高中三年是人生最重要的三年，决定了孩子们在今后的社会角色，如何让他们成为对国家有用的人？经过与孩子们热烈的讨论和引导，首先让孩子们进行小学与初中学习上的比较和初中与高中的学习比较，从学习方法、所学知识的深度等几个方面的比较。让他们意识到高中是思维上的一个飞跃，必须要抛弃以前的定向思维，而去学会从不同的角度认识和解决问题。相对初中的学习，高中的学习跨越了知识和能力两大台阶。高中的知识内容与知识结构与初中相比出现了两个飞跃：从具体到抽象，从特殊到一般，在知识的广度和深度上都大大提高。在能力方面，高中的学习对同学们提出了更高的要求，如抽象概括思维能力、逻辑推理思维能力、分析综合能力、自学能力等等都要求有较大的发展和提高。学好高中的课程必须让他们树立信心、满怀激情，一个人确立自己的理想并不难，难得是有一个为实现理想而攀登的规划和决心。为此，我们在思想认识一致的情况下和孩子一道写下了高中三年的规划与目标：

一．高中六个学期的分析和自我目标

1、高一上半学期是一个初中走入高中的过渡时期。这个时期最主要的目标是：积极适应各科老师的教学方法，迅速吸收新知识，同时稳住脚跟，一步一个脚印地进步。所

以我这个学期的目标简单来说就是四个字：适应、稳定。

2、高一下半学期是一个适应后的寻求及养成期。这个时期由于对自己的学习态度、方法、能力有了一个比较客观的认识，因此对各学科特点有了一定掌握。这个时期的主要目标是：重点培养良好学习习惯，形成适合自己的学习方法，做到循序渐进地、有规律地学习，全面发展，形成自己的优势学科。简单来说就是：养成、规律。

3、高二上半学期是一个定位起飞期。此时，高中生活早已适应，学习方法、习惯已经成熟，所以，这个时期就要开始有所突破。这个时期最主要的目标是：进入一本梯队。

4、高二下半学期是一个稳步发展期。有了高二上半学期的起飞和突破之后，又要开始稳住脚跟了，这时要全面地、客观地看待自我和他人，毕竟“知己知彼，百战不殆”。这个时期最主要的目标是：稳定自我水平，基本确定自己在年级的学习地位。

5、高三上半学期是一个扎实复习期。经过高二的认知后，自己的学习地位也稳定下来，不再轻易后退。就要完全静下心来稳扎稳打地复习。此时也要注意调整心态，摆正主观态度。时刻保持新鲜的自信心、坚韧的性格。不要受客观环境的影响，履行自己的计划，做到步步为营。

6、高三下半学期是一个加速冲刺期。可以适当地做些拔高。要全面解决自己所面临的问题，查缺补漏，扫除残敌，

不留后患。还有此时心理素质也很重要。时刻摆正心态，注意情绪的变化，做到自我及时调整，自我鼓励和认定。就如爱迪生所说：“自信是成功的第一秘诀”。

二.掌握科学的学习方法。

1、预习

预习最重要的是能发展我们学生的自学能力，减少对老师的依赖，增强独立性；预习可以加强记课堂笔记的针对性，改变学习的被动局面。要在测览教材的总体内容后再细读，充分发挥自己的自学能力，理清哪些内容已经了解，哪些内容有疑问或是看不明白（即找重点、难点）分别标出并记下来。同时适当地一些课前的习题练习，逐步了解知识点。这样既提高了自学能力，又为听课“铺”平了道路，形成期待老师解析的心理定势；这种需求心理定势必将调动起我的学习热情和高度集中的注意力。

2、听课

听老师讲课是获取知识的最佳捷径，老师传授的是经验证的真理；是老师长期学习和教学实践的精华。我制定的听课方法包括以下几点：

① 做好课前准备，即预习。精神上的准备十分重要，保持课内精力旺盛，头脑清醒，以及对探求知识的极大兴趣，是学好知识的前提条件。

② 集中注意力。思想开小差会分心等一切都要靠理智强

制自己专心听讲，靠意志来排除干扰。

③ 认真观察、积极思考。不要做一个被动的信息接受者，作老师的合作者，学习的参与者，要充分调动自己的积极性，紧跟老师讲课的思路，对老师的讲解积极思考。结论由自己的观察分析和推理而得，会比先听现成结论的学习效果好。④ 在听取公式定理的同时充分理解、掌握老师的解题方法，学习思路。

