这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是：让学生学会学习，让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长，为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走，我也试着去问自己，我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话：“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同”，做最好的自己，做快乐的自己，相信自己一定可以成功！

学生是学习的主人，是学科课堂的主人。学生是班级的主人，他也应该是班级管理的主人。班主任管理班级时，他在班级管理中应该扮演什么样的角色呢?就像学科教学一样，班主任不应该成为管理的主力，而应该是班级管理的引导者，监督者。从班级管理的实践来看，一个几十人的小学班级，仅靠一个或几个教师管理是不行的，关键是要教育和指导学生学会自我管理，使每个学生做到既是被管理的对象，又是实施管理的主体，达到?管是为了不管?的目的。

这学期，我就是把班级的工作重点放在培养学生的自主管理能力方面。培养学生的自我管理能力，首先就是从培养学生管自己能力开始的。《班主任大全》一书中就指出：现在的学生大多数是独生子女，他们对成人的依赖性很强。由于家长的溺爱，这些?小太阳?们在家庭中失去了培养独立性的机会，他们更多的依赖成人的帮助和照料。对于学生自我管理能力的培养主要从三个方面着手：第一方面，利用晨会、班会、队会等，向学生正面宣传?自己能做的事自己做?，让学生从认识上加深对独立性的理解。第二方面，在班级中安排?人人岗位责任制?，使每个学生都有自己的岗位，对自己的岗位负责。第三方面，联系学生的家长，取得家长的配合，培养学生在家的自我管理。

其次就是培养一支班干部队伍。利用管理班级的机会培养学生的自我管理能力，班级小干部是班主任的左右手。要认真选拔小干部，同时要精心培养小干部。第一，帮助小干部树立威信。对于学生自己选出来的班干部，要尊重他们的权利。每天的值日先由卫生委员负责评比，然后，由我发表自己的意见和建议供他们参考。第二，鼓励小干部大胆工作，指点他们工作方法。第三，严格要求小干部在知识、能力上取得更大进步，在纪律以身作则，力求从各方面给全班起到模范带头作用，亦即?以点带面?。第四，培养干部团结协作的精神，要能够通过干部这个小集体建立正确、健全的舆论，带动整个班级体开展批评与自我批评，形成集体的组织性、纪律性和进取心，以即?以面带面?。同时也要注意及时召开班干部会议，针对他们在工作中出现的问题，教给他们工作方法，使他们明确自己的职责，指出他们的优缺点和今后努力工作的方向。同时，还要求他们注意班干部成员之间的合作，齐心协力，拧成一股绳，尽力在同学之间树立他们的威信，创造机会，锻炼和培养他们的能力。这样培养的方法，所有采取的措施，其目的不在于人人都能管人，而在于人人都能管自己，培养学生对自己、班级、家庭的责任意识。

Last week, I took part in an English speech contest which was held by our teachers. There were twelve students in the final contest. I was one of them.

Fifteen minutes before my turn, I picked my topic and prepared for it. I wrote down the outlines and organized what I was going to say. However, when I stood in front of all judges and students, I was extremely nervous. My mind was totally empty.

Then I took a deep breath to relax myself and started my speech. The result was not as good as I expected, but I preferred to regard it as a challenge to myself, whose process was the most important for me. I can learn a lot from this contest. I am sure I will be better next time.

我叫郭咏梅，是河津市阳村中学的一名普通的乡村英语教师。我出生在一个偏僻的乡村，村子周围就是一片黄河滩涂。村里人靠天吃饭。自我记事后，村里人希望自己的孩子都能走出这块贫瘠的土地。

1995年，我从一所中专学校毕业后。有一天碰见邻家的孩子拿着一本英语书在学习，我走近一看，英语单词旁注满了密密麻麻的汉字，我非常惊讶。晓东你在读什么呀?孩子那双大大的眼睛看着我说：“姐姐，我在读英语，你看我读地怎么样?老师说我是我们班最好的。”我听着他生硬的土气的似乎和英语不沾边的英语，我久久无语。晓东又问我，老师说只要好好学英语，长大后还能当翻译。

两个月后，我如愿以偿，走进了阳村中学。随之而来，苦恼、压力向我袭来：我不是一名专业的英语教师，专业知识欠缺，心里想，我难道就这么混下去吗?我又想起了晓东念英语的一字一句，内心矛盾。不，我不能这样下去，我要把纯正的英语交给孩子。从此，看光盘，听录音，走路听，吃饭看，闲下来一遍一遍模仿。一年后，我的发音口语纯正了，听力提升了，获得了国家认证的英语教师资格证，学生的成绩也提高了。但是在不知不觉中，我的嗓子出问题了，声音沙哑，失去了一个女孩子优美动听的声音。喜欢唱歌的我从此不再唱歌了。

