运动在很多方面都对我们有好处。不用说，锻炼可以增强我们的体力。集体运动项目，比如篮球、排球或者足球，我们都会学到合作的重要性。参加运动，我们尽我们最大的努力去赢而且能够激发我们的竞争精神。经过一段精疲力尽的工作后，运动可以使我们放松。然而，常言道，什么事情都有两方面，运动也是不例外的。在参加体育活动时，我们可能会伤害到别的运动员或者我们自己，如果我们不足够小心的话。此外，过度的或过严的训练都可能对我们的健康有害。

我在体育运动方面的参与经验告诉我们运动可以让我们身心健康。也是让大家互相认识的好方式而且还能促进友谊。所以，只要我们足够小心，运动是百无一害的。

As everyone knows,English is very important today.It has been used everywhere in the world.It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. If we can speak English well,we will have more chance to succeed.Because more and more people have taken notice of it,the number of the people who go to learn English has increased at a high speed.

But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.When I speak English, I can feel the confident from my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese…

I love English,it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can travel around the world one day. With my good English, I can make friends with many people from different contries.I can see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go to London,because it is the birth place of English.

I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the English spoken people,I hope that they can love our country like us.

I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study, one day I can speak English very well.

If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. So I believe as I love English everyday , it will love me too.

I am sure that I will realize my dream one day!

但是对我而言，我学英语不仅仅因为它的重要性以及它的实用性，更是因为我喜爱英语。当我学英语时，我可以体会到一种不同的思维方式，它可以给我更多接触世界的空间。当我读英语小说时，我能感受到不同于阅读翻译文的快乐。当我说英语时，我可以感到自信。当我写英语时，我能够感到不同于汉语的那种美……

我爱英语，它给了我一个色彩斑斓的梦。我希望有朝一日我可以畅游世界，用我流利的英语，我可以和世界各地的人交友。我能看到许多的名胜。我希望我能够到伦敦去，因为那里是英语的故乡。

我也希望用我流利的英语来将我们的名胜介绍给说英语的朋友，我希望他们可以像我们一样的爱我们的国家。

我知道，罗马不是一天筑成的。(成功需要日积月累。)我相信在持续不断的努力学习下，总有一天我可以拥有一口流利的英语。

如果你想被爱，你就应该学着去爱他人。所以我相信我对英语的爱定将换来它对我的爱。

“我运动，我快乐，我是阳光好少年！”只听一阵阵口号声从学校传出，你一定很奇怪我们在做什么吧！告诉你吧！我们练习1000米长跑。

今天大课间，我们练习了长跑，起初同学们都觉得跑1000米一定会累得喘不过气来。但没想到的是带头领跑的竟然是五年级的同学，他们跑起来就像蜗牛一样，很慢很慢，光用走的就可以超过他们。钱老师看见了，连忙纠正我们：“同学们虽然前面的同学跑的很慢，但我们一定要跑起来，这样才能起到作用。来，一起喊口号：“我运动，我快乐，我是阳光好少年！我跑步，我锻炼，强身健体素质高！run，run，go，go，go!run，run，go，go，go!”我们听了也跟着老师喊了起来，转眼间，这响亮的口号声彻了校园……

“叮铃铃，叮铃铃!”随着这清脆的铃声，大课间结束了。我们满头大汗地回到了教室。钱老师布置我们写一篇关于这次长跑的作文，我们开心地答应了。在老师一声令下，整个教室里只听得见铅笔在纸上“沙沙沙沙”作响，同学们都沉浸在写作的乐趣之中……

上一年级时，我在爸爸的影响下开始喜欢打篮球，到了夏天，天天下午爸爸就和大哥哥们打篮球，我看得津津有味。所以，一直到现在，我都十分喜欢这项运动。

通过查资料，我了解到篮球是詹姆斯。奈史密斯所创。他是一个学校的体育练习师，在他们那个地方，冬天十一月就开始下雪。所以就停止了室外运动，学员们无精打采，校长让詹姆斯。奈史密斯像一个可以让学生们有精神的体育运动，该校所在地是一个生产桃子的地方，工人们运输桃子用了投掷这样的方法，詹姆斯。奈史密斯看了以后，有所启发，他以装水密桃的篮子钉在室内运动场两端，二楼凸出悬空的走廊外缘，由于悬廊有十尺高，因此决定梨桶就订在十尺高的地方。再以美式足球、欧式足球与冰上曲棍球的规则，拟定了游戏规则共十三条。此时就在圣诞节假期前夕，也就是篮球运动是在一八九一年圣诞节假期前夕发明的。

这就是篮球的起源，打篮球也有很多好处，可以健身，可以增强体质，假如感冒了，打一会篮球一出汗，病就好了，还可以增强团队团结的精神。

我喜欢打篮球，每当我心情不好时，我就打一会儿篮球，把火气开释出来，心情就好多了。总之，篮球的作用很大，我爱篮球!

