比赛开始了，男生，女生都不甘示弱，勇于站起来回答问题，外面狂风大作，里面却是这番热闹的情景，一分钟过去了，二分钟过去了，三分钟过去了男生和女生之间出现了距离，眼看第一大题就要结束，我们男生非常着急，想挽回局面，正当我们要开始翻盘时，第一大题居然就这然结束了，不过还好，还有第二大题，谁赢谁输还不一定呢？第二大局开始了，经过一番调整的我们，又开始追逐了紧张又激烈的气氛依旧未停，男生们依然努力的追赶着分数，能追一分是一分，女生好像有点骄傲了，回答的人越来越少，我们分数渐渐多了起来，直到最后一题是我们只差女生两分了，当我们认为胜负已定时，老师突然说最后一题回答对加两分，这是我们脸上又有了笑容，因为班长把自己的手举得高高的，他是我们最后的一线希望了，你是男生唯一的靠山了，当老师在黑板上花了两个大星星后就意味着我们的努力没有白费，我们终于胜利了！

有幸到金坛参加“全国小学语文主题学习观摩研讨会”，其时对“语文主题学习”并没有太多的了解。但是对“主题单元”却是知之甚深，于是冒昧地揣测，此次研讨的内容大抵如此。曾经写过“主题单元模块化解析与重组”的论文，因而对此次活动也产生了极大的好奇：“主题学习”与“主题单元”是否有共通点，区别在哪里?我曾经设想并亲自实践的“模块化解析与重组”，与“主题学习”的教学有多少理念上的“同”，与操作上的“异”呢?这样的课到底怎么样上?我又能学到什么?带着一大串的问题来到金坛，我的学习也格外认真。

真正的学习开始于李希贵先生的报告，李校长的主题词是“阅读”，他从五个方面逐层深入，阐述了阅读的必要性、读物的选择、要求、方法策略等。他的报告并没有这些类学术的词，而是深入浅出，讲得极其生动。有些句子则深深地打动了我，摘录部分如下：

我们不能高估孩子，就像我们不能低估孩子一样。

小学生读《红楼梦》，是害了《红楼梦》，也伤了孩子。

千万不要把好的东西在不恰当的时间送给孩子。

好多名著是挺好的，但不是孩子的名著。

有了一定量的阅读，你不让他写，他也忍不住。

听着听着，我的思绪也跟着飞了起来：是呀，惟一切着眼于孩子成长的教育，才是真正成功的教育。孩子不喜欢的课程，考得再好，又能怎样。高考过后满校园的碎书碎纸，那不是教育的悲剧又是什么?我们的确做了太多太多用成人的视界去要求孩子的事，我们经常觉得大人能做的小孩子就一定要做到;大人不一定能做到的，小孩也要做到。一句堂而皇之的“都是为你好”掩盖了一切。于是我想语文教育何尝不是如此，在太多条分缕析的教学指标掩饰下，我们进行了多少所谓的“训练”，不管你承不承认，这些习题始终如魔鬼一样的缠着我们的孩子。可是，在如山如海的机械背诵与训练中，我们又得到了什么呢?引以为傲的成绩，领导的肯定，家长的夸赞。其实，唯独缺的就是孩子的真心喜欢。

我是从来不喜欢背书的，即使自学中文专科、本科的六年里，也从不背书，书到喜欢即自然成诵，通透理解即过目不忘。我想那不是我有多聪明，是在阅读时全身心投入的结果。真正能过目不忘的篇目，往往是受到极大触动的文章，不管从哪个角度，我爱上了它，沉醉了，读着读着，就和作者一起哭、一起笑，一起忧，一起怒，甚至一起创作。如此地融入、如此地透彻，必然过目不忘，乃至深深地印在心里。即使严谨如名词解释、术语定义，在最需要背的环节里，我仍然不喜欢背，也不背，却又能记得极其到位，这确实违背常理，但又是事实。为什么会这样，其实只有一个很简单原因：无论学习什么，都去真心的喜欢它，研究它，把它当成自己的孩子一样疼爱它。这样你没有不懂没有不会的道理。

于是我想，只要孩子喜欢上了语文，几个字暂时不会默写，一篇文章暂时不会背诵，一篇作文暂时写得不象样，这又有什么关系呢。只要他喜欢读，喜欢写，喜欢做，你还需要担心他语文学不好吗?根本不需要，只要他喜欢，不会的他早晚都能会，做不好的早晚会做好，他会因为喜欢做得更好，好得出乎你的想象。于是我想：语文老师，能让你教的孩子喜欢上语文，那就是一件功德无量的事。语文老师呀，不能太急功近利，即在浮躁如今日的社会大环境下，更要沉下心来，与孩子一起走近语文、感受语文、体验语文、爱上语文。

这个周末语文主题培训正在如火如荼的进行着。在培训让我学习到了一以前在课本上根本学不到的知识。在培训中，通过学习各位老师上传上来的教学资源，真的让我受益匪浅，使我更加深刻的认识到以后如何进行扎实有效的语文阅读教学活动，现就将我的一些收获总结如下：

1.主题单元教学必须吃透教材，整合教材，找出单元课文的相通点，找出学习方法的共性，制定出适合学生高效学习的学案。在精读课文中教师引导学生摸索出学习方法，然后在略读课文中运用这种学习方法，学生自主高效地学习、交流。

2.主题阅读以读为主，从读中领悟文章中的精髓。从不同形式，不同声调，不同理解去领悟作者在这篇文章中所要表达的思想感情，正如陆恕老师所说的“一读解千愁”。

3、语文教学要有语文味。在课堂上，学生对语言的学习、训练要扎实有效;采用合适的、不同形式的读，使语文课堂书生琅琅;课中课后注重学生对语言文字的积累和运用。

4、阅读教学以读为本。朗读能发展学生的思维，激发学生的情感。学生朗读能力逐步提高，对语言文字的理解就会逐步加深。新课标在目标定位中指出：阅读是学生的个性化行为，应让学生在积极主动的朗读中，加深理解和体验，有所感悟和思考，受到情感熏陶，获得思想启迪，享受审美乐趣。总之，通过参加本次活动，我的收获颇多，在以后的教学活动中，我将更加努力，认真做到语文教学体现以语言训练为中心，特别加强语言的运用。培养学生的语文阅读能力，提高他们的人文素养。努力转变教学观念及方法、策略，提高语文课堂的效。
