参观考察华东师大第二附属中学带给我们的更是震撼和触动，先进的办学理念，一流的办学设施，高素质的教师队伍，教育手段的信息化，无不在对教师提出了新的挑战，也提出了新的要求，新时代的教师必须树立终身教育思想和终身学习的理念，必须改变习以为常的、旧的教育教学方式，树立新的学习观、学生观、教学观，必须学习和掌握现代信息技术。由于科学技术的快速发展，知识不断更新，学生在学校获取的知识、技能不可能满足学生终生的需要。因此，学校教育的任务不只是传授一些现有的知识，更要教会学生学习，掌握不断获取知识、加工信息的能力，保持强烈的求知欲望和学习动机，使学生终身受益。

徐建平校长的讲座闪烁着教育智慧光芒，视角别具一格，解读深入浅出，教育案例鲜活，发人深省促人深思，“作为教师，教了多少人不值得自豪，影响了多少人才值得骄傲。”简单的一句话深深打动了我，教师不但是一个职业更是一个专业，教师要做有品质的人，做有品质的教育，用心去做教育，发现和发挥每一个孩子的潜在能力，让每一个学生成为最好的自己。教书育人的路上，教师自身要首先勤奋刻苦，不断自我充电，形成深厚的专业功底，这是教师自信的基石，也是教师能培育出各种优秀学生的必备条件，不断学习，不断思考，正如古语所云：学而不思则惘，思而不学则怠。“实践--研究--思考--发展”每一环节不可缺少，在研究的状态下工作，在工作的状态下思考，在思考的过程中感悟。反思每一节教学活动，研究每一次教育行为，科学评价教育教学水平，在“且行且思”中实现自己的专业成长。

聆听杨敏毅教授的报告《教育的智慧与真情 做一个幸福的教师》，让我们从一个全新的角度去诠释教育的真谛，生活的本真，她的报告生动、有趣、有品位。尤其让我们回味无穷的是她那细腻、精致的旅途观察和旅游心得，让大家从心理学的角度审视我们的工作与生活，尤其是反思我们的教育行为，激起了我们内心阵阵涟漪。杨敏毅教授报告中一些富涵哲理的经典案例，使大家深受启发。比如杨教授把财富、事业、生活、生命、家庭五个方面比作具有象征意义的橄榄球、橡皮球、水晶球、热气球、玻璃球5个球，使老师们饶有兴致在下面自我对照并深入思考;再如杨老师把“有亲人、有朋友、有事业、有生活”归纳为幸福人生4个元素等，让老师们对自己的人生状态有了更新的认识。吴金瑜校长典型的“上海小男人”，中性化的表情和声音让大家好不习惯，但他讲的内容却很吸引人，体现了思想的深刻，他用很丰富的肢体语言给我们讲述着生动的课例，引发大家对知识的再认识，对课堂教学模式的再理解。

按照《体育与健康课程标准》，提前一周备好课，备课过程中要体现教学过程、教学措施、手段和方法，要体现新课程理念。上好每堂体育课，落实40分钟上课的效率，重训练，抓实效，保证学生每节课有所学、有所得、有进步、有提高，并且要注意改善，和谐师生关系，重视师生双向交流，关爱学生，重视安全工作，确保学生安全，不上放羊课，以达到提高学生身体素质的目的。严格执行《小学生体育锻炼标准》，探索“学生体育素质”的评定标准。

2、全面提高学生的身体素质。

“学校无小事，事事皆教育”，从学生的坐、立、行、走、跑到两课两操，都是学生成长的重要内容;学生自我保护能力及安全锻炼习惯的养成与我们的课堂常规有着非常密切的联系;学生对体育器材的爱惜是学生思想品德的良好教材。

(1)抓早操，抓队列，加强早操队列的评比和检查力度，使早操队列更加规范化、习惯化、丰富课外活动项目，提高学生体育锻炼兴趣。

(2)加强课余体育训练，为迎接县级中小学田径运动会和篮球赛打基础，培养体育人才，为学校体育发展做铺垫。

(3)加强体育课堂安全教育，在学生中开展安全活动教育，对学生进行安全知识的传授，增强学生锻炼中的自我保护能力和安全意识。

(4)加强对学校体育器材的管理，让学生懂得正确使用器材的方法，并养成爱护学校公共财产的良好行为。

刘教授所谈论的课程智慧给我最多启发，其实我们做教师的大部分对吃透教材都能做到，但是也仅仅停留在吃透教材这个阶段，没有走到“补充教材和更新教材”的阶段。应对高考，学生成绩的确是我们必须关注的，但是站在教材的角度，我们只能仰视高考，但是如果跳出教材，我们是否有俯视高考的可能?这是我追求的境界。

我喜欢的话“理想的生活就是流浪，真正的流浪是精神流浪，不断突围，不断更新，不断去寻找新的方向。”“读书是很美妙的事情，很愉快。”现在还记得他在广州华南师大给我们上课时说的，他从来不怕塞车，因为手边有书，可以随时看。我也爱读书，珍惜时间，所以我是最没有耐心等待的，总认为的浪费时间。现在我的包中也就放了书，等车时，等餐时，等人时拿出来哪怕读上几行，也感觉时间没有浪费，人也就会变得从容、淡定。

我也很同意刘教授所说的，教师首先要过人的生活。老师首先要热爱生活，享受生活，而不是总是谈牺牲，过苦行僧的生活。所以，我们不仅仅需要的是教学上的智慧，更需要生活的智慧。这就是我们要追求的高度，做智慧的老师，享受教学，高质量生活。

Good morning everyone!Im Nickle. Im 24. I graduated from Hunan Normal University on XX Campus. My major is English Education. After graduation, I have worked for one year in Li Yang Kids English. My students are between 5 and 12 years old.Im outgoing and open-minded. In my spare time, I have broad interests. Such as reading, surfing the internet, listening to music and even chatting with foreign friends online if possible. I like children very much. I think children are active, innocent and pure. With them, I feel very relaxed, pleasant and younger. Therefore, I learned a lot from my one year working experience.Teaching children English is very interesting but it is also challenging. Because children are always active, even sometimes very naughty. So teachers need a lot of patience to deal with children. The most important that I have learned from my one year teaching experience is that a teacher should have the mind that always wants to go on learning. Teaching is a job at which one will never be perfect. If I have the chance, I will try my best to be a good primary English teacher.

My School Day

I get up at six in the morning. Then I wash my face and brush my teeth. After a quick breakfast, I go to school in my mothers car. It takes us more than half an hour to get there.

We have four hour classes in the morning. I have luch at my grandparents, because their home is nearer to my school.

After two classes in the afternoon, school is over. Then we clean our classroom.

I get home at about half past five. We have dinner at seven. After dinner I do my homework. If I finish my homesork early, I can watch TV for half an hour. I go to bed at half past nine or ten.

During those days. I enjoyed myself. At first, I went to the zoo to see lovely animals. And then. I went to the sea world to see beautiful fishes. That was very interesting.

Secondly I went for a trip with my parents, we went to Linxia to visit my grandparents and to eat minority’s foods. We rode horse on the grassland and had a fun with local children. It was very exciting. After that, I held a party and invited some of my best friends to visit my house.

My mother bought a lot of tasty foods for us, we also took many photos on the party. We played very happy. I also watched lots of carton films at home, they were wonderful.

I like the holiday. I like my May Day.
