有人说梦想是空想，是幻想，可我觉得梦想是敢想敢做，敢想敢拼，敢想敢闯。可能我们不是那么天赋异禀，也不是那么能力超群。但是只要我们有梦想，并且愿意为之付出坚持不懈的努力，那么再大的困难也阻挡补了我们成功的脚步。

我的心底一直以来就有一个梦想，就是拥有一个有价值的人生。也许有人认为这太宽泛了吧。但其实不然，一个人是否发挥出了自己的人生价值决定了他的人生轨迹是正是偏。如果每个人都将自己的人生价值发挥的淋漓尽致，那和平，繁荣的世界还远吗？

我很喜欢奥斯特洛夫斯基说的这几句话，人最宝贵的是生命，人的一生应该这么度过：回忆往事，他不会因虚度年华而悔恨，也不会因为卑鄙庸俗而羞愧；临终之际，他能够说：“我的整个生命和全部精力，都献给了世界上最壮丽的事业——-为解放全人类而斗争。”

这段话激励了无数有志青年区实现自己的人生价值，同样也给了我昂扬向上的力量。做一个有价值的人，无论是辛辛苦苦的环卫工人，还是兢兢业业的人民公仆；无论是身在寒风刺骨北方哨所的解放军，还是在繁忙有序办公室中的人民教师，都在用自己的心血和精力，为了祖国的发展和建设，奉献自己的人生价值。而我们，朝气蓬勃的新时代中学生，肩负着祖国的未来，我们要满装知识的背囊，一步一个脚印，坚定的向着远方走去。

风，无孔不入，所以它轻盈；水不断流动，因为它明澈；火，添薪加柴，所以它生生不熄。愿我们的心，如风，似水，像火，能够能够做到包容真诚热情地面对一切。

鸟儿因为有了梦想，能在天空和白云之间翱翔；鱼儿因为有了梦想，能在大海更深处漫游。梦想会催我前进，也许在实现梦想的道路中，会遇到无数的挫折和困难，但没关系，跌倒了自己爬起来，为自己的梦想而前进，直到实现。

每个人都有梦想，它是人人所向往的。没有梦想的人的人生将是空虚的，人生没有梦想就如飞机失去航标，船只失去灯塔，终将被社会所淘汰。但梦想总是随着思想的前进而改变的。碌碌无为是庸人所为，奋发图强是智者之举。

童年时，我有一个梦想，我希望我有钱。大人问：“小伙子，有了钱你要去干什么呢?”“我要去买泡泡糖”“如果你有很多钱呢?”“我会去买很多泡泡糖”“如果你有用不完的钱呢?”“我会把做泡泡糖的工厂买下来。”的确小时侯的我们，天真无邪，有着一颗善良的童心，幸福与快乐是一曲不变的乐章。

慢慢步入小学，中学……就越会觉得压力的存在。现在我有一个梦想。我希望每天都不要有很多的家庭作业要做。玩耍的时间一点点被剥夺，而我们一天中40%被禁锢在教室，很多时间在学习。但是面对学习，还是一种模糊的认识。俗话说“难得糊涂”，对事物的理解，也由封建主义发展到资本主义，越大就越觉得自己的观点是对的。

上初中的时候，我有一个梦想，我希望自己能成为一名尖子生;回到家能受到家人的表扬;在学校能受到老师们的肯定;在同学之间能有鹤立鸡群的表现。但是，渐渐的，我发现实现这个梦想并不能靠要耍耍孩子气。之后，我学会了奋斗。

忙忙碌碌一天加上晚自习后放学回家，真是又困又累，吃夜宵都没有味道。这样的日子很单调，也许有时候想念许多小学同学，有时候赶着上课还是一双朦胧的睡眼。讨厌死板的校服装，从不穿着它到处走。星期六、星期天的时间真很短，孩子脾气真想犯，慢慢懂了做人的辛苦和梦想真是太难，还好我会努力，看每一个人都在为了生活而起早赶晚，把握自己不再松散。

今天，我有一个梦想，我希望自己能考上一所中意的高中。我为着梦想，`每一天都苦苦寻找着充实自己的辅导书与练习卷，为着光明的未来而努力。

Different people have different dreams。 Some people dream of making a lot of money。 Some people dream of living a happy life。 Some people dream of being famous。 Some people dream of going abroad， and so on。 But my dream is different。 Maybe you will get a surprise after you know my dream。

Because doctor may let these experience personally the human which the indisposition suffers to get rid of the pain.

也许大家在心中都有一个梦，或大，或小。或很难实现，或实现起来很简单。或在别人看来轻而易举，或在别人看来异想天开……不管如何，有梦总是好的，没有梦想就如同一塘死水，毫无生机与活力。可是既然有了梦想，就不要再犹豫，坚持下来，把它当做目标，去努力，去奋斗，去追求成功。

人的一生或短……或长……或光彩，换暗淡。但是，我们的生命总会随着每天的日出日落，昼夜交替而流逝。我们的时间也在在不断做着减法，而永远永远也不回头。对于尝尝众生而言，人生往往会显得平凡。当我们登高俯瞰，常常会感到“会当绝凌顶一览众山小”，有说不出的自豪，又会感叹生命的渺小与脆弱。当我们徘徊在闹市，面对熙熙冉冉的人群，川流不息的车辆，常常会感叹生命的琐碎与平庸……可这样抱怨又有何用，与其如此，还不如抓住梦的尾巴，一路向前，一路不息，一路奋斗。不要让一步之遥的成功丢失，不要让要实现的梦想破碎。

只要心中有梦，就不要拍遥远。只要心中有力，就不怕一时的伤痛。只要心中有念，灵魂就会永世长存。

同学们，开始奋斗吧，拼搏吧，为梦想打出一条路吧！

Now i will introduce myself briefly

I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .

I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2007.

I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

In July 2007, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because Im capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

And in August 2007,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, Id like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

I think Im a good team player and Im a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.
