1、认真回顾课本知识

这个阶段过程主要是用于高中三年全部课程的回顾。这时候希望大家在回顾的过程中能够找到自己知识遗漏的部分。

这个阶段相当的冗长，最主要的是要会学回归课本。无论如何，高考绝大部分内容都贴近课本的。高考试题的80%是基础知识，20%是稍难点的综合题，掌握好基础，几乎能上一个比较不错的大学。因此高三前期，希望同学们老老实实把课本弄懂。弄懂课本不是光记住结论，而是要通读。即理科全部的原理要弄清、语文课文内标注的字词句摘抄、英语课文至少要达到念的通顺、文史类知识主线及同类型知识要素要学会整理等。

注意，第一轮复习十分重要，大家千万不要埋头做题，而是先看课本，再“精”做题目。在复习过程中一定先将课本看明白了，然后再做题，做题过程中不许看课本，不许对答案。会就会做，不会做一定要先想哪些内容遗忘了，哪里想错了，先做后面的，等隔一定时间再看不会做的，马上看的话效果打折扣的。

2、把握好自己的节奏

很多学生因为在复习过程中跟不上老师的节奏，导致前面部分没弄懂，后面部分更是拉下，学校在教学节奏控制上又不能根据学生本身制定。

因此建议学生一定要提高自学能力，如果实在跟不上节奏，就先关注最基础最简单的题目，将遗漏的课本部分做好画线标记，或将页面折起做标记，以利于及时的回顾。

在学的过程中不要因为面子问题不敢发问，建议学生在弄不懂的问题上多问同学，多问老师。最好能够找到水平相当的同学，互相约定好给对方做考察，给对方讲解双方对知识点的认识，互相研究题目。

同学之间相互沟通时所掌握的内容比问老师的效果更好，因为在互相沟通的时候可以带者任何疑问，可以很容易的将思维的漏洞补齐。

3、正确处理作业练习

在处理作业上，千万不要死磕题目，记住两个原则：

一、不要和自己过不去。第一遍做不出来或做错就直接先放弃，但是要保留这道题，每天抽1——2分钟看下这类不会做的题，无论是看课本也好，听老师讲解也好，做到一眼看出这题怎么做时，再动手做，并将这类题型留好。

二、要加强互动性。不仅是和同学之间的互动，还要和课本进行互动。做完作业不要看对答案，留到第二天把有困难的和同学交流，或第二天看别人怎么做，然后问他怎么想的。

当基本弄懂一个章节后，一定要定期回顾，如一周的时间后，翻一下课本，这周学了什么，然后给自己限制时间做几道题，用以验证自己哪些内容真正是明白了。通过这么练习，远远比大量做题效果好的多。

4、如何利用每一次考试

处理考试上，要认同自己。分数很重要，重要的是你得到的那些分数和你得不到的分数，毕竟不是高考，当前阶段分数的高低没有任何意义。你只需做三件事：

一、根据你所获取分数的部分，整理你当前会的知识，会做的题型。

二、根据你所丢的分数，立即回归课本，看完课本后再做一遍。

三、拿着卷子问自己，当时做对的题自己是怎么想的，不会的题当时是怎么想的，现在会的题和当时不会做时差距在哪里。

总之，制定高三英语一轮复习计划一定要根据自己的学习情况根据自身的条件，抓住每一个时间点和时机，规划好自己的进度，全力做好一轮复习工作，让自己的基础知识地基打的牢固一点。一轮复习时间最长，是高考复习和高考能否取得高分的关键。所以同学们一定要高度重视一轮复习的重要性，一定要制定好高考一轮复习计划。

新年到了，又过去了一年，接着迎来了一个新年-2016年，在这一个新年里我们要干一些有意义的事才可以度过这一个漫长的2016，让我们大家一起行动起来吧!

