小孩子天真的童音感染着每一个听课的老师，我很想用手摸一摸这些小宝贝的脸蛋，又怕别把小孩吓着。看到他们，所有的烦恼都风消云散了。在纯真面前我们的虚伪总是伤的体无完肤。今年的一年级小孩子特别胆大，面对着全班30多位同学和10几位听课的老师一点都不畏缩，老师让唱歌，一人起头，其他会唱的都回去认真的去附和。至今那首歌还萦绕在我的耳边。

实习期间我发现，和孩子们沟通是一件很快乐，很开心的事情，有许多事情如果能说开，就会避免很多不必要的猜测和误会，对小学生也是如此，要对他们敞开心扉。我告诫自己要试着和孩子们多沟通交流，我说了要“拼”一下，我做了，我收到了我想的结果，我的小学教师实习越来越好了，我也会将它一点一点的完善。

2、教师角色的转变

在过去的教学实践活动中，很多教师只满足于在其中扮演“教材的执行者”的角色，这和教师本身的教学观有关，也和课改以前我国的大教育体制环境以及其对教师的相应要求有关。但在新的课程改革的要求下，再走老路，在教学中按照课程的严格规定亦步亦趋地进行操作，而很少发挥教师的自主性，那就很难再适应新课改的要求了。那么新课程对教师新的要求是什么呢?

通过魏书生老师的讲座我认为新课程要求教师努力和学生建立平等互动的师生关系，教学过程首先是师生交往互动的过程，这种交往主要表现为以语言为中介进行沟通，教师与学生凭借自己已有的经验，用各自独特的精神表现方式，在教学过程中通过心灵的对话、意见的交换、思想的碰撞、合作的探讨，实现知识的共同拥有与个性的全面发展。它要求教师不仅有教学策略和教学方法的改变，而且要有角色的转化——从传授者、管理者变为引导者和促进者，同时还有个性的自我完善—民主的精神、平等的作风、宽容的态度、真挚的爱心和悦纳学生的情怀。此外，在这个过程中教师也会受到很多启发，对学生有更多的了解，这些无疑对教师的专业化发展也是十分有益的。

3、学生地位的转变

变过去传统的被动学习状态的客体地位为主动学习的主体地位，变“要我学”为“我要学”、“我爱学”、“我会学”，真正让学生成为主宰学习的主人，学习活动参与者、探索者与研究者。学生是共同管理学习过程中的参与者，这个观点必须牢固地札根于教师的头脑中，切实贯彻于课堂教学的实践中，这是培养学生主体的必然要求。因为只认识到这一点，教师传统的一些做法才会相应地改变，才不会像以往那样强迫

二、相互信任做学生的朋友。

在56号教室里孩子没有恐惧，没有压力，惟有信任与快乐。开学第一天，雷夫就与孩子们玩游戏，让孩子们从游戏中知道：破裂的信任是无法修补的，除此之外其他的事情都可以补救，雷夫老师允许学生有原因的犯错误，但是不能破坏老师对他的信任.当然他也愿意给学生赢回信任的机会。下面这段话可以让我们思考很多：“我有问必答。你提出的问题以前有没有人问过不重要，我是否觉得疲累也不重要。我必须让孩子们看见我热切希望他们理解，就算他们听不懂，我也不以为意。”有时我总喜欢给孩子承诺：表现好的话，会……，但后来我总是以个别孩子做得不好而取消全班的资格，没想到这一做法却无意间破坏了孩子对我的信任，成了言而无信的老师。正如雷夫老师所说的：“我们是孩童的依靠，请给他们可靠的肩膀，这是建立信任的最佳方式。”只有相互信任才能扫除教室里的恐惧，只有这样的环境孩子才能健康成长，展现出孩子们的活力，我们在平时的教育中也会得到我们想要的效果，努力建立信任，哪怕个别学生确实存在谎言，我们应该像雷夫老师那样，给学生赢回信任的机会，只有师生相互信任，学生才能快乐并幸福，教师才能辛苦并快乐着。
