抵制露天烧烤，减少油烟排放，不焚烧垃圾、秸秆、树叶、杂草，不燃放烟花爆竹;推广使用清洁能源，抵制劣质散煤，尤其是实现“气代煤”“电代煤”的区域，严禁使用散煤，县城内散煤“清零”。

六、加强宣传，勇于监督