俗话说得好"新的一年要有新气象."这话讲得真好，在这一个新年里，我有许多想干的事：要把学习学好，成绩理想`把身体锻炼锻炼，让自己的体质变好起来，不要偏食，该吃什么就吃什么，还有不可以乱花钱......就先说学习吧，首先把眼前的寒假作业认认真真得作完，日记老师虽然只布置了六篇，可我要多做几篇，一是为了锻炼自己的写作水平，二是为了让自己练练耐心，我还要多读书,让自己的知识丰富起来,我经常读书,可却像看天书一样,也不做笔记.这样是不行的,这样到头来知识知识没有丰富起来,却只是浪费时间,浪费光阴.等寒假过去以后,我一定要在小学的最后一个学期努力学习,争取当三好学生,不懂就问,我相信一定可以做到的,也请大家相信我吧!

至于锻炼身体方面呢?我觉得自己太没有信心，比如就说投篮吧，我因为个子小所以篮球在我手上连篮筐都碰不到，我练了几遍没有成功，就觉得自己永远都投不进，再练几遍也是徒劳。后来，我又觉得学习反正搞不上去，没有用的，所以，在期末考试中我就取得了不理想的成绩。我以后做任何事都要有耐心`信心，因为只有这样才可以做成功的事。

以后，我一定要按定的计划去做，因为这样才可以取得大进步。

我是一名中学生。我喜欢英语，但是对我来说却很难。现在我有一个很好的英语学习计划。

我的发音有点问题。我发音不好。所以我打算听磁带并跟读。我不能快速地阅读英语文章，也不能清清楚楚地写文章。现在我计划看多些书，经常练习写作。至于听力，有时候我无法理解其他人在说什么。所以我打算通过听收音机和电视来提高我自己。对我来说语法是最难的。我都不知道怎么办，不过我觉得我的英语老师能够帮助我。

有了这个英语学习计划，我希望能取得很大的进步。

现在，是新的开始。咱们有100%的希望，就要做到120%的努力。学习需要方法，不死学，不傻学，要有方向，制定好目标。

首先，要认清现实，认清自己，分析自身现状，找准自身的提高点。我知道自己有严重的偏科现象，我的英语和物理成绩一直不理想，这两门成绩在中考中占的比值很大，如果这两门成绩不好，会拉下许多分数，想进入高中的大门可能会有危险。现在要制定一些计划：(1)每天复习一单元的英语单词和一道物理公式。(2)英语和物理各积累三道错题。(3)预习好明天应学的新知识。

第二，要利用好时间，提高学习效率。初三的时间是紧张的，要充足利用好课余的时间。(1)在学习的时候要灵活多变，不要死记硬背，加强理解，提高做题时间和背诵速度。(2)当堂知识当堂记，课下时就可以再复习一遍，巩固记忆。

第三，要注意学习方法。分配好学习的时间，理清学习的思路。周一，着重于复习数学；周二，着重于复习语文；周三，着重于复习英语；周四，着重于复习物理；周五，着重于复习化学；周六，着重于复习政治；周日，着重于复习历史。要平和心态，按计划行事。

第四，要树立自信。相信自己，因为一切皆有可能！不到中考那一刻，不要轻言放弃，要学习学习再学习，努力努力再努力。

今天是201X年9月11号，到201X年6月11号就是咱们的最后一刻。200多个日日夜夜，在校的最后34周，我会更加珍惜现在的时间，争取分分秒秒，要做到成功。因为在“想要”和“得到”之间永远隔着“做到”。

“书山有利勤为径，学海无涯苦作舟。”从我做起，从现在做起，把握好分分秒秒，背起自己人生路上的十字架，脚踏实地的向前冲吧！

我计划这个暑假独自去旅行。我曾经去旅游过几次，但是都是跟我家人或者朋友去的，从来没有自己去过。我想独自旅行一次，这样可以锻炼自己更坚强更自信。我把我的计划告诉了我的父母，他们非常支持我，还认为这是帮我成长的一个号机会。他们还告诉了我许多旅行要点，并帮我准备行李。我非常感激父母的理解以及他们对我的决定的尊重。我不会让他们失望。

I plan to go to travel alone this summer vacation. I have traveled several times, but gone with my family or friends, never did it alone. I want to do it once, so I can train myself to be stronger and more confident. I told my parents about my plan, they supported me very much, and they thought it is a good opportunity to help me grow up. They also told me many tips of traveling and prepared the package for me.
