近日，一则500名主播遭欠薪的新闻引起网友的关注，网友表示原来主播也有欠薪的局面。事情是怎么一回事呢?据悉，在帮某直播平台直播近1个月后，西安约500名主播不仅没有拿到承诺的底薪，甚至无法登录账号兑换直播获赠的礼物。主播经纪人“讨薪”近1个月，至今仍没有任何进展。

这几年，网络直播很火爆，很多人都加入了网络直播，很多人甚至把在直播平台做主播当成了一种职业。不过，最近却有人在当主播的路上，掉进了“坑”里。

主播：直播1个月始终没有签协议

荷包蛋(网络昵称)是西安一所高校的在校大学生，也是一名直播主播。9月中旬，荷包蛋得到一份工作通知，“说是某平台招聘主播，每天工作2小时，一个月工作20天，完成40个小时后，就可以拿到底薪2000元，粉丝礼物可以和平台按照三七开分成，我们拿七成。”于是，荷包蛋将此消息通过微信发布，“一开始有100个人报名，后来坚持下来的有包括我在内的52个人。”就这样，荷包蛋第一次当了经纪人。

“以前在平台当主播，开播前经纪人都要收集个人信息，像身份证、银行卡这些要报上去，然后签订一份协议才会正式开播。”荷包蛋说，但这一次始终没有见到书面协议。9月21日正式注册开播后，中间也催过协议的事，可直到10月20日直播结束，她们始终没见到协议，连账号里的礼物也不能兑换或提现。而且直播期间被告知，每位主播需要完成相当于300元的礼物任务，很多人就要求朋友送，或者自己买让朋友送，结果现在都没了。

华商报记者下载了该APP，按照提示注册后看到，“我的收益”里星币数量即为主播收到的礼物，“300元能买9000个星币，我们有的主播收益都有10万多个了，换算下来就是3000多元钱，但是我们好多人根本登录不了账号，所以收益也无法兑换。”记者根据荷包蛋提供的大量账户信息试图查找主播，但却显示好多账户信息并不存在。

“如果要不到钱，估计以后都很难在这行干了，因为不会有人再信任你了。”过去的近一个月，荷包蛋一直在替她召集的51名直播主播“讨薪”，但并没有什么结果。

组织者：负责招募的经纪人失联

荷包蛋“讨薪”的对象是她的上级经纪人小雨。小雨也曾是一位直播主播，此次直播她是招聘主播西安区域的负责人，她召集了像荷包蛋一样的近10名经纪人，涉及直播主播的要求及其他事项，她会发进微信群，再让荷包蛋她们在各自的微信群里传达下去。

“9月份，重庆的朋友说要播平台要招募主播，底薪2000元，我觉得条件不错。”小雨说，她通过微信联系了招募事项的经纪人周某，周某称此次是为一家名为“克拉克”的经纪公司招募主播，小雨查询后，发现这个经纪公司情况与周某所说基本一致，法定代表人为朱某。

“要播app官方微博”上，11月8日和11月10日先后两次发布了《要播官方声明》，到了11月17日，记者再次浏览其官方微博，发现11月8日的微博已经删除。

声明中称，近日，霍尔果斯呜哩网络科技有限公司发现有多名声称在旗下移动互联网直播平台“要播”进行直播的主播未能如约取得相应底薪或服务费的信息，而此事实际上是要播平台长期合作机构天津一文化工作室于今年9月21日至10月20日期间招募主播在要播平台进行直播工作，随后工作室将合作项目转委托于自然人朱某负责，达成合作协议仅针对输送主播所产生的虚拟礼物收入进行分成结算，而朱某又将合作项目转委托给自然人周某、周某某等经纪人负责，周某、周某某等人又将合作项目转委托给某微信用户微信号等主播组织者负责，但部分主播并未与朱某、周某、周某某等经纪人以及微信用户等主播组织者签订任何书面协议。

声明中称，朱某、周某、周某某等经纪人、微信用户等主播组织者在未取得书面许可及充分授权的情况下，对外明示或暗示承诺的“2000元底薪”系其个人行为，相关后果与要播平台无关。工作室已于11月2日向朱某支付主播服务费等全部款项25万余元，并附上相关合作协议、朱某的个人声明及收款证明等照片。

而在小雨提供的一份个人声明中，周某称已于11月4日收到西藏克拉克文化传媒有限公司法人代表朱某的汇款，事由为在要播平台组织的9月21日至10月20日直播主播的费用，并声明因为主播已产生或可能产生的纠纷负全部责任，与“克拉克”公司与要播直播平台无关。
