Pressure seems to be a natural part in our daily life in this competitive

society. Like it or not there is always pressure of one kind or another. And it

seems there is hardly any way to avoid it or get rid of it. Moreover, as the

pace of modern life continues to quicken, pressure seems to be on the increase

all the time.

Different people have different ideas about pressure. Some hold that

pressure is something very vicious. If there is too much of it, it will lead to

the decline of ones physical and mental health. So they are always complaining

about it or trying to flee from it. They think, only relaxation, the opposite of

pressure, is what we should desire. On the other hand, others argue that

How to study English?

Study English,You do need to use English with speakers who are not teachers of English. This isnt easy, since everyone feels constrained speaking English with friends with whom it would be natural to use a shared mother tongue. Joining an English Club is a good idea and joining a club with an international membership (where English is in use at least some of the time) is, for many people, even better. I went to Hainan Island with my parents for a holidy and we stayed there

for a week. It took us only more than three hours to get to Haikou airport. We

enjoyed the warm sunshine and the softwind. We walked on the beach and picked up

the beautiful shells. We also sufed on the waves and it was really exciting. We

played ball games on the beach as well. I believed Hainan was really an

I also took part in it and became a part of the translating group. From this group, I first realized that my English was so poor. I needed to look up in the dictionary all the time.
