那时我才6岁，那年的暑假一开始，老妈就给我报了一个“暑假游泳培训班”。我非常高兴，心想：马上就可以学游泳了!可是刚到游泳馆，看到那深深的水池，我却害怕得双腿发抖。虽然老妈和教练一直在鼓励我，可是我还是不敢下水，而且还差点哭了!在同学们怀疑的目光中，老妈只好对我说：“胡泰源，你不是说你很喜欢游泳的吗，怎么?难道还没下水就要放弃了?”我只好无奈地跳下泳池。没想到的是，我一下水，就抢了好几口水。呛水的滋味可真难受啊——鼻子发酸、喉咙堵得发慌。我痛苦的只想打退堂鼓了!但是我看到的却是老妈严厉的目光。老妈又说：“做什么事情都不能半途而废!这道理你已经清楚了!”于是我只好忍受着呛水的痛苦，跟着大家一次又一次地将头埋入水中，和教练苦练游泳的基本功······

第一节课终于结束了。由于我表现突出，老师让我当了小班班长，我心里乐开了花。

在接下来的十五天里，经过我的努力刻苦的学习，我成了班上游泳最好的一个。老师和同学都夸奖我。我开心极了。

之后的日子里妈妈常带我去游泳。我发现游泳的花样很多，有蛙泳、有自由泳、有蝶泳、有仰泳、还有花样游泳。我只学了其中的蛙泳，但和其他的人交流中，我自学会了自由泳泳，蝶泳也会了一点点。虽然这不是专业的蝶泳和自由泳，但我很快乐，因为我发现自己的学习能力挺强的。尤其在游泳方面很有天分。

因为我有这种游泳的天赋，所以我的游泳技术越来越厉害了，我也更喜欢游泳了。

Every time when summer comes, I am so looking forward to summer vacation, because I can make many plans in the long vacation. Last summer, I spent a month to stay with my uncle and his family.

They live in the north. When I got there, I found the weather there was not that hot and I liked the coolness. In the daytime, my cousin and I played on the beach, because we lived near the beach. In July 2007, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because Im capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

And in August 2007,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, Id like to find a job which is more challenging. Fish is my favorite food. I don’t know why I like to eat it. I just feel the smell of fish is very delicious. Maybe is heredity, as my father and grandma also like it. 我有一只猫，名叫咪咪。它的毛像雪一样白，我经常和它一起玩。它使我很开心，我也把它当小朋友一样对待。每天早上，我去上学之前都会跟它说再见，它也人向我晃晃前爪。它给我带来了很多快乐。但是，养猫是要花费时间和金钱的。我父母和我花费很多时间照看它，喂它饭，给它洗澡。我们得经常打扫房间，否则，猫就会把屋子弄得又脏又难闻。

My favourite cartoon movie is Kung Fu Panda.

Kung Fu Panda is the lastest project from Dreamworks. It’s a CG-animated comedy about a lazy, irreverent slacker panda named Po Po (Voiced by Jack Black), who must somehow become a Kung Fu Master in order to save the Valley of Peace from a villainous snow leopard, Tai Lung. Prophecy said that Po is the “Chosen One” to save the day. But he appears to be the laziest of all the animals in ancient China. A group of martial arts masters are going to need a black belt in patience if they are going to turn this slacker panda into a kung fu fighter before it’s too late.I like the movie because it is very interesting and funny.The monkey is voiced by Jackey Chan who is my favourite star!

I love movies so much that I spend most of my spare time on watching them. Particularly, its useful to improve my English learning with the aid of foreign movies. Among so many films I have seen, the one I like best is High School Musical. It tells the stories about two high school juniors from rival cliques – Troy Bolton, captain of the basketball team, and Gabriella Montez, a beautiful and shy transfer student who is a hard working girl. As the hero and heroine, they try out for the leading parts in their high school musical. In this process, a series of affairs happened, but in the end, the musical performance achieves great success and the teenage couple----Troy and Gabriella fall in love with each other. It’s totally a happy ending. I like this movie because it shows the colorful and amazing high school life, which fascinates me so much. Besides, everyone loves happy ending of love story.

