My Favourite Season

How is everything? I’m glad to tell you something about my favourite season——spring.

Spring comes to Canada in March. The weather is warm and sunny. People feel comfortable. But sometimes the temperature can be as low as -15℃ and it even snows. We won’t see flowers until May or June! 现在时间长了,我的进步更左右脚交替地踢法.

我喜欢的活动是跳绳。

有一次我们上体育课，老师教我们学跳绳。我按照老师的要求，先拿起一根跳绳，开始做准备活动。准备活动做完以后，我双臂抡起跳绳，开始学跳。开始跳的时候，我老是跳不好，脚跟老是绊绳，跳不过去。我试了一次又一次，还是跳不过去，实在受不了了。这时候，我就看见旁边的同学，发现她却越跳越快，动作轻松自如。我有些纳闷，就问她：“你为什么跳得这么好呢?”“其实也没什么，只要你在抡绳的时候，眼睛注意看着跳绳什么时候落地，当它快要落地的时候你就用力跳，就可以跳过去了。”她边跳边说，为我做示范。我学着她的样子开始练习，跳了几次，最后果然也能够连续跳了起来。渐渐地我越跳越轻松，速度也快了许多。

我终于学会了跳绳，非常感谢我的同学，心里也非常高兴!
