refom and openging policy, so I believe most of of the Chinese will recognize it as the youngest city. With its vigour of youth, Shenzhen has developed at an incredible speed. In a time range of 30 years, it has changed from a nameless fish town to one of the most prosperous city in China. And Shenzhen yet, hasnt stopped its pace of growing. In summer 2011, it will hold the 26th Universiade whose magor stadium, Chunchan, has became a mew sight of the city. I firmly believe Shenzhen will be even more recognized worldwidely after this game.

My hometown, which is in the south of × Province, is a very beautiful village. It lies on the east bank of a small river, surrounded by green mountains, In the past my hometown was poor, and people led a hard life. They couldnt afford to send their children to school. But ,great changes have taken place in my hometown in the past twenty years. Many families .have not only color TV sets, but also telephones, fridges, computers, and so on. New roads, houses, schools, hospitals have been built. People in my hometown are working hard for a better life.

A, labor relations

In addition to the revision of the rules and regulations, since I took office, were treated with a labor arbitration and the second court civil lawsuits, labor contract removes the countless cases, each time smoothly solve difficult labor dispute for the company, reducing the loss of company, maintain the good image of the enterprise.
