When autumn comes, I feel so excited, because the sports meeting comes. I like sports so much. When I was very small, my father took me to watch the basketball match, in the long time, sports have become part of my life. Though high school life is very busy and I have to learn so many subjects, I still keep taking exercise everyday. Sports meeting time is my favorite time in the semester. 我最喜欢的球类运动是打篮球，我从四年级就开始打篮球了，一开始我们只是找个小场地玩求职到五年级时有了篮球设那时我们只是有兴趣才加入的，之后在教练的教导下慢慢了解它的规则，才开始爱上打篮球。五年级的下学期有一场比赛，那是我们的第一是参赛，所以每天只要一有时间，不管是早自习或是午休的时间，都看得到大家努力练习的身影。

五年级时大家都还是很热爱篮球，一听到又会有一场比赛大家都很兴奋，又可以继续打篮球了，因为有了前次出去比赛的经验，所以这次才能比较这么紧张，这次的比赛只有我们自己上场，这次比赛的成绩我们打得还不错赢一场输一场。

等到我们毕业后就要换四五年级的学弟和学妹出去为学校出去比赛，为校争光了，希望他们也会有不错的成绩。

在过几个月我们就要和篮球说再见了，因为我们要准备毕业考和准备毕业典礼等一些事情，所以必须暂时跟篮球告别，希望等我们上了初中我们还可以继续打篮球为学校出去比赛，跟好朋友一起练习，说不定长大以后还可以去比赛争光。

而我呢，就更离谱了，学着妈妈向后倒的动作，竟然踩到“黄金”——狗屎！我尖叫了一声，软绵绵的一摊狗屎，踩在我新鞋的鞋底，“啊！是那个缺德家伙养得狗，也不好好管教一下！”，心里抱怨着，可怜着我刚穿了一次的鞋子，我甚至是想把那一陀“黄金”送给那个人。回去休息时，表弟笑我说：“哈哈，表姐，你上厕所不用纸巾呀，怎么有阵怪味的？”听着表弟那有点讽刺意味的话语，我奇怪的静了下来，跟着表弟那傻样，哈哈大笑起来，我的肚子笑得也快抽筋了，哈哈哈……

Summer老师上课有时也会“开火车”。当我们前进到“America”(美国)的地盘上时，我们发现美国的版图不像中国是一大块集中在一起，而是有许多小块分布在各个地方，“这到底是怎么回事呢？”“为什么美国的版图上会东一块西一块的呢？”“这真是太奇怪了！”我们在下面窃窃私语，老师为了解答我们的疑惑，开始扯起了美国的地理，然后又扯起了美国的历史、文化，直到她下意识地看了看墙上的时钟，才发现“火车”开得太远了，可她还好像讲得意犹未尽，我们也听得意犹未尽。就这样，在玩玩闹闹中，我们就学会了很多的单词，收获了一些有趣的小知识，最重要的是我们始终努力着并快乐着。

比赛开始了，虽然很快我就以5比9落后了，但我士气仍旺，几个球后就意外地发现：咦?高教练可能是之前示范教学已经满身大汗，加上刚才他与“一鹤”与“二蚌”(两个球技比较高的学员)争得太激烈，消耗了过半体力，有幸让我捡了个大便宜。这个重要发现令我兴奋不已，那颗焦躁不安的心平静了下来。于是，我抖擞精神，结合几年来从高教练那儿学来的技艺，认真应对每个球，再耍点小聪明，灵活地让那只“白鸟”忽左忽右忽前忽后。呵呵，果然不出我所料，高教练不是扣球失误就是接球移动来不及，在我的努力下比分打成15比15。

比分打平了，高教练开始“着急”起来，心急地使出了看家本领———旋转球，“白鸟”一前一后、一左一右，看得我头昏眼花，简直难以招架，又连输3球。没想到，高教练突然发球“失手”，给了我一个高球，机会来了，我缓过神来，用球拍面猛力一击，球就如离弦的箭一般射到了高教练身后，而他却因“得意忘形”被我击了个“仰面朝天”;好不容易把球救过来，我又来了个“神龙摆尾”巧妙地吊了一球，害得高教练只得“狗爬式”接招，连连“失手”。场外的队员捧腹大笑，在一阵阵喝彩声中，我终于以21:19战胜了。

“哇，太好啦!我战胜高教练啦!”我高兴地在球场上又蹦又跳，尽情地享受这种从未有过的胜利喜悦。

“哎呀，你这只红袋鼠，这回让你当渔翁占了大便宜，下回定让你败下阵来!老庄，上，灭灭这个球技大增的嚣张小子。”高教练装作十分不服气的样子，搬救兵了!

