一、转换思维，确立英语在各学科中的重要地位

首先老师必须帮助学生确立这样的观点：英语是主课，不是豆芽课。在小学阶段，不论是老师，学生，还是家长，可能都看重语文，数学的学习。在小学的英语教学中，老师主要是以游戏为主，关键是学校和教育部门对英语的评估不如语文数学那样重视。所以学生普遍认为语文，数学很重要，英语是豆芽课，学英语就跟玩似的。到了中学，仍然主攻语数、理化，依然把英语当副科。一个学生亲口跟我说：我一直都以为初中英语跟小学一样，是豆芽课。我心痛不已。在入学之初，班主任和英语老师都应反复强调英语这一学科的重要性，让学生引起重视，才能为以后认真学习作好心理准备。

很多初一新生按字母顺序背单词，有些老师也确实这么教的，比如自行车，bike,老师就领着学生念：B-I-K-E，bike。学生自然就学会了这样背单词，即使后来老师介绍了更科学的方法，学生却难改已经养成的习惯，这种方法就一直用到初三，乃至更高的年级。

初一单词量不算很多，本身课程比较轻松，有足够的时间，还能应付。到了高年级，单词量增加，课业加重。学生再也顾不上单词了，即使花了很多时间，单词还是记不住，这就影响了听说，阅读。成绩下降，兴趣降低，学习跟不上了，最终只好放弃学习英语。

老师应在学生开始学英语时就教学生科学背单词的方法，避免学生走弯路。我在了解了马承老师字母，音素，音标的三位一体教学法后，就教学生根据音标背单词。当对字母，音标熟悉到一定程度，只要会说那个单词，就基本上会拼写这个单词。看着生词也能准确的读出来，学生不必花大量时间在单词上。

老师还可以利用学生小学语文课上学的拼音，把汉语拼音和字母，音标建立适当的联系，有利于学生快速记住英语音标的读法和写法，能更快入门。

另外，有些学生一背单词，就翻到书后面的单词表，逐个记忆。其实这种单纯记忆单词是很容易遗忘的。我们老师应该引导学生多读课文，在课文中背单词。这样记下来的单词才能活用，也有利于培养学生的语感。

三、明确中英文化差异

任何一个民族都有其独特的文化和思维方式以及语言的构成方式。西方人的思维、习惯是有别于咱们中国人的，英语语言也是有别于汉语的。英语老师都明白这一点。但老师却没重视这种差异给学生学习带来的困惑。没有及时告诉学生这些差异，这就容易导致学生用中国人的思维方式去理解英语中的一些现象，而且百思不得其解。

我认为初一新生一入学就该明白这一点，学会接纳认同其他民族的文化，了解他们的思维方式，树立文化差异意识，避免用汉语套英语，用汉语的顺序说英语句子，用中国人的习惯去衡量西方人，造成很多考试中的失误和面对西方人时的尴尬。

习惯成自然。老师让学生一开始就养成大声阅读的习惯，并随时观察，发现学生有读不出的时候要想办法。我曾在班上给学生讲李阳老师拿着喇叭带领一群人在长城上喊英语的故事，我也带领学生在早上喊读英语，经过几次练习，也颇有成效。

同时我在课堂上也要求学生大声说英语。一个有趣的活动是让教室里相隔甚远的两个同学随意问答，这也可以改变学生因害羞，害怕而不大声说英语的状况。

我一到银行,冰了。这一切是多么的可怕!即使过去了很久,我仍然可以感觉到恐惧。从那时起,我不再喜欢滑冰了。

Nowadays, most people, especially those who live in the country, want to

move to the city. But is the city life perfect? Every coin has two sides.

现在很多人，特别是那些生活在农村的人，都想去都市生活。但是，都市生活真的很好吗?每面硬币都有两面，每件事都有利有弊。

Its true that things seem to be more convenient in some ways such as

finding jobs, transportation service, etc. Also places for relaxing like parks

and hotels are attractive.

事实上，有些事似乎(因为在城市生活而)变得更方便，比如找工作、交通运输服务等等。有些供人放松的地方也非常吸引人，比如公园和旅馆。

But we have to say something bad, too. The environment is awful because the

population is too large and too much rubbish make the air unfresh.We have to pay

lots of money on our life including the bad things above!

但是，我们也必须说些弊端。因为众多的人口和大量的垃圾污染了空气，所以(城市)环境是很可怕的。我们必须花费非常多的钱在(改善)生活方面，其中便包括之前提到的那些不好的事。

In my opinion, we must take a correct attitude to it. No matter where we

are, we can creat our own sky if we try our best!

