2、努力学习，提高工作能力，做到“坚定信念，与时俱进，管好自己，影响周围”。实践自己“平平凡凡做人，踏踏实实做事”的诺言。

3、加强政治理论学习和业务学习，切实转变观念，增强紧迫感，自觉、积极、主动参予教学研究，求真务实，力争对教学中的实际问题出现一个解决一个。