⑤ 抓住老师讲课的重点。即不能忽视老师讲课的开头和结尾，开头，往往寥寥数语．但却是全堂讲课的纲。只要抓住这个纲去听课，下面的内容才会眉目清楚。结尾的话虽也不多，但却是对一节课精要的提炼和复习提示。同时还要注意老师反复强调的部分。

⑥做好课堂笔记。笔记记忆法，是强化记忆的最佳方法之

一。笔记，一份永恒的笔录，可以克服大脑记忆方面的限制。俗语说，好记心不如烂笔头，因此为了充分理解和消化，我必须记笔记。同时做笔记充分调动耳、眼、手、脑等器官协同工作可帮助学习。有选择的记笔记，记录经典例题。⑦注意和老师的交流，听课要与老师有目光的交流，提问式交流，都可以促进学习。

3、作业

作业是提高思维能力，复习掌握知识，提高解题速度的途径。通过审题，分析问题，解决问题可以达到巩固检验自

己的目的。完成作业时，一定要做到独立完成，去形成自己的一个独立的思维习惯。

4、复习

及时复习的优点在于可加深和巩固对学习内容的理解。根据遗忘曲线，识记后的两三天，遗忘速度最快，然后逐渐缓慢下来。学过即习，方为及时。俗话说“温故而知新”，就是说，复习过去的知识能得到很多新的收获。这个“新”主要指的是知识达到了系统化的水平，达到了融会贯通的新水平。我计划的复习要求是一下几点：

（1）课后回忆，即在听课基础上把所学内容回忆一遍。

（2）精读教材。对教材理解的越透，掌握得越牢，效率也就自然提高了。

（3）整理笔记。对课堂笔记及时的完善，勾画出疑点，寻求同学老师的帮助。

（4）看参考书。增加知识的深度和广度。提高应考能力。

新学期、新形象、新计划、新目标、新要求、新规矩、新起点……总之，一切全都是新的，一切都和往日不同。在开学之际，我也要给自己定一个开学新计划，自己可以以此为目标，争取更上一层楼。

As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and cant see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi. My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. People who lived in Xiamen are able to visit Xiapu or Wu Yi mountain, these tourist attractions are in Fujian province,which is suit a short tirp. but Id like to stay at home for my decorate painting. I decide to draw two canvases about Christmas, its really a big project. Then Ill hang them on the new house wall. I must start it now, or I cant finish them before Christmas eve. But I preceive its a little difficult to draw them in such a hot season. ​

作为一个中国人，我对端午节有点了解真是惭愧。也许我出生在北方城市，虽然我的城市在附近的海，它已经建立了一个U端口，我只能看到货船和无法看到席卷大海。所以我从出生起就再也没有见过龙舟比赛。所以端午节只是吃粽子的节日。当我还是个孩子的时候，我妈妈就做了粽子。因为没有超市，我们不能从市场上买到成品。然而，现在，我们可以买任何东西在超市，所以我的母亲没有让他们了。端午节开始淡出我的脑海。

在现实中，年轻人开始有了庆祝外国节日，如圣诞节、情人节、四月愚人节，也有些人庆祝复活节教堂。谈端午节，它同国外的一些传统节日，如巫婆的一天在捷克。人们焚烧巫婆木偶以迎接春天。有些人愿意庆祝外国节日，因为他们喜欢异族文化。反之亦然，外国人喜欢中国也关注中国传统文化。

经过新的假期规定，端午节期间我们有三个假期。所以很多人会选择这次旅行。住在厦门的人们都能够访问霞浦或吴仪山，这些旅游景点都在福建省，这是适合短期旅行。但我想呆在家里做我的装饰画。我决定画关于圣诞节的两画布，它真是一个大项目。然后我把它们挂在新房子的墙上。我必须现在开始，否则我不能在圣诞节前夕完成它们。但我认为其借鉴他们在这样一个炎热的季节，有点困难。
