一、基本情况

1、学生情况三年级共四个班，每班约五十人左右，以男生居多，大多数学生身体健康，无运动技能障碍。

2、技能情况三年级学生喜欢跑、跳、投掷、攀登、追逐、跳绳、踢毽子等大肌肉活动。但动作则显得僵硬呆板。

二、教材分析

根据义务教育小学阶段的培养目标、《九年义务教育全日制小学体育教学大纲》以及本校实际情况，有目的、有计划地进行教育教学工作，传授基本的体育卫生保健知识和体育技能，并在传授中渗入思想道德教育，使每个学生都发展成为德、智、体、美、劳全面发展的好学生。

在以上七点内容当上，a、b、d、g为重点内容，其中d、g为难点。体育卫生保健知识是贯彻理论联系实际的原则，建立体育锻炼与卫生保健教育相结合的重要措施之一。根据小学生的年龄特点和认识水平，体育课的理论教学主要是通过通俗易懂的讲述，使学生懂得粗浅的体育锻炼卫生保健常识。而第九套广播体操学生都还不会做，应作为重点内容，组织好课堂教学，争取一个月内教会。

五、教学措施

1、教育学生热爱中国共产党，热爱祖国，逐步提高锻炼身体的主动性和关心自身健康的社会责任感。

2、运用体育对学生特有的影响，培养学生的美感和文明行为，逐步提高，培养遵守纪律，尊重他人，团结友爱，互相帮助等集体意识和良好作风。

上高中的我看到老师每天都要备课，上课时放大声音即使嗓子哑了，疼的皱眉了，响度也毫不退减，总是保持最好的状态，随时迎接我们提出的问题。

回忆初中，老师留给我的印象就像一位忙碌的警察，一边要督促我们学习，提醒我们事事小心别伤到自己，另一边又要为我们的中考复习做准备。那时我想起了一首歌中所唱的“静静的深夜群星在闪耀， 老师的房间彻夜明亮……啊，每当想起你您， 敬爱的好老师， 一阵阵暖流心中激荡。 ”是啊，每当补习回家路过学校老师办公室的灯任然亮着，可天色已经不早了，数学老师教完我们就退休了，她仍然兢兢业业的为我们服务着。想到这里我心中涌上一股汹涌的暖流使我心中产生了无比的敬佩之情。

说起小学啊，我真是一点也不愿想起，因为小学老师留给我的印象并不理想，至今为止，在我的记忆里只剩下了她严厉的表情，也许是太严厉了，以至于我已经淡忘了她，不过，我相信老师也是辛苦的把我们送进了初中的。