“青出于蓝而胜于蓝哦!呵呵!”庄教练不经意地夸了我一句，乐得我一蹦三尺高，心中像盛开了一大朵甜甜的百合花儿……

虽然每次训练都很辛苦，但是能与伙伴们共同学习，分享快乐，并能得到教练的指导鼓励，我可开心了。谁都知道高教练是故意败给我的，但是我享受了比赛获胜的喜悦、信心大增，更喜爱打羽毛球这项体育运动了。

今天的天气有点阴沉，但我还是怀着激动的心情走进了校园。

一进校门，我就发现校园里多了好几面彩旗，彩旗随风飘扬，似乎在说："友谊第一，比赛第二。"校园里的同学们有的激动地看着四周，有的脸上挂着一丝灿烂的笑容，还有的高兴得合不拢嘴，好像想说："今天一定很有趣。"校园里播放着美妙的音乐，似乎也在为我们加油。

比赛马上就要开始了，选手们的心跳都加速了。观看的同学们一个个也都非常紧张，有的使劲抓紧了小拳头，似乎在说："加油啊！"；有的拿起"小巴掌"为集体加油助威；还有的眼睛睁得圆圆的，像颗黑葡萄，嘴巴张得大大的，像含着一块糖。只听裁判"啪"的一声枪响，我"嗖"的一声跑了出去，使劲地摆动着手臂，把棒传给了下一个同学，下一个同学一马当先的跑了出去，最精彩的是我们班的最后一棒的同学，当前一个同学把棒传给他时，他如同脱僵的野马一样向前冲去。其它同学也你追我赶，互不相让。

比赛结束了，最终我们班获得了接力赛第一名的好成绩。同学们高兴得欢呼雀跃，有的哈哈大笑，有的捂着嘴偷偷地笑，还有一个同学激动得都从桌子上掉了下来。

我喜欢运动会，因为它让我懂得了：生命在于运动；友谊第一、比赛第二；坚持就是胜利。

There are many advantages to ride the bicycle. In the first place, riding bicycle makes me feel independent. I can go anywhere by bicycle. Especially during rush hours, I can still move freely. Secondly, using a bicycle is good for environment protection, because it wont emit any waste gas. Moreover, bicycle riding is also a good sport. 我喜欢的体育项目有很多，比如打羽毛球，跳绳，打乒乓球等。但我最喜欢的是溜冰。但是刚开始学溜冰的时候我可是吃了不少的苦头呢!

去年寒假里的一天，闲来无事的我和妈妈来到我们家附近溜冰场。嗬，这儿还真热闹!二十来个平方的溜冰场上已挤了不少人，都是小孩儿，大人们则趴在围栏边观望，还一边指点着场内。

我可是第一次溜冰，既兴奋，又紧张，穿好溜冰鞋，紧抓着栏杆，就是不敢放。妈妈开口了：“咋啦?害怕啦?”

“怕?我的字典里可没这个字!”于是我松开了栏杆，却不料一个重心不稳，左脚向旁边一滑，眼看就得四脚朝天。幸亏我平时有练跳舞，习惯地往下一蹲身体，重心平稳了，避免了屁股“亲吻”大地。

吃了这“一堑”，我可不敢再大意了，毕竟摔在那硬邦邦的水泥地上的滋味可不好受。我扶着栏杆小心翼翼地移动双脚，吃力地、艰难地前进着，耳边不时传来“啪哧”、“哎哟”的声音，吓得我连眼睛都不敢睁开看。

可老天真不长眼，我已经这么谨慎了，它还不放过我。就在我借着双手支撑着栏杆的力量滑行时，前面不远处的一位正“耍帅”地用单脚转着滑的家伙不知怎么地倒了下来，用背在地上“哧”地一声，就到了我的脚下。我吃惊地睁大眼睛，还来不及闭上，就重重地摔倒在地，“哎哟”声还没出口，“啪哧”、“啪哧”声就不绝于耳。回头一看，真“精彩”??居然倒了“一条龙”。这下可热闹了，场内“哎哟”声连成一片不够，场外还有哈哈大笑声来“伴奏”我这一摔可真不轻，别人都歪歪扭扭地爬了起来继续溜冰，我却好半天没能动，还是妈妈帮我站了起来，脚却动不了了，屁股也似裂了几瓣。

经过了反复的练习，现在我的溜冰技术可使炉火纯青了呢!我喜欢溜冰，因为溜冰让我找到了自信;体会到了快乐;更让我锻炼了身体。
