2)谈谈各自的缺点和不足，共同找出相应的解决方法;(与同一个办公室的小王和小邹相处了一段时间，大家互相也有了一定的了解，通过谈自己的缺点来更加清楚的认识自己，改正缺点弥补不足，共同进步。)

3)学习《基本营销礼仪》;(接人待物处处都是学问，与人的沟通除了语言的表达外，最重要的就是肢体语言即礼仪，为了能给客户留下较好的服务印象，顺利开展接下来的工作，基本的营销礼仪是必须掌握的。)
