一、系统学习网络大集体备课，促进教研网络化、现代代。

县教研室朱老师教我们如何加入网络教研平台，协作组等，让我们学到了一手好活，并对集体备课有了更全面的认识。我认为网络教研是新时期教育发展的趋势，教师要想跟上时代的潮流与时俱进，必然要与网络进行亲密接触。而教师要想在专业方面有所提高，必然要参加教研活动。网络教研是一种以网络为手段开展教研工作的新方式，网络能给予我们无穷的信息和资源，网络能使我们的教育资源得到共享。构建高效课堂的根本保障是课堂教学，很大程度上取决于备课是否充分，是否有效。网络大集体备课是把备课的方式由机械重复备课向积累优化式备课转变，个人封闭式备课向合作开放式备课转变，文本式向电子式备课转变，为教师减负增效。

二、学会不断反思，在反思中成长进步。

在培训期间，我们观摩了优质课堂《给予树》、《揠苗助长》和蒋军晶老师的《“凤辣子”初见林黛玉》，使我们能够切实提高教育教学的能力和水平。特别是蒋老师的《“凤辣子”初见林黛玉》到现在还记忆犹新，蒋老师对于《红楼梦》的深刻解读，对人物王熙凤的性格把握是那样准确。教学中，他耐心引导学生通过凤辣子的衣着、言行来理解人物的内心，他适时点拨，语言风趣，课堂上不时发出阵阵笑声。在愉快的学习中，学生最终明白了凤辣子的真正目的不是关心林黛玉，而是讨好贾母、炫耀自己的地位。从中可见蒋老师的教学功底之深厚，是我们应该学习的。

通过本次培训，丰富了我的教育思想，开阔了我的眼界和工作思路，提升了我的教育理念和思想境界，更激发了我教好语文的热情和信心，我会不断学习，不断反思，一路前行。

我的英语老师是个女教老师。她的眼睛大大的，耳朵有点小，鼻子呢微微向上翘，鼻梁上还架着一幅眼镜，大大的嘴巴。她的身材不是很胖，显得很匀称。

她对我们的学习要求很严格，每天布置的作业还要让家长签字，签字完了还要让家长用印章印，没签字的同学要罚站。检查作业时老师点到那个单词，谁要是会读，谁就可以坐下，要是不会读，就要站十分钟。有的时候，要是时间来不及了，老师会随便抽组检查，抽到那个组，就看那个组的作业。

7月14、15日，我参加了在昌乐二中召开的全县小学语文教师培训会。会上，听取了四位教师的报告，他们分别是奎文区幸福街小学的王安存，寿光圣城街道西关小学的张丽，我的同事张秀红，青州市实小的张云杰。固然只有短短的两天时间，但通过培训，我受益匪浅，心灵受到了很大的震撼。下面是我的点滴体会：

一、要正确面对工作中的挫折。

张丽老师和张云杰老师在报告中都提到了自己有些坎坷的教学经历，谈到这些，他们没有抱怨，而是以为，正是这些坎坷的经历，才让自己取得了今天的成绩。张云杰老师说：“不要抱怨生活对你的不公，坎坷也是一种财富。”这句话，给了我很大的启迪。

人的一生中，挫折和失意是难免的。在教师的工作中更会经常碰到挫折和困难。如需要不能满足，动机不能实现，教育学生的方法受挫，治理班级的效果不佳，课堂教学不如人意，所教学天生绩不理想，在教学考核中得分不高，评先晋职中未能进围……假如能正确熟悉自己的职业价值，理解自己所从事工作的意义，想办法悦纳自己的职业，就能迅速调整自己的心态，走出精神的低谷。这两位老师的经历告诉我们，假如你把教师职业当作一种事业而不仅是一个饭碗，把教育岗位当作一种创造性地实现自身价值的途径而不是一种负担，那么我们从工作中得到的就会是欢乐，而不是烦恼和悲伤。

二、语文教学要返璞回真。

现今的语文教学或多或少存在费时多，收效却不高，教师辛劳，学生乏味，老师讲得多，学生读书少，语文学习实效差，终极形成“课内损失课外补，老师学生都辛劳”的现象。这是由于教师在教学中背离了语文教学的宗旨。所以，张云杰提出：“语文教学要返璞回真，要回回本位。”“要教学生一生有用的语文。”这里所讲的“真”，即语文教学的本质。那么，如何回回语文教学的本质呢?

