4、帮助孩子合理安排休息。住宿生回家仅有两天的时间，要让孩子得到充分的休息，以缓解紧张的学习气氛带来的压力。因为只有在家，他们才会有真正的放松。

5、给孩子安静读书的环境。家中的每一成员，都尽量不去打扰他，电视机也不要开得声太大。另外家长要尽量不带客人回家，因为考生在这段时间非常敏感，客人不经意的一句话，也许就会对孩子的情绪造成不利的影响。顺便也提醒大家，高考前，尽量不要到有考生的家庭去串门。

6、注意孩子的饮食。可以给孩子做点好吃的，但不要让他们吃生冷东西和过于油腻的东西，不要让他们暴饮暴食。

二、高考期间家长应做的：

1.不要到学校看孩子。如有特殊情况请与班主任联系解决，您的打扰只会让孩子分心，影响孩子的复习与考试，您过多的关注只会给孩子造成不必要的压力，影响他的情绪。

2．不要给孩子送零食。我校在高考期间会对学生饮食进行统一调配，保证让考生吃饱吃好，再吃零食不仅没有必要，还可能造成不必要的麻烦。

3.不要给孩子过早谈志愿。考前及考试这段时间，最好不要与考生谈论填报哪所学校哪个专业，而应该鼓励他们踏踏实实地复习，认认真真地应考。只有高考多考分，志愿才好填，才可以考上自己理想的大学。