我所在的阳村中学，交通不便。校舍简陋，教师资源缺乏，只有8名公办教师，学校甚至没有一台录音机，一台投影仪。我从家里拿来录音机，自制教具，画了大量的简笔画，就这样，我和孩子们在简陋的条件下，快乐的学习英语。为了激发他们学习英语的兴趣，我和孩子们表演课本剧，剧中的人物、情景让我和孩子们终生难忘。我的教学成绩也越来越好，我也越来越受到孩子们的欢迎。

2005年，我国的中学英语教学发生了历史性的变革：教师课堂用语口语化“学生为主体教师为主导”的全新课堂模式给英语课堂注入了新的活力。这时，我又再一次意识到自己的弱点：是萎缩不前?还是迎难而上?深思熟虑之后，30岁的我，全然忘记了自己嗓子先前的问题，忘记了医生的忠告，毅然选择了狠练口语，强化听力。把自己打造成新时代一名合格的英语教师。

2006年，我带两个毕业班的英语，工作紧张有序。有一天，我碰见一位家长，她神情忧郁地告诉我，她要找校长，距离中考只有一个月了，但孩子的英语老师病了课停了。当天下午校长专门来找我，他面带难色跟我谈这件事，这时我明白了校长的意图，但是又想起自己学校家里忙的团团转：要上课，要做饭，要照顾孩子，要批改作业，更为重要的是我的声带已经亮起了红灯。拒绝吧!那个班学生怎么办，我仿佛又看到了那个家长哀求的面孔，一番斗争后，我挑起了这个重担。在这有限的一个月当中，每天早上我六点起床，六点十分到教师。领读、齐读、示范、讲解……，早读下后，又是三节英语课，午饭当早饭吃。下午又是自习，晚上批改、备课……，我忘记了一切。我的眼里只有学生，只有英语。三天、五天、半月、三十天。我终于出色地完成了这期学生的教学任务。从那时起，我的英语教学成绩一直保持在全市前五名，也是从那一时起我的声带长出了息肉，声音沙哑、粗糙、发音延迟、音色改变，严重的时候说话感到吃力。这时，我又一次想到了先前医生对我的忠告：如果再不注意有可能失声，阻塞呼吸道。这段时间里，我的情绪有些波动。深夜，我仰望天空，繁星点点，我感到了我的渺小，想着我的教学生涯，想着我今后的路怎样走;想着家里的孩子，但我终于向明白了，我的职业平凡，但我一定要坚守，教师的生活虽然清贫，但我精神富有。师德凝重，师爱无言。

2007年，班级里有一个叫张丹的孤儿，5月8号，是她的生日，得不到祝福、得不到爱的她在班级里伤心地哭了。我得知后为张丹同学及时举行了“我们和你在一起”的主题班会。在班会上，全班同学为她唱起生日快乐歌，每人为她写一句生日祝福的话，一起给她过了一个快快乐乐的生日，笑容又重新洋溢在她的脸上。可是如何能让她长久地对自己有信心，对学习有兴趣呢?我发现她的钢笔字非常漂亮，于是我就因势利导，给她买来了上好的钢笔和字帖，经常鼓励她勤加练习。不负重望，张丹在2008年全乡中小学生硬笔书法比赛中脱颖而出，夺得了一等奖。孩子说，她获奖最感谢的人是我。是的，爱，创造了奇迹，同时也就意味着我选择了奉献。在教书育人中，在19年如一日的点滴工作中，我体味到了实现自己人生价值的快乐。

重阳节，又称登高节，为农历九月初九。在重阳节这天，传统的饮食是重阳糕、菊花(chrysanthemum)酒、菊花茶。登高、插茱萸(cornel)和赏菊是重阳节的重要习俗。

这些活动不仅增加了重阳节的节日气氛，而且据说通过这些活动，还可以避祸免灾。如今，重阳节已经无法见到插茱萸的风俗了，但是很多人仍然习惯在这一天登高赏菊，观赏秋天的美景。在中国的一些地方，重阳节还有祭拜祖先之墓的风俗。具有悠久历史的重阳节已经被列入第一批国家级非物质(in切rngible)文化遗产名录。

Chongyang Festival, also known as Heights Ascending Festival, falls on the ninth day of the ninth month in the Chinese lunar calendar. Chongyang cake, chrysanthemum wine and chrysanthemum tea are traditional diet of the festival. Ascending heights, wearing cornel and appreciating chrysanthemums are important customs of that day. These activities not only add to the festive atmosphere, but allegedly help people avoid misfortune and prevent disasters.

Although one can no longer see anyone wearing cornel on the day of Chongyang Festival now,many people still have the habit of climbing a mountain to appreciate chrysanthemums and enjoy the beautiful scenery in autumn. In some places of China, people also visit the graves of their ancestors to pay their respects. The long-standing Chongyang Festival has been listed in the first group of national intangible cultural heritages.
