法定假日以外的休息天加班，单位首先应安排补休，否则须支付两倍的日工资基数。此外，对于经过劳动保障部门批准，可以在明确工作量的前提下自主安排工作、休息时间的“不定时工作制”岗位，用人单位可以不支付加班工资。春节长假即将到来，如果劳动者选择坚守岗位，加班工资该怎么算?

2015年春节拼假攻略

第一种，就是把前面的上班日，2月的15号，16号，17号，请假，这样你的假期就会是2月的15号一直到2月的24号，再包括前面的一个周六14号，总共是10天。

上面是第一种春节的拼假，但是，你也可以用下面的方法，不用请15号，16，17号，可以请后面的25，26，27号三天，这样，和春节的放假合起来，就是10天假。当然，如果你再任性一下，可以连着把28号，周日也请了，就是11天假。

第三种：合理利用年假。在5天年假的“帮忙”下，加上请4天假，就可以轻松实现18天连休。