我天生就缺少体育细胞。体育课时，常常是一个人在跑道上艰难移动，却看着别人绝尘而去。虽说我与体育基本无缘，但自行车却是我生活中必不可少的一环。

对自行车的喜爱要追溯到童年时那无忧无虑的时光了。

小时候，外公经常骑着他那辆高大的黑色自行车带着我到处游玩。四月的风已褪去料峭，带着风信子淡淡地微香拂面而来。我晃荡着小脚，顽皮的掠过一片片开的烂漫的油菜花，听着车铃欢快的响声。那辆破旧的自行车曾带给我多少快乐，以至于现在当我独自骑车时，似乎还能闻到淡淡的花香，似乎还能看到金灿灿的油菜花地，似乎还能听见欢快的铃响。

于是，我就这样喜欢上了这项体育运动。不是为了参与体育竞技，也不是为了感受飚车的一份风驰电掣，骑自行车只是我生活中的调剂与放松。

每当我学习颇感疲劳时，妈妈便会推出我的自行车，为我擦拭一新。我带着郊游的好心情便漫无目的的出发了。穿过一排排琳琅满目的店铺，驶过一条条大大小小的马路，所有难题与烦恼便暂时抛到了脑后。有时，一份任未消失的童心让我故意骑着车从公园山坡顶端的石子路开始俯冲，尽管有摔成栽倒葱的危险，但我仍是乐此不疲。

广州亚运会已隆重召开，我作为自行车运动的小小爱好者之一也衷心的希望祖国运动员能收获成功。

不知大家知不知道，我有一个非常突出的特点：那就是爱好运动，我最喜欢的项目就是跑步。

我还记得一年级运动会选跑步运动员的时候，那时我信心十足地来到操场，发现我要和三个班上跑步很快的人比。成绩出来了，我得了第二名。可是公布参选名单时，我却楞住了，因为名单中并没有我。我的心里不仅装着疑惑，还装着失望、伤心和愤怒。于是我下定决心，下一次运动会我一定要入选。

从那以后，我只要一写完作业，就会到院子里一圈一圈地跑步。有一次，天气很热，太阳火辣辣地烤着地面，我满身大汗，头发都被太阳烤得热热的。我想放弃明天再跑，可是我又突然想起他们三个被选上时的那种高兴的表情，心想：“不，我不能放弃，我一定要超过他们。”于是我又继续跑了起来。

三年级选跑步选手的日子总算来了。我胸有成竹地来到操场上，这次还是那三个人和我比。哨声一响，我们像箭一样地冲了出去。这次我把蔡文涛甩在了后面，虽然我这次没能超过赵梓锐，但终究还是入选了。

这时我想起了一句古话：“一分耕耘，一分收获"。我的这次成绩是用汗水换来的。

The four seasons are all my favourite,but I only show my special partiality for spring; that is because spring signifies more than the other three.

First of all,spring is the beginning of the year,in which,as the saying goes,the whole years work depends on a good start.Spring is very much in the air and all living things are revived in,so we can observe them growing up from this season.

Secondly,the word spring in English also means an elastic device,which regains its original shape after being compressed.That is to say,when spring comes,it can make us renew the heart and mind.

All in all,spring likes the source of a river and it is our lifespring.

一年四季都是我所喜欢的,但是唯有春季才让我情有独钟,这是它因为比其他季节含义更广,

首先,春天是一年之始,常言道一年之计在于春.春意盎然,万物复苏,因此可以从春季开始看到万物的成长过程.

其次,英语的spring 还有弹性设置之意,受挤压后仍能恢复原来的位置.这就是说,春天来临之际,它可以使我们的精神面貌焕然一新.

总而言之,春天像江河的源头,它是我们生命的源泉.
