地球是我们的家，也是我们的母亲。地球无私地供给我们各种资源，让我们有吃的，穿的，用的……我们本应该竭尽全力去保护她。但是，我看到的并不是这样的，伐木工人砍倒一棵又一棵的参天大树，却不懂得砍一棵种一棵树的道理，导致森林面积大幅度地减少，大量水土流失。人们没有节制地用水，喝一杯水倒一杯水，洒一盆水的现象在我们身边大量出现，我们地球上的淡水正在走向枯竭。煤矿的开采力度日渐加大，地下的矿物就像杯子里的果汁一样，被人们一口一口地“喝”掉，矿物迟早会被开采光的。各种各样的工厂如雨后春笋般地拔地而起，一沟沟黑而发臭的废水不断流入清澈的河流，一股股饱含有害物质的浓烟直冲云霄…像这们的例子在我们身边随处可见，为此，我向你提出如下建议：

一、多植树造林，禁止乱砍滥伐，这样就可以增加绿化面积，防止水土流失。

二、各级各类工厂应安装废水净化器和废气处理器，这样就可以使江河不被废水污染，空气不被废气污染。

三、尽量使用可快速溶解的塑料，这样就可以减少白色垃圾的污染。

四、生活中逐步培养人们的节约用水的好习惯，如污水可以冲厕所，洗菜水可以浇花…

五、通过各种途径向人们宣传讲究卫生的好习惯，如不随地吐痰，不乱扔垃圾……

希望你在百忙之中抽出一点时间关注一下环境问题，它真的已经成为不能忽视的问题了!

以前，我总是希望下面的垃圾车快点送走，免得下面有一股臭哄哄的味道。今天听了张大爷的教导，让我对垃圾重新有了一番新的认识。我们人类每天都在产生垃圾，但是，我们人类的垃圾扔出来后去哪了呢?先是工人们把垃圾送到垃圾场，然后再填埋在地下，填埋垃圾的费用高昂，大概是每吨450元至600元，这些钱足够让贫困山区的小朋友支撑半年了。再者，如果持续填埋在地下，还会占大量地方，同时会把蚊子引过来。

大家经常会看到公园里有四个垃圾桶，分别是：可回收垃圾、不可回收垃圾、有害垃圾和其它垃圾。可回收垃圾是蓝色的，不可回收垃圾是绿色的，有害垃圾是红色的，其它垃圾是灰色的。

垃圾分类看似是一个简单的工程，但是如果你不注意的话就不是一个简单的工程。但如果你天天要做到那更是一个复杂的工程。正是因为有了它，少年才能学习到它，有了它，这个城市就会变得美丽，有了它，甚至整个国家都会变美丽。

science and technology also play an important role in our socialist construction. we may say, our socialist construction is just like a skyscraper, while science and technology are its base. without the base, the skyscraper cant be built. therefore, we should try our best to contribute to the development of science and technology so as to provide a more solid base to build our country.

I feel it a great honor to have a chance to give a speech here, talking

about the haze weather, which causes lots of bad effects on our health and life.

We breathe polluted air, making us suffer from lung and liver diseases. Besides,

because of it, the flights have to be canceled. All kind of transports may run

into each other, resulting in much damages and lots of injuries.

As far as I am concerned, it is high time that we did something. As

individuals, we should ride the underground or buses instead of cars to reduce

carbon dioxide. As government, more measures should be taken by carrying out the

related law on pollution.

In summary, we’re all looking forward to breathe fresher air and live a

happier life. Everyone should be a part of this job.