我喜欢电影，平时有时间的时候我一般都是看电影。特别是借助看外国电影有利于促进我的英语学习。在我所看过的电影中，我最喜欢的是《歌舞青春》。这部电影讲述了两个高中生的故事——学校篮球队的队长Troy Bolton和性格害羞、长相甜美、成绩优异的新生Gabriella Montez，这两位男女主人公一起为主演学校的音乐剧而努力不懈。在这个过程中，发生了一系列事件，而最终，音乐剧获得了成功，他们之间也碰撞出了爱的火花，完美落幕。我喜欢这部电影是因为电影中展现的高中生活丰富多彩、奇妙无比，让我十分着迷。再者，有谁不喜欢爱情故事的大圆满结局呢。

我喜欢的运动有非常非常的多，例如：打羽毛球、躲避球、打棒球、跑步和篮球等等。

我最喜欢的运动是篮球，因为我们家旁边就有篮球框，每次我跟同学玩的时候，大家都说我很强，因为我和哥哥几乎天天都在练习篮球。

我第二喜欢的是躲避球，每次都一直说服老师上躲避球课，躲避球运动让我玩得健康又快乐，当然我也是箇中强手。

还有我也很喜欢跑步，这个星期班上举行比赛，我们比两场，结果一场输一场赢，我们第一场会输是因为我们没有全力以赴的跑，才会造成我们输，第二场记取了教训，也有了经验下，所以我们奋力的向前跑，如果晚了一秒，我们这一对两场都会输。

我觉得我们要多多运动，大家才会有健康的身体，也活得健康。

早上醒来，到了做运动的时间啦，这个暑假体重增加了不少，肚子上还多了一个游泳圈，应该减减了。所以爸妈要求我每天早上锻炼身体。为了提高我的积极性，爸妈也陪我一起去。“哎呦喂——”我极不情愿地伸了伸懒腰。

我们跑步到了南城文化广场。

先做仰卧起坐。做好一切准备，双手抱头，深吸一口气。“哎呀哎呀，加把劲呀，嘿呀...”我自己给自己鼓劲，刚开始体力还行，轻轻松松搞定十个，还有二十个，我用舌头润滑了一下嘴唇。一鼓作气，“呀——”我使出我全身的力气“十一、十二…二~~九、三~~十。”最后我连数数的力气都没了。还好完成了今天的任务。哎，做俯卧撑去。

我和爸爸都爬到旁边的草地上，我们两个把双手撑在草地上。刚才的仰卧起坐搞得我全身力气都没了。费了九牛二虎之力，终于做完了二十个，累得我气喘吁吁。

半个小时之后，我已经累得满头大汗，又上气不接下气的跑了回家。

看来我的力气还是不够呀。以后得多多锻炼喽。

我最喜欢的球类运动是打篮球，我从四年级就开始打篮球了，一开始我们只是找个小场地玩求职到五年级时有了篮球设那时我们只是有兴趣才加入的，之后在教练的教导下慢慢了解它的规则，才开始爱上打篮球。五年级的下学期有一场比赛，那是我们的第一是参赛，所以每天只要一有时间，不管是早自习或是午休的时间，都看得到大家努力练习的身影。

五年级时大家都还是很热爱篮球，一听到又会有一场比赛大家都很兴奋，又可以继续打篮球了，因为有了前次出去比赛的经验，所以这次才能比较这么紧张，这次的比赛只有我们自己上场，这次比赛的成绩我们打得还不错赢一场输一场。

等到我们毕业后就要换四五年级的学弟和学妹出去为学校出去比赛，为校争光了，希望他们也会有不错的成绩。

在过几个月我们就要和篮球说再见了，因为我们要准备毕业考和准备毕业典礼等一些事情，所以必须暂时跟篮球告别，希望等我们上了初中我们还可以继续打篮球为学校出去比赛，跟好朋友一起练习，说不定长大以后还可以去比赛争光。
