一、拓展文本空白处与文本角色对话

有些课文结尾(或中间)的语言嘎然而止，耐人寻味，有一种余音缭绕之感。这种余音正是作者没有言尽，情感表达最为强烈、深沉、含蓄的地方。在教学中，我们就可以把这种余音挖掘出来，这些语言的空白赋予了学生广阔的思维空间和创作的财富。让学生写写作者没有言尽的话，把课文中情节跳跃的空白处补上，使已经接近尾声的情节再掀波澜，使文章内容更具体、完整，也使小读者能过把小作家的写作瘾。如《小摄影师》一课，课文的结尾让人觉得意犹未尽，想象的空间比较大：小男孩到底给高尔基照成相了吗?如果他来，会做些什么，说些什么?如果不来，又发生了什么事呢?在此练练笔，学生兴趣盎然，创意无限。又如《凡卡》一文的结尾处余意未尽，给读者留下了广阔的想象空间。课文在凡卡熟睡在那甜美的梦中结束了，然而梦总是要醒的，为此，我设计这样一次练笔：凡卡美梦可以成真吗?当他醒后会发生什么事?学生在学习课文的基础上展开合理想象，延续了故事的情节，道出了沙皇统治下俄国穷苦儿童的悲惨命运。他们有的写道：凡卡睡醒以后，他偷偷写信的事被老板发现了，结果遭到了一顿毒打，他那虚弱的身体承受不住而死了。还有的这样写道：凡卡每天翘首期盼爷爷到来，但当时的现实社会是残酷的，它没有怜悯这可怜的小孩，凡卡的希望在一天天无了期的等待中扑灭了，凡卡在绝望中饱受老板的虐待，最终死去。

一、认识新型毒品，把握毒品传播、艾滋病传播的新趋势。我国经过上世纪末和本世纪初两次大规模的禁毒人民战争以后，传统毒品已经被人们所认知，广大人民对鸦片类、大麻类、古柯类传统毒品的防范意识明显增强，但新型毒品则以超出人们想象力的形式纷纷登场。以人工方式合成的苯丙胺类(即冰毒)毒品，添加香料后加工成药片状就是“摇头丸”，添加入饮品中就成了“神仙水”，甚至作为添加成分后，以“减肥瘦身药”的形式出现;还有让人兴奋而又感觉不到疼痛，用鼻吸就能吸收的K粉;还有麦角乙二胺，因其药性很强大，属微克级的，毒贩将其稀释后浸泡到印有精美画面的纸片上，滥用药物的人只要含在口中就能达到吸食的目的。让人们在不经意这中接触到这一类型的毒品，防不胜防。 而毒品问题与之相伴的，就是艾滋病的问题，“昨天毒品和艾滋病一针相连，今天毒品和艾滋病是孪生兄弟”，新型毒品以兴奋剂和迷幻类的居多，药品滥用之后也就伴生了犯罪事件和艾滋病的传播。新型毒品以更新的面目出现，让我们“拒绝毒品、远离毒品”的工作增加巨大的困难，我们只有加强学习，更新方法，才能在新一轮的禁毒、防艾工作有好的成效。

二、开展毒品、艾滋病预防教育的关键，要从表层的知识传授深入到转变态度，形成自觉抗拒毒品的观念和行为习惯。目前我国部分中小学虽然已开展了不同形式的预防教育工作，但是，多数学校迫于升学的压力，加之在校学生吸毒情况不突出等原因，并末将毒品预防教育列入学校的重要工作之一，从而形成在校学生吸毒少，离校学生抵御毒品能力差，加上药品滥用人员总体二次复吸率高达98%的现实，如何帮助我们的学生在离开学校后能够自觉抵御毒品的侵害就是我们禁毒、防艾预防教育的关键了。在禁毒、防艾教育中，我们应该在给学生进行毒品知识、预防艾滋病知识教育，同时应着重训练学生的技能，包括生活技能，学会与人交流，学会拒绝等，进而转变学生的态度，培养学生抵抗毒品侵袭的心理素质，提高学生识别毒品、拒绝毒品的能力。

三、参与式教学活动，让学习者以参与者的身份投入活动，从而达到使认知巩固、深化的目的。根据现代教育理论，人在通过自己眼看、耳听之后，如果还通过自己参与，自己去思考、自己去动手、自己去发现的话，对了解知识的记忆会由20%上升到80%。参与式教学活动，以游戏的形式，先由破冰(热身)游戏开始，使参与人员热身，也达到脱敏的效果，进而进入主题，参与人员均有机会持有教员准备好的有相关知识内容的卡片，在教员引导下，让卡片回归到禁毒、防艾的知识链中，其中还有对应的提问、回答和互动环节，让所有学员均投身于学习过程中，在互动中改变观念，产生新的思想，从而在行为上、意识上发生变化。

总之，本次培训班的一个显著特点就是讲座少，参与式教学活动多，在轻松的教学环境中，每一个参加培训的学员都积极投入到学习活动中，并且充分发挥了自己的想象力和创造力。

昨天,我到学校的时候,我的同桌对我说;咱们英语王老师从今往后在也不教咱们英语了.我说;这怎么可能.他说;是别的同学告诉我的.

最后他还跟我说是因为王老师找到工作了,所以才被掉走了.最终我还是没有相信他.

可是,在我去办公室改错题的时候我才发现王老师真的不教我们英语了.这时候我感觉我一定是看错了.等我回到教室的时候很多同学都说王老师掉走了,而且还换了一个男英语老师.

到了上英语课的时候,果然换了一个英语老师,我很后悔,王老师没有早一点跟我们说.可是这个老师刚进来就跟我们说;你们想不想见一个人呀.同学们都不约而同地回答到;想.其实我们早就知道是王老师,王老师一近来我们就都哭了.因为王老师教了我们四年.我知道王老师肯定是第一个来看的我们班.王老师还说有时间会回来看我们的.到了下午的时候王老师走了.我和我的同伴去送走了王老师.

1886年的5月1日，美国的资产阶级政府出动大批军队和警察，残酷地镇压了芝加哥工人因要求改善劳动条件而进行的集会斗争。这说明，工人阶级不要说争取主人的地位，就是要求改善基本的生活条件也会遭受到血腥的镇压。把五月一日定为国际劳动节，就是旨在动员并团结全世界无产阶级及劳动人民，为争取自身的自由、解放，为最终实现当家作主的权利而不懈斗争。

I have a good friend whose name is Chen Yingxi. She doesn‘t work very well at her study, but she is very willing to help others.

One day, my lunch box disppeared from our class‘ lunch-basket, so I had to look for it in other classes‘ lunch-basket. Chen Yingxi said, Let me go to look for it with you. Then we went to the third floor and the fourth floor to look for my lunch box. At last, we found it, and sweat covered both of our foreheads. I expressed my thanks to her, but she said, Don‘t mean it. This is what a friend is all about.