首先，重视通过诵读培养学生的语感。

古代的语文教育特别注重通过诵读来培养学生的语言感受能力。古人在这方面积累了很多宝贵经验，已经做为格言流传到今天。如“熟读唐诗三百首，不会作诗也会吟”，“书读百遍，其义自见”等，讲的都是诵读对于理解和感受语言所起的重要作用。

有人以为古代的诵读就是强迫学生死记硬背，实在学生根本不理解，这是一种僵死的教学方法，应当全盘否定。于是，他们又走向另一个极端，课堂上完全由教师包办代替，教师讲的头头是道，学生听的昏昏欲睡，一篇文章学完了，学生几乎没有通读一遍课文，课堂上听不见书声琅琅，只闻声教师泛泛的讲解，致使语文教学失往了生机和活力。

诚然，强迫学生诵读记忆有其不公道的因素，但是李白假如没有做到“五岁观六甲，十岁观百家”，他也不可能在盛唐诗坛上独放异彩，名垂史册。事实证实，视听两种感觉器官的相互协调是获取知识的有效途径，况且课堂上教师无停止的分析也未必使每个学生都听得懂，由于还有一个教学方法和教学艺术的题目，那么在这种情况下给学生一些诵读的时间，让学生在诵读中印证教师的讲解，体会课文的思想内容和艺术手法，学生则会自觉规范自己的口语和书面语，表达能力不就进步了吗?

其次，重视模仿，夸大创新。

大凡古代有成就的作家，多是以模仿起步。《朱子语类》上说：“古人作文作诗，多是模仿前人而作之，盖学之即久，自然熟练”。可贵的是，古人不但重视模仿，而且还夸大在模仿的基础上创新。清代学者唐彪在评论韩愈和欧阳修时说：“韩师孟，今读韩文，不见其为孟也;欧学韩，今读欧文，不觉其为韩也;若拘以模仿，如邯郸之学步，里人之效颦，所谓师其神，不见其貌，此最为文之真诀”。由此可以推测，古代的语文教学重视让学生通过模仿进步写作能力，形成自己独特的风格。

我们今天的作文教学提倡让学生写真话，写心里话，这是天经地义的。但是学生能写出真心话，并不即是会写文章。写文章还要讲究章法、技巧，这就需要引导学生模仿好文章在结构、表现手法等方面的优点。叶圣陶先生对此早有过精辟的论述，他说：“课文就是例子。”因此，模仿是沟通阅读和写作的一道桥梁。事实上，很多老师也这样做了，但是他们只知道让学生机械地模仿课文，没有做到古人所说的“师其神，不见其貌”，缺乏创新精神。古人在这方面的宝贵经验值得我们鉴戒。

再次，注重文道同一，提倡文以载道。

早在两千多年前，孔子就以为“不学诗，无以言”，又说：“诗，可以兴，可以观，可以群，可以怨;迩之事父，远之事君;多识于草木鸟兽之名”。孔子在这里讲的固然是诗歌的教化作用，但也可以推测，古代的语文教育是把“文”和“道”紧密地联系在一起的。“文道同一”的确是语文教学应该遵循的一条重要原则。

我们所提倡的“文道同一”，就是兼顾语文的工具性和人文性，把语文知识教学和学生的思想品德教育有机地融为一体。可惜的是，有的老师在语文教学中，重“文”不重道，只传授知识，不重视育人，或者人为地把文和道割裂开来，将语文课上成了“思想品德教育课”，或者在课文课上加一个长长的思想教育的尾巴，搞穿靴戴帽式的对号进座，这些做法都有悖于“文道同一”这一教学原则。

三、让孩子多读书，读好书。

“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”很多大作家一谈起之所以“成名立家”，无不一致以为，那是得益于孩提时期大量地看书。可见，多读书能进步写作能力是古往今来人们的不谋而合。课外阅读是语文教学在课外的延伸，加强课外阅读能让学生多渠道多形式摄取信息，能开拓学生视野，丰富生活，培养创新精神。所以，语文教师要开动脑筋，激起孩子们的阅读爱好，让孩子们多读书读好书，在阅读中增长自己的知识，丰富自己的人生。

Firstly, perseverance let people step closely towards success. Most people want to make a big difference to prove their value. People who set their goal and keep moving would make their dream come true. However, there are some people who set their goal but they stop at the difficulty would fail in the end. I think the difference between success and failure is perseverance. If we have perseverance, even if we are not clever, we will make a great difference, but if we not, we are doomed to lose. As we all know, Edison is a great inventor in the world. However, before he invented the bulb, he kept trying for tens of thousands of times to find a suitable wire. It was Sunday yesterday and I was very busy.I got up at 6:10.I did sports and then had breakfast.