在我看来，我们必须采取正确的态度去面对都市生活。无论我们在哪儿，我们都可以尽自己所能，创造出一片属于自己的天空!

1、《在山那边》选自《长江文艺》，作者王家新。出版诗集：《纪念》、《游动悬崖》 这是一首现代诗，诗人运用象征手法，取象于群山和大海。用大海比喻理想，用群山比喻重重困难，用爬山比喻艰苦奋斗。告诉人们：奔向理想人生征途是漫长，但是，只要百折不挠地坚持奋斗，理想境界终将实现。

2、《走一步，再走一步》美国莫顿·亨特：作家，心理学家。代表作：《痛击》、《心理学故事》 本文记叙是“我”童年时一次“脱险”经历。文章却蕴含着一个哲理：在人生道路上，不管面对怎样艰难险阻，只要把大困难分解为小困难，一个一个地认真解决小困难，终将战胜巨大困难，赢得最后胜利。

3、《短文两篇》①《蝉》作者：小思 本名：卢玮銮，生于香港，有散文集《承教小记》、《路上谈》、《彤云笺》等 。 ②《贝壳》作者：席慕蓉，台湾著名诗人、散文家。代表作有：诗集《七里香》《时光九篇》散文集《有一首歌》《我家乡在高原上》等延续新诗温柔淡泊风格。

4、《紫藤萝瀑布》选自《铁箫人语》，是女作家宗璞一篇散文。原名冯钟璞，著名哲学家冯友兰之女。短篇小说：《红豆》、《桃园女儿嫁窝谷》、《不沉湖》、《后门》、《知音》等。中篇小说：《三生石》。长篇小说：《野葫芦引》。 这篇文章通过对一树盛开紫藤萝驻足观赏，使原先悲痛和焦虑化为宁静和喜悦。悟到“花和人都会遇到各种各样不幸，但是生命长河是无止境”。不能让昨天不幸把人压垮，每个人都应该像紫藤萝花朵一样，以饱满生命力，投身到生命长河中去，在闪光花河流上航行。

5、《童趣》沈复(1763年—1825)，字三白，号梅逸，清代文学家。著有《浮生六记》。本书文字清新真率，无雕琢藻饰痕迹，情节则伉俪情深，至死不复;始于欢乐，终于忧患，漂零他乡，悲切动人。《浮生六记》是沈复代表作，共六卷，每卷皆有标题，依次是《闺房记乐》《闲情记趣》《坎坷记愁》《浪游记快》《中山记历》《养生记道》。《浮生六记》中“闲情记趣”一章，本文主旨是写作者儿时“物外之趣”。

6、《理想》作者：流沙河，原名余勋坦。当代诗人.著有诗集：《流沙河诗集》、《故园别》、《游踪》等。 这首诗是一首现代哲理诗。从理想历史意义、人格意义和人生意义三个方面告诉人们：人生要有理想，只要树立理想，并为之不懈地奋斗，就会取得丰硕收获。

7、《短文两篇》① 《行道树》是由台湾女作家张晓风所作。中国作家之一。散文集：《地毯那一端》《愁乡石》《步下红毯之后》《你还没有爱过》《再生缘》《我在》《思想》及《从你美丽流域》。 这篇文章借行道树自白，抒写奉献者襟怀，赞美奉献者崇高精神，文中行道树形象就是无私奉献者形象。 ②《第一次真好》，由台湾女作家周素珊所作。著作有《故国梦重归》、《风雨故人来》、《寂寞黄昏后》、《心灯集》 文章表达作者感悟：生命中第一次愈多，生命也就愈益多姿多彩。当然，作者所说第一次，都是有益身心第一次。

8、《人生寓言》作者周国平。随感集《人与永恒》、《尼采与形而上学》、诗集《忧伤情欲》、《只有一个人生》、散文集《善良丰富高贵》、 其中《白兔和月亮》告诉人们：拥有巨大利益会勾起无穷得失之患。《落难王子》通过王子经历又告诉人们：厄运能使脆弱人变得坚强起来。

to me ,the most interesting subject is english.but i find studying english

is very difficult.so if you ask which subject is the most difficult to me.my

answer will be english.now i am a student,everyday i have more than one english

classes,i like studying it very much and i hope i can study it very well,so i

can talk with foreigners and know the foreign countries things,it is very

useful.
