Last week, I took part in an English speech contest which was held by our teachers. There were twelve students in the final contest. I was one of them.

Fifteen minutes before my turn, I picked my topic and prepared for it. I wrote down the outlines and organized what I was going to say. However, when I stood in front of all judges and students, I was extremely nervous. My mind was totally empty.

Then I took a deep breath to relax myself and started my speech. The result was not as good as I expected, but I preferred to regard it as a challenge to myself, whose process was the most important for me. I can learn a lot from this contest. I am sure I will be better next time.

他说的很有道理，我们每个人都心怀伟大时志向，时刻准备去干一番能造福全人类的大事业。比如，我们痛恨环境污染，所以我们下定决心去开发新的更高效更干净的能源来保护我们的环境，但是同时我们却随手乱扔垃圾;我们抱怨大城市的交通堵塞，计划造更多的高速路来解决交通问题，但是我们从来没有想过，如果我们能遵守交通规则话，那么这一问题是不是可以得到很大得缓解呢?我们担心电视电影里面得暴力会对我们得孩子产生不良的影响，于是我们敦促政府通过立法来保护未成年人，但是我们这些大人又做得怎么样呢?我们为我们的下一代做好了表率吗?我们说粗话，甚至在孩子面前抽烟。不客气地说，我们对孩子的不良影响更多!

在我看来，在我们打算改变这个世界之前，我们最好先改变一下自己。作为一个普通人，我们其实没有改变这个世界的能力，但是我可以改变我们随地扔垃圾，随地吐痰的坏习惯， 我们应该学会去保护环境，我们应该为我们的孩子起好的表率作用。

如果我们每个人都能从小事起，那么千千万万个人力量汇聚在一起，那力量是强大的，足以改变这个世界。

朋友，当您在做某一件事情的时候，请您想一想，您的行为会对您周围的人产生怎样的影响， 因为，您的行为不单单影响到您自己，还有您周围的人，更重要的是我们的孩子…甚至我们的世界。

Now i will introduce myself briefly

I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .

I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2007.

I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

In July 2007, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because Im capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

And in August 2007,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, Id like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

I think Im a good team player and Im a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.

精彩万分的征途

当我们步入青春时就应该知道此行的艰辛，我们的青春之旅中有一面迎风飘扬的战旗，有一顶遮风避雨的帐篷，有一场惊险万分的战争，在这场战争中笔是我们的武器，难题是我们的敌人，老师是我们的将军。当我们今天的努力构成美好的明天时，回望昨天的一切，我们的辛苦总算没有白费。带上自己的梦想征途，待凯旋那刻，忆起自己的青春岁月脸上露出欣慰的笑容，那时会发现原来我是如此的充实。我不要我的一生战死沙场，不要我的一生无所作为，也不要我的一生风调雨顺。人的一生是因努力而不留遗憾，是因拼搏而不曾后悔，是因追逐梦想而精彩。

积极向上的人生

我们走向成功离梦想更近一步的道路千千万万条，就看我们如何选择。我们的一生总是太多的选择，我们应该在选择中找到方向，在选择中积累经验，在选择中成就梦想。走向梦想的路要选择合适的梦和合适的目标。年轻的我们拥有青春的梦，小小的鱼儿不怕逆流的冲击迎难而上，辛苦都快乐，费力却高兴，逝去的落叶顺流而下，轻松却不曾拥有活力。鱼儿的奋斗带来的是无尽的收获。我知道梦想离我很远。但努力会拉近我们的距离，生活可以将我们折磨，但我选择永不言弃。拉近我与梦想的距离的方法就是努力与拼搏。

意义非凡的生命

梦想成就未来，构成青春，让我们充满希望与斗志，让我们不畏惧路途艰辛，不放弃自己的顽强不屈。或许我未能做到十全十美，也许我不能活到花甲之年，抑或我没有找到通向梦想的捷径，但我不后悔，因为我未曾浪费，未曾放弃……我不知道我还能活多久，也不知道还会经历些什么，不过我不幻想未来，我向往未来，憧憬明天只因我今天的充实。

青春的舞台有梦想的陪伴，美好的未来有今天的铺垫。我的梦想不知能否让青春飞扬，但我对于追梦的过程问心无愧，梦想——梦里都在想。
