自古以来，人们获取知识的途径多种多样，而读书作为其中一种既普通又直接但却非常有效的求知方法沿用至今。作为教师，从书本中获取知识就显得尤其重要。人类创造的知识财富，如同浩瀚的海洋，博大精深。作为我们教师需要加强各方面的修养来提高自己。所以我们理应多读书，用书来净化心灵，用书中的知识充实自己。

不仅仅老师要读书，每一个想提高学识的人都要读书。在这短暂的一个学期里，我读到了平时没看过的书。读书成了我日常生活的一部分。在这一个学期里，我感觉收获颇丰。以下就是我这一学期来读书的心得。

常言道：茶亦醉人何必酒，书能香我不需花。我们渴望读书，渴望获得知识，但是我们却常常会有这样的疑惑：我们应该如何读书?自古以来，人们获取知识的途径多种多样，而读书作为其中一种既普通又直接但却非常有效的求知方法沿用至今。作为教师，从书本中获取知识就显得尤其重要。人类创造的知识财富，如同浩瀚的海洋，博大精深。作为我们教师需要加强各方面的修养来提高自己。所以我们理应多读书，用书来净化心灵，用书中的知识充实自己。同时我们也应抛弃古时旧的求知理念，什么书中自有黄金屋等等，都不足取。

为了使读书达到更好的效果，我除了善于动脑，找到所读文章的眼睛，心领神会之外，还写读书笔记和读后感。当然读书要有好的效果，思考是最重要的，但是正如俗话所说：好记性不如烂笔头，把思考的结果整理出来，写成笔记和感想，既有助于思考，也可以帮助我们记忆思考的结果，便于日后比较、综合、分析。如果所读的书是自己的书，我还在书的空白处写下自己看法、疑问、评论等，或做一些记号。它会加强我们对文章的理解、记忆,作文时如果要参考、模仿渡过的文章，有没有做过评注的，效果大不一样。

常听学生家长说我家的孩子只听老师的，老师的话简直比圣旨还灵，回到家里就谁的话都不听了。在研读中，我想到了学生的向师性，这是一种纯洁的美好的心理品质，我们当教师的要好好地利用和开发。在教学中，我有意或无意中出了这个那个错，学生都会及时地为我指出，这样不仅师生之间的关系逐渐融洽，班级气氛也极为活跃。

读书让我更深刻得体会了教育的民主，在学生眼里，教师能够与他们平起平坐，他们的心理也就获得了一种平衡，这样的教师最能受到学生的敬重。学生乐意与我走近，常把心里话告诉我，向我诉说烦恼，向我倾诉困难，我因此常和学生交流，这不能不说是一笔最宝贵的财富。回想每一次学生在向我表达着他们对我的感激和敬意是，我的心情都莫名的激动，我总是深深的感受到了自身的一种最崇高的价值。毫不避讳地说，这种崇高，正是我在读书工程中所获得的最大的收获，是我不断学习、不断完善的具体表现。

更深的体会是教师的成功，来自学生要当一名优秀的教师，首先就认识教师是什么?要教好自己的学生，首先必须认识学生是什么?答案是显然的：教师是人，学生也是人。如何做人?其实这不只是学生应该学会的`，更应该是我们教师要学会的!从众多的教育家的言行中我们不难发现，做人贵在求真。只有真才是美，只有真才会善。我的这种感受是在学习过程中的积累，一直以来，我就以教育家的成功经验为借鉴，坚持以认真负责处世，以严于律己，宽于待人为原则，我觉得，作为一位教师，首先必须做到：

一、说到做到，从不失信;

二、言传身教，以身作则;

三、尊重学生，一视同仁;

四、讲求效率，仔细认真;

五、严于律己，宽于待人;

六、精读细讲，教学相长。

话又说回来，常言道：书到用时方恨少，事非经过不知难。有人说，教给学生一杯水，教师应该有一桶水。这话固然有道理，但一桶水如不再添，也有用尽的时候。我以为，教师不仅要有一桶水，而且要有自来水、长流水。问渠哪得清如许，为有源头活水来，是固教然后知困，学然后知不足也。因此，在学习中，书本是无言的老师，读书是我学习中最大的乐趣。学习型社会为全体社会成员提供了充裕的学习资源。学习化社会中的个体学习，犹如一个人走进了自助餐厅，你想吃什么，完全请便。个体完全可以针对自身的切实需求，选择和决定学习什么、怎样学习、学习的进度等等。

简言之，同时结合自己的教育教学实际，我觉得做一名优秀的教师其实不是一件简单的事，但也并不是如蜀道之难。只要我们不断的加强理论学习，不断积累经验，长期地保持一颗好奇心，想一想今天学生又将演出一幕怎样的好戏?我今天又将看到孩子们的什么新花样?我自己又该为他们做些什么事?处处为孩子们着想，在为学生做些你力所能及的事时，你也必然有进步。

Dear Liu Qi,

I, the undersigned, am a senior in Peking University. The 2008 Beijing Olympic Games is coming in four years. After watching the 2004 Athens Olympic Games, I can not help writing to you.

First of all, here is my suggestion for the preparation work of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. The construction work of the sports building must be completed in time according to the contract. In Athens, the swimming stadium was not accomplished in time so that the event had to be held in the open air, which has brought negative effect on the performance of athletes. In one word, to protect the international image of China and ensure the Olympic competition, we must finish our preparation work well and in time.

Last but not least important, I want to express my wish to be a volunteer. In the first place, it is the duty of every Chinese to do his bit for the 2008 Olympic Games. In the second place, I have a good command of foreign languages. I can speak English, Russian, and Japanese. Therefore I can be a qualified volunteer.
