第一部分以北京师范大学新版小学英语教材四年级下册第十单元 Mc’s stre 6个课时的教学内容为例，展开基于情趣教学思想想的教学设计。阅读的过程中，可以看出编写教师非常细心，把课堂上的每个细节都处理的很到位，包括课堂的一些预设，生成。这一单元是一个阅读课，一提到英语阅读，我的脑海中就是bring, difficult。纵观这六课时的教学设计，教师借助插图、对话，并通过肢体语言、声音、多媒体资源、设置有效情境，挖掘文本固有的情趣，给予学生适时的语言支持和铺垫，帮助学生理解语言，理解故事。一步步地帮助学生把握技巧，培养他们的阅读能力。成功地把阅读变成悦读，使它真正地变成一种乐趣。在今后的阅读课上，我会尽力效仿，使它变得不枯燥。

第二部分是姚老师本人执教的展示课例。就像姚老师所说“情趣教学着眼于对学生学习兴趣的诱导”。在教学设计上，教师立足于激发学生的学习情趣，并通过多媒体资源，为学生呈现多个自然又生动的教学情境。另外，姚老师的板书设计给了我耳目一新的视觉体验，能够立足于文本内容的同时，重难点突出，也符合中年级学生的认知特点。

组织部门担负着管干部、管党员、管人才的重要职责，在从严管党治党新常态下，打铁还需自身硬，组工干部要带头践行“三严三实”，切实做到公道正派、求实严谨，才能将组织部门建设成为讲政治、重公道、业务精、作风好的模范部门。

一是抓学习，做加强党性修养的标兵。组织部门是管党治党的重要职能部门，作为组工干部，必须夯实从严管党治党的思想防线。也就是说，要抓住理想信念“总开关”，抓住理想信念这个共产党人安身立命的根本，自觉抓好学习提升党性修养。首先要认真学习习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神，掌握辩证唯物主义哲学观念;认真学习马克思主义理论，领会贯彻其中的立场、观点、方法，这样才能心明眼亮，坚定理想信念，保持政治定力，避免思想上的滑坡。其次要树立正确的是非观、义利观、权力观、事业观，打造从严治党的思想防线。第三要聚焦对党忠诚、个人干净、敢于担当，切实增强践行“三严三实”的思想自觉和行动自觉，带头严守政治纪律和政治规矩，打造讲政治的模范部门。譬如，可在系统内开展“讲党课、学文选、说心得”活动，由组织部长带头讲党课，部务会成员送党课下基层，确保每月一课以上，倡导践行“三严三实”建设模范部门之风;并组织组工干部分享学习心得，营造良好学习氛围。

二是敢担当，做强化作风建设的标兵。作风建设是全面从严治党的突破口，是党的建设的永恒课题。组工干部要敢于担当、以身作则，推进作风建设。一是加强自身作风建设。“己身正方能正人”。组工干部应自觉把“三严三实”作为立身处世、修身做人的基本遵循，作为干事创业的行为准则，强作风、提效能，抓节约、讲廉洁，当表率、树形象。如是，管理起别人来才会有足够的底气，真正祛“歪风邪气”，树清风正气。二是从严转变部门作风。组织部门要切实加强自身建设，严格落实岗位责任，执行廉政风险防控机制。要通过建章立制、流程再造，细化严肃组织人事纪律、改进作风等方面要求和责任，扎好制度“笼子”，提高工作效率，确保真正从党和人民事业出发做好各项工作，解决干部监督不到位、基层党建工作薄弱、人才引进力度不足等突出问题。三是推进作风建设常态化。抓好专项治理，完善监管制度，强化党内监督，严格任职监督，严肃责任追究，横下一条心纠正“四风”，一天不放松地抓常、抓长、抓成习惯、抓出长效。

三是讲认真，做狠抓工作落实的标兵。毛泽东同志要求共产党员要有“认真实干”的精神。习近平总书记指出，从严治党必须具体地而不是抽象地、认真地而不是敷衍地落实到位。组工干部要深刻认识自身使命，对各项工作任务秉承出精品的态度去抓落实，突出效率和质量耕好“责任田”，切实创造组工品质。一是认真钻研业务，熟练掌握与本职工作相关的路线、方针、政策、法规，在思想上政治上行动上同党中央保持高度一致;贯彻落实好地方党委战略决策，结合实际实事求是运用政策法规，切实履行好选任贤能、育人聚才、固本强基的职责。二是严守工作程序，扎实完成工作任务，不走样、不变通;不擅作主张、我行我素，遇到重大问题该请示的请示，该汇报的汇报;不超越权限办事，不先斩后奏。三是坚持求真务实，无论是作规定、发文件还是报材料、搞宣传，均从实际出发，实事求是;注重多到基层干部群众中、多在乡语口碑中了解干部;把“讲认真”作为管理监督干部的重要原则，坚持抓早抓小抓预防，使干部懂规矩、守规矩，明底线、知敬畏。

四是勤调研，做推进改革创新的标兵。落实总书记要求，建设模范部门，组织工作就不能原地踏步、故步自封，必须加强创新意识，推动组织工作科学化发展。对于新常态下组织工作新情况和热点、难点问题，组工干部要打破思维定式，依法依规，大胆尝试，创新方法、路径。一要经常深入基层调研，了解掌握本地区、本部门组织工作的运行状况，切实做到对基层情况知根知底、对干部情况了然于胸，通过调查研究启发思想、开阔思路、推动工作。二要进一步解放思想，善于用新视角分析工作，用新观念谋划工作，用新举措推进工作，推动各项政策、要素、资源向党建集聚，着力形成加强党建工作新常态;努力在“两新”和基层党建、干部的管理培养选拔、严把党员干部“出入口”等方面有所创新和突破，以创新意识打造组织工作精品项目。三要善于推广创新经验。坚持做到事前调研分析、事中脚踏实地、事后总结提炼，对可复制、可推广的好做法新经验要认真总结，广泛宣传，使局部经验成为普遍做法，有力带动面上工作。

动物园里的动物可真多呀!有可爱的小兔子，有笨重的大猩猩，还有那美丽的孔雀。远处有鸳鸯在水中嬉戏，我扔了食物给它们，它们就立刻跑过来抢食，真是太可爱了。最有趣的就是铁门边的那些猴子，它们在那里跳来跳去，还有一群猕猴在抢瓶子呢!只要有人拿瓶子逗它们玩，它们就很灵活地过来抢。有些顽皮的小孩子递给它们可乐，它们毫不客气，接过就大口大口地喝了起来。这真是一群淘气又聪明的猴子呀!

last term we had a sports meeting . It has last for a day. I think it’s funny, just like a game.

our campus.It is seven storeys high.With its bright,spacious reading rooms and

in are the apartment houses.

Before long,new buildings will be added to our campus and some old ones
