【故事】： 越王句践大夫范蠡，曾经替越国出过了不少力，使得越国得以打败吴国，成为霸王。对越国来说，范蠡可是个大功臣，本来他是可以安享富贵的，但是范蠡却没有这么做，他宁愿舍弃荣华富贵，而自行引退，过着淡泊的生活。就在众人一片惋惜声中，范蠡又托人带了一封信给从前的同事大夫文种，他劝文种也舍弃功名富贵，以免招惹灾祸。范蠡为什么会这样劝文种呢?原来，他早就看出越王是个只能共患难，却不能共享乐的人，所以他在信中说道：“……飞鸟尽，良弓藏，狡兔死，走狗烹，……”，“兔死狗烹”就是从信中这几句话引申出来的。

“鸟尽弓藏”和“兔死狗烹”虽然同样出自这一个地方，但意思却不同，因为在鸟尽的时候，弓是用来收起来的，并没有受到什么损害，但狗的命运就不相同了，等到狗没有作用的时候，还会被主人烹来吃了，连性命都不保，这就是两者不一样的地方。

例如，甲乙两个国家发生战争，甲国派人混到乙国去刺探军情，结果，甲国获胜，但是那人却被诬指为卖国，终于被杀，这就是“兔死狗烹”，也就是一般人所说的“有事就用你，无事就给你一个罪名”这句话。

我喜欢的动物有很多，它们都给我带来了快乐，更陪我度过了一段难忘的时光，其中我最喜欢的动物是小狗，它的名字叫多多，每当想起多多，我都会想起多多和我度过的开心、快乐的时光。

多多是一条小松狮，三角形的耳朵在小脑袋上，黑宝石般的眼睛总是放出闪亮的光芒，呼呼的鼻子总在地上闻闻这闻闻那，短短的小尾巴见到主人就左右摇摆不停棕色的长毛，四肢胖胖的小爪子，总是向主人要好吃的。

多多别看它在外面很精神，可是一把它带回家里就开始偷偷地睡上了小懒觉，一睡就好几个小时，多多一看见家里来了它不认识的生人就开始大声“汪汪”地大叫起来。多多有时还爱出去玩，一玩就交了好几个小朋友，我和妹妹还经常和它玩捉迷藏，多多嗅觉灵敏，每次我和妹妹藏到隐秘的地方，它都能马上找到，我不得不佩服多多的灵敏嗅觉。

有一次，我和妹妹家人一起去逛街，顺便带上了多多，可是当时街上人很多，我们和多多走散了，后来先发现多多不见，便和家人一起找，结果还是没有找到。黄昏，我和妹妹看看路上，没有看见多多，这时候我脚下有些毛茸茸的感觉，低头一看，原来是多多。多多看见我和妹妹高兴地蹦汪，我和妹妹也高兴的合不上了嘴。几周过去了多多也长大了，我和妹妹越来越喜欢和多多玩了而且玩的更开心了。

多多真是一只可爱的小狗！
