我教龄18年，做了8年班主任，在小学担任了7年教导主任，后又调到中学部担任教导主任至今。今天我演讲的题目是《履职尽责，爱岗敬业》。回顾从教经历，教育是我衷爱的事业，履职尽责、爱岗敬业，努力在平凡的教育岗上奉献着自我：

一、严于律己，当好教师的排头兵。教导主任是教师的排头兵，言行举止时刻受到教师的关注，其在一定程度上也外显着学校领导集体的工作风范。主任是教师完成教学任务的直接领导，古语有：其身正不令则行，其身不正虽令不从的训诫。在实际工作中我做到了：要求教师做到的自己首先做到，要求教师不做的，自己绝对不做，努力用自己踏实做事、坦诚做人的品格影响着教师踏踏实实工作的良好风气。

二、培养教师，为教学发展提供保障。《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要》指出“有好的教师才有好的教育”。我校中学部现有任课教师23人，其中“特岗”、直转教师占到了任课教师总数的60%。青年教师有热情，但缺乏教学经验与方法。因此，我校把提高教师教学能力，作为提高教学质量的重要途径。我除了带徒弟之外，还重点帮扶薄弱学科教师。我从备课、课堂教学、作业批改、教学分析等方面对新教师进行着经常性的指导，有时我把教师的课堂教学用照相机录制下来作为案例与教师共同分析，研究改进提高办法。经过一段时期的跟踪指导，部分青年教师开始有信心参加上级部门组织的教学竞赛活动，2015年我校有一名xx学科教师在希望之光评比中获得优秀青年教师称号，今年五月又有一名xx学科教师取得了xx学区特岗教师教学竞赛复赛第一名的成绩。

三、抓好常规教学，努力提高教学质量。常规教学是学校教学工作的主体部分，对于提高教学质量有着至关重要的意义。为追求常规教学由有效逐步达到高效，我们规范集体备课过程、开展优秀备课组评比，提高集体备课质量;加强随机听课评课、定期开展优质课评选，远学xx、近学xx，小步伐推进课堂教学改革，努力实现着课堂教学的有效、高效;指导教师细化学生辅导方案，增加作业批改项目、明确作业批改要求，提高教师辅导的针对性与有效性;坚持组织月考和教学质量分析会，及时获取教学反馈，研究、改进教学方法。经过全体教师的共同努力，2015年起我校中学部综合教学质量开始摆脱了倒数三名。2015年我校有xx名毕业生，有三名学生考入一中，八名学生考入五中。现在我校的教学质量逐步受到了家长认可，外流学生逐步减少，这更增强了我校提高教学质量的信心，也让我看到抓好常规，踏实工作的收获。

四、坚持学习，提高自身业务水平。俗话说，打铁还要自身硬。教导主任担负着教学指导与管理的双重任务。虽然担任教导主任多年，但仅凭经验解决问题是难以适应教育改革与发展需要的。因此，多年来我从未放弃学习。近几年我除了文本学习以外，还陆续参加了面向一线教师的初中语文、数学学科网上培训，参加了xx省农村中小学骨干教师短期培训班，2015年参加了xx市教育学院组织的省级骨干教师认定考核，被认定为省级骨干教师。

最后，我想说，因为我们爱教育，所以我们很敬业;因为我们爱教育，所以我们也会更专业。因为我们乐业、敬业、专业，所以我们会为教育事业奉献得更多!

经过本学期的德育学习，我对师德有了更进一步的认识。师德师风对一个教师特别的重要，因为，教师是学生行动的标准。孔子说过：“其身正，不令则行。其身不正，虽令不从。” 师德无价，没有什么比师行的榜样更有无比的功能的了。俗话说：“教育是一个良心活!”这句话一针见血地道出了师德的重要性，因此树立良好的师德形象，是每一位教师都应遵循的原则。

百年修得同船渡，这个我们赖以生存的职业，与我们，或许是一种千古之约!让我们豪情满怀地告知天下人，教书育人，我们无怨无悔!然而，行动实践远胜于说教。师德 ,不是简单的说教，而是一种精神体现，一种深厚的知识内涵和文化品位的体现!这需要我们在日常的教育教学工作中用行动来诠释师德师风的真正内涵。

一、指导思想。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。
